Una perla di accoglienza e pulizia Soggiornare in questa struttura è stata un'esperienza impeccabile. Fin dal primo momento si viene accolti da un'atmosfera calda e rigenerante, perfetta per chi cerca relax e comodità. Pulizia: Voto 10/10. La stanza si nota subito per l'igiene impeccabile: lenzuola profumate, superfici brillanti e un bagno igienizzato da cima a fondo senza la minima sbavatura. Comfort e Arredo: Gli spazi sono curati nei minimi dettagli, con un arredamento di gusto che unisce funzionalità e stile. Il letto è estremamente comodo, ideale per garantire un riposo di qualità dopo una lunga giornata. Atmosfera: Estremamente accogliente e silenziosa. L'illuminazione ben studiata e i colori caldi dell'ambiente fanno sentire subito "a casa". Dettagli ed Servizi: Ottima la dotazione di benvenuto, con set di cortesia completo, aria condizionata perfettamente regolabile e una connessione Wi-Fi rapida e stabile. Un punto di riferimento per chi viaggia: consigliatissima e sicuramente da ritornarci al prossimo passaggio!

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Watykan kilka minut spacerem, blisko przystanki autobusowe oraz dobra komunikacja z lotniskiem FCO. Bardzo czysto w pokoju i łazience. Miła obsługa.

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Κεντρικά κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό και στα μουσεία του Βατικανού. Η γειτονιά σχετικά ήσυχη και με αρκετά μικρά μαγαζάκια καφέ και για φαγητό. Ο άγιος Πέτρος πολύ κοντά και σε δύο στάσεις είσαι στη Spagna. Στα υπέρ ότι έχει καθημερινή καθαριότητα.

Το μόνο αρνητικό ότι δεν υπάρχει ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο. Το χρειαζόμασταν γιατί είχε καύσωνα.

Sobre todo nos gustó la ubicación y la calidad de las instalaciones, así como la disponibilidad del personal.

The property was in walking distance to the colosseum. It was clean and the owner was attentive and accommodating.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also convenient. We were very satisfied and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Swietna lokalizacja. Po drugiej stronie ulicy znajduje sie Watykan . Bardzo blisko do metra ok . 5 minut spacerem, po drodze sklepy, restauracje, bary z przepysznymi przekąskami.

The property was right next to the Vatican in a great location.

It was a little difficult to find.

The location is excellent- 6-7 min to the metro, plenty of bus stations nearby, loads of restaurants. The host was very nice, helpful and responsive and could ask him anything via whats up. The room was cleaned every day. There’s a beautiful view.

The facilities are a bit old. The window in the room is just one glass and it’s not soundproofing at all. You hear outside noise as like the window is permanently open. And noise is permanent because of the location. Also the walls are very thin I could hear the next room couple talking and making sex and it bothered me a lot. Full body mirror missing as well.

It felt safe and secure for two women (mother and daughter) the location was superb . The property was immaculate and responses from the hosts were prompt and detailed. Could not have asked for better !

Najlepsza z tego hotelu to była lokalizacja, wszędzie można dojść na własnych nogach. Dodatkowym atutem to zdecydowanie działająca klimatyzacja.

Brak osoby zarządzającej obiektem co zmuszała Nas do wykonywania funkcji portiera i tłumaczenie osobom chcącym zameldować się w obiekcie, że nie możemy ich wpuścić gdyż muszą skontaktować się z właścicielem. Dość irytujące to było…

Great location. Nice clean unit.

The location was very safe and within walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants, St. Peter's Basilica, and the Vatican. The courtyard was peaceful and relaxing. We were very pleased with our choice and would make the same one again.

Jó helyen volt. Tisztaság volt.

Nem volt egyetlen pohár sem a szobához. Pakoláshoz nem volt túl nagy lehetőség. Néhány vállfa, szekrény semmi.

Die Lage war für uns extrem gut. Vatikan und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Terrasse sah etwas lieblos aus, kaputter Stuhl, kaputter Sonnenschirm - könnte man netter gestalten.

The location and the responsiveness of the staff was amazing. Very easy to work with.

Location, amenities, comfortable large bed and good bathroom. We walked every where from this location. I would recommend accommodation to explore Rome.

First day there was no hot water or water pressure. But the person I had contact with on what’s app was very helpful and got it fixed the next morning. It was just one of those things.

La habitación es cómoda y grande.

Les falta indicar el número de bloque o entrada en el primer piso. Me perdí por un momento pero contestaron casi a la media noche. Por ese lado bien están pendientes.

Great location. Comfortable and very clean room. The communication was very smooth and fast even though we didn't see any staff member at all.

Location is excellent! Very close to the Vatican, Ottaviano metro, delicious gelato and many eateries! Bed was comfortable and there is a shared common area with a patio space, kettle and fridge.

The bathroom was tiny and we could hear the noise from the street, but these were minor issues for us.

Keuken delen en het tuinmeubilair was oud en versleten.

La Location è eccezionale! Scendi e hai tutto. La zona è forse una tra le più belle di Roma. La stanza è silenziosissima, pulita e doccia top, lo staff è sempre presente (ti aprono anche da remoto)! Mi ha reso la vacanza decisamente stupenda.

Da sistemare la ciambella del water. E forse un biccbiere di plastica sigillato sarebbe stato gradito poichè il rubinetto del bagno è un po' basso. Per il resto davvero tutto ok!

Ubytování moc pěkné, čisté, ideální poloha k návštěvě památek, všude blízko, v sousedství vatikánských zdí. V okolí plno obchodů, hospůdek, v domě výborná zmrzlina. Majitel příjemný sympaťák. Kuchyňka vybavená vším potřebným, lednice, čaj, káva, k udělání výborné espresso. Na terase příjemné místo na posezení a snídaně.

Nebylo nic, co by se nám nelíbilo.

It was in a very good location to explore and enjoy the city. We loved the balcony and the view from one of the rooms. If you are looking for a place which you can easily reach every part of the city, I recommend this. Also, the staff were absolutely kind and nice, they made sure that we felt welcomed and made our stay enjoyable :) Thank you for everything- grazie millie! :)

Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno a Roma, la consiglio a tutti perchè vicinissima al Vaticano e comoda e vicina alla metro Linea A. Comoda posizione anche per i ristoranti. La camera pulita e molto confortevole con una bella vista sulla sottostante piazza Risorgimento. Quando tornerò a Roma, torno ancora alla Vite Americana.

Nulla, eventualmente qualche piccolo rinnovamento alle attrezzature della comunque molto bella terrazza.

Стаята беше като на снимките. Съотношението цена качество надхвърли очакванията ми. Стаята беше уютна, почистваше се всеки ден от усмихнат и любезен персонал. Комуникацията с домоуправителя беше превъзходна. Локацията е отлична, в близост до градски транспорт, магазини и ресторанти. Определено бих се върнала отново. Препоръчвам с две ръце.

The room was clean and we had everything that we needed. The bed was comfortable. The host was really nice and we had a problem they helped us right away. We had an early check-in which was a big plus for us. The location is super nice, close to metro, busses and the Vatican. It was a super quiet location and we didn't hear any outside noise, because the room window was looking to the inside of the building.

The only issue that we had was with the noise that is coming from the corridor, but all other guests were super respectful and tried to be as quiet as possible.

The location is perfect. It's decently clean and staff is friendly. Good value for money.

The room facing the street has a window that doesn't fully close. Sleeping is not possible due to the noise from the streets. I recommend one facing the other way.

The location in Prati was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Vatican (essentially on the other side of the street) and the rest of Rome (Historic Center ~25 min by public transport, Colosseum ~35–40 min). The host was responsive and check-in was smooth, and the room matched the photos. Free coffee was also a nice touch and the price was lower than many nearby options.

The shower cabin was extremely small and the bathroom ventilation was weak, which made the room feel humid after showering. Nothing was available to mop or wipe the wet floor, so we had to use a towel to dry it. Our room was right next to the entrance, so we could hear people coming in late at night as well as the elevator and stairs. The TV was not a smart TV (so no Netflix or YouTube) and the remote was quite old and difficult to use.

Posizione, cordialità Host. Puntualità. L’alloggio era descritto perfettamente e correttamente sul sito. (Due letti matrimoniali , ma non effettivamente 2stanze).

Fermo quanto sopra, gli spazi per 4 persone adulte sono effettivamente un po’ stretti. Consiglio: inserire nel set di cortesia anche asciugamano per mani.

Appartamento spazioso, confortevole, spazio esterno disponibile, tutto ben riscaldato e pulito.

Non mi è piaciuto che non ci fosse una coperta di riserva in armadio di una delle due camere (però la camera era ben riscaldata quindi in realtà non ce n'è stato bisogno). Non mi è piaciuto non avere trovato dell'acqua da bere e che le cialde caffé non siano bastate per tutti.

La camera davvero bella e semplice allo stesso tempo,come da foto. Pulizia e profumo buonissimo. Posizione ottima.Vicina a tutti i servizi,proprio dietro al Vaticano. Praticamente eravamo i vicini del Papa.Torneremo sicuramente perché ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Grazie per tutto,siete stati una piacevolissima sorpresa. Consigliatissimo

Andare via da Roma

La localización es muy buena, a 5 minutos de la Basílica De San Pedro. Enfrente hay una plaza, y muchos restaurantes alrededor. Habitación cómoda y limpia.

Lo único es que al ser una zona con restaurantes, por la noche había un poco de ruido, pero era soportable.

It was extremely clean, great AC (in the summer it was extremely appreciated!), location, accommodation and staff!! Overall it was a great stay, they have a little community kitchen with coffee and treats that was a great surprise. Also were flexible regarding luggage storage which really helped. Thank you to the staff and management!

The refrigerator in the common area wasn’t very clean. Roof top door handle when coming in was missing. We thought the price included a breakfast but it did not. Also was told we needed 42 euros cash to pay for tax on top of what we paid on the credit card so the room was more expensive than we planned. That tax should’ve been included in the price and not a surprise add on. The place is really an apartment converted to mini hotel. I think 5 rooms- each with private bathroom. Tiny shared kitchen with shared mini frig. We didn’t use the frig because it felt weird to share- didn’t know if our food would be there when we returned. Not very sound proof. One night a room got up very early and were talking loudly in the hallway waking us up. It’s a good, safe location close to everything.

Note 4/5: L'établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement stratégique, à deux pas du Vatican et parfaitement desservi par les commodités locales. Côté confort, la propreté est irréprochable et l'isolation phonique s'avère très satisfaisante pour un quartier aussi dynamique.

Seule ombre au tableau : le système de plomberie. On note un manque de pression hydraulique et une température de l'eau qui reste moyennement élevée , ce qui pourra décevoir les amateurs de douches bien chaudes.
