Centrally located. Very efficient key collection and drop-off. Good amenities- fridge, freezer, washer, dishwasher.

There was a strong smell of damp which is very likely because of repeated water ingress to the door frame/floor and surrounds. No doubt due to the shower screen fitted to the bath. I doubt I’ve ever seen those work as designed. Main double bd was a tad small and average comfort.

Second stay and the facilities are excellent. Everything thought of. Location for us was perfect.

The bed needs a new mattress. 2 Terrible nights with little sleep.

The apartment was lovely and clean, plenty of room, comfortable, couldn’t fault it!!

It was near a nightclub, evenings were warm and needed the windows open. Very noisy during the night, especially Friday and Saturday

Location fabulous, apartment fabulous and the rear roof terrace was a nice area to chill out. Very clean and nicely presented with secure car park at the rear. Towels, bathroom toiletries and tea, coffee etc provided. Good functional kitchen.

The double bed was a little small for two people, and the mattress was a touch too soft for two people as we kept rolling into the middle! However, my son had a bed to himself and he slept better. We stayed in peak summer heat so unable to sleep with bedroom windows open as too noisy on the street, but fans had been provided in each room to cool as best we could. Thete was secondary hlazing in place to reduce street noise when the windows were closed which was useful.

Amazing place, very quiet clean and comfy. Definitely recommend and easy with clear instructions.

Our apartments number 25. clean but very small. Unfortunately left early after staying 1 night even it was booked for 2 nights couldn't sleep all night due to the mattress when lying down whole body just sinks in and can feels the springs coming out from the mattress it need desperately replacement

Property was spacious, location was great. Beds were comfortable .

Basic furniture,sofa were not comfortable , bathroom basic with no hooks to hang clothes or shelf to put shampoo, toiletries on. Cobwebs in corners .

The lock box was quick and easy to use. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were just a short walk from our designated venue Darley Park.

The apartment was situated at the front of the property directly onto the main road so it was noisy. We couldn't open the windows due to people walking/driving past and being able to look inside.

Very comfy, could fit a travel cot in one of the rooms which was brill, the shower was immaculate.

All silverware, plates, cups, glasses and cooking utensils were dirty and we had to wash them before we used them. AirPlay on the tv, someone from a different room connected to our tv through Spotify very late at night and it woke up my baby. No lift in the building and we were on top floor, carrying a pram, car seat and baby multiple times a day.

The room was very nice and clean. The amenities made the stay easy and convenient! They even had 2 fans!

Oil bottle and kettle look old and need to be changed. I would advise not to use the kettle at all!

The fan provided in the room was not very good. As asked another which was provided within 24 hours but that was also not very good.

The property was up 4 flights of stairs - and there was only one key - so our friends had to come down to let us in One key between 4 people no hooks on the backs of any doors so no where to hang anything in the bathroom or kitchen or bedroom Shave / toothbrush charger didn't work Poorly equipped kitchen- insufficient bowls and plates

The location was excellent and all contact was quick and easy. Check-in/out was not a problem

The keys were easy to get. The parking was good.

I was expecting to be in the main building but was in the terraces at the back.

We stayed in an impressive apartment (not all of them in the complex will be this grand) which had been beautifully renovated. It's very comfortable, spacious, quiet, with plenty of parking, in a convenient location for the centre of Derby. The kitchen was well-equipped if you wanted to cook for yourself, but there are plenty of restaurants and takeaways locally. Communication from the host was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Two of the shutters in the bedrooms were stuck, making privacy a bit touch and go.

Access arrangements and communication were excellent. Parking was very secure. Beds were very comfortable. Linen and towels were of a good quality. Apartment relatively spacious. Bathrooms were clean and the pressure for the shower attachment was strong. Location in the student district was handy for pubs and takeaways. City centre a short walk away.

The description as a 'Superior' apartment is highly debatable. Although everything was fine, the fixtures decor, fittings, tv and furniture were basic not superior. The laminate floor in the living space was dirty. Skirting boards in some areas were badly chipped and in need of decoration. The safe was inoperative.

Amazing stay, we stayed here for Download festival.The place was beyond our expectations. It was so clean and so comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Instructions for everything were emailed the morning before we arrived, they honestly could not have been more helpful. Great location.

Bit confusing to find at first but probably because I was looking along friar gate and not mill street where actual entrance is.

The location (very good for what I travelled to Derby for) and having my own space. The staff were also very helpful.

If it wasn't for the helpful member of staff, I might not have been able to get the key to the apartment as I paid extra for early check in, but the key safe didn't pick up on that. Some of the crockery was also still a little bit dirty - as was the oven.

The apartment allowed me to choose whether to eat out or cook my own which is a massive bonus. More space to move around in. Was clean, tidy and comfortable.

We were staying here on a work trip and the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The host and OOH Team were all really helpful We were given a map and clear instruction on where to go and how to collect the keys. It was also a in great location for our needs.

We loved the location! Its really near the Centre & in a cool little historic part of the City with local shops very nearby. The flat was clean and the kitchen well stocked with utensils for meal prep. We also appreciated that the site has parking. We really enjoyed it!

Just one concern. which was that the gates into the property were wide open day and night. Perhaps the electronic controls weren't working? We d have felt more secure if the gates were closed, & only opened as residents arrived.

The rooms are so, so dark. A lamp would help. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were a lot of people using drugs just outside the apartments. We saw many people openly smoking crack, attempting to open the doors as they walked past the adjoining apartments and urinating on the lamppost outside the accommodation. It was intimidating.

It was very clean, I had a whole little house to myself, the kitchen was lovely.

I scored you 9 and not 10 as the bedroom I felt was too small. Only about 3” room at bottom of bed to wall and could not get the tv to work in lounge.

We stayed over the Christmas period. It was a perfect base for our visit to relatives. The apartment was well appointed and equipped and was very convenient for the centre of Derby - ideal for our purposes.

The location is good. It’s nice to have kitchen in the property.

It’s not the cleanest. My linen was dusty and I’ve found multiple hairs on it which is not ideal. The toilet seat was stained and I managed to wipe unknown yellow stains off it. Dishes were greasy. The flat does not feel well maintained, despite having good facilities to start with. Shower area was mouldy, toilet floor was permanently stained…etc. Be prepared to take the stairs. As I’ve got a top floor flat, it was challenging to get my heavy luggage up and down the property.

Our host, Sara, was extremely obliging and professional, kindly accommodating a small request from us. The key collection and drop-off instructions were very clear, making everything simple and stress-free. We were delighted with the property — it had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect too, within walking distance to the town centre and in a lovely quiet area. Highly recommended!
