Il faut bien prendre en compte que les 70 marches sont raides mais cela est bien indiqué dans l annonce

Nice location, spacious room, bed comfortable. Extra pillows available in room so no need to ask for it. Room cleaned in the morning, shower gels etc refilled.

Stairs to flat was not issue for us, but might be for elderly or families with buggies. Would’ve been nice to have mini fridge in the room and a bottle of water on arrival. TV only had italian channels on it, no streaming services.

The location is great! Very close to the Uffizi and Duomo and multiple restaurants. Our room was very clean and Sylvie (hostess) was super nice. She took the time to provide a map and to point out key locations that may be of interest. And, I truly appreciated the air conditioning, since it was 97 each day we were there.

The stairs were a challenge with luggage and after long days of walking around Florence. Also, the heat didn’t help either :)

Location was superb, room was huge.

Pillows were flat, limited pillows. (Editing my review since we didn't ask for the pillows so its on us but the lady was very friendly and helpful!) There’s no escalator so you gotta climb up with your luggage up to three floors (approx 70 steps)

La habitación muy amplia, comoda y limpia. Estilo barroco pero es placentera. Baño modificado moderno y amplio. La atención de Silvia muy correcta. Nos permitio dejar las valijas en su oficina hasta mas tarde. Ubicación excelente.

Tenes que tener un estado fisico muy bueno. Para llegar al habitación tenes que subir 59 escalones exactos. Y si subis con maletas ni hablar.

Molt bona estada, en una ubicació fantàstica i amb tot molt net. Volem destacar especialment l’amabilitat i el tracte de la Sílvia, que ens ha fet sentir molt ben acollits. Com a punt a millorar, hi ha alguns petits detalls de manteniment, com un degoteig constant a l’habitació. Tot i això, ens emportem una molt bona experiència. Moltes gràcies, Sílvia!

It is a central location, the room was very large with a private balcony. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.

Location

The room was missing a shower door, and the hotel never informed us about it when they gave us the key. In the evening, after we noticed the issue, we contacted them via WhatsApp. At first, they told us the shower door had broken the night before. Later, they changed their story, saying the previous guest had stayed for three days without complaining and had simply used a floor towel to keep the water contained. I suggested a simple temporary solution, such as installing a shower rod and curtain, because water from the shower was flowing into the room and creating a serious slipping hazard. Instead of addressing the problem or offering us another room, they told us to move out if we didn't like it. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. We had no choice but to stay because it was peak tourist season, and we had booked the room six weeks in advance. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience.

위치 좋고 시원하고 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 공간이었어요.

짐을 들고 계단 오르기가 힘들었어요. 오래된 건물이라 층고가 높아서 계단도 가파른 편입니다.

La habitación enorme muy cómoda. Camas excelentes.

Escaleras muy largas. Hay que estar en buen estado físico. Realmente no es grave porque compensa con la excelente ubicación, el buen trato y lo lindo que es el cuarto. Pero hay que decirlo. Yo no supe que tenía escaleras de 3 pisos. Por suerte nos sirvió para entrenar un poco! Pero de todos modos creo que si querés estar céntrico en un lugar lindo como este.... Tenés que poder subir escaleras.

Excellent customer service. Simone and Silvia were so prompt and polite in answering every question I had from the very beginning to the end of my stay. The room was immaculate and comfortable. I’m a tea lover ( not coffee ) and the tea was provided mindfully with making sure I had sufficient. Very attentive to making sure we had sufficient AC and everything promptly. I am a firm believer that when visiting and traveling , there’s so much to be grateful for and not everything needs to be perfect. However , at Uffizi Harmony , everything was perfect:) - I truly loved it and recommend it highly, sincerely!

Fab location, just off a busy road of cafes and shops, but very quiet. The balcony was beautiful and Sylvia was lovely.

Lots of stairs to the room (this is made very clear when booking) but something to consider. Also pillows were quite flat.

L'accoglienza e gentilezza del personale, la posizione centrale vicino a Piazza della Signoria in una stradina trafficata di giorno ma abbastanza tranquilla la sera. Il letto rigido ma comodo, il bagno spazioso, come anche la camera. La pulizia in generale.

I tre piani di scale abbastanza impegnative con il caldo almeno due volte al giorno, e i muri non insonorizzati che facevano sentire ogni minimo rumore, d'altronde è un palazzo antico.

L'accoglienza è stata ottima e siamo riusciti ad avere la camera anche prima dell'orario di check-in. La camera era spaziosa ed ordinata, con il necessario per una tisana/caffè. Nonostante l'affaccio su via dei Neri, chiudendo la finestra non si sentiva nessun rumore. La vicinanza ai principali monumenti ripaga dei 65 scalini da fare per arrivare al B&B.

La doccia non era il massimo.

Location is excellent for major attractions, restaurants and to cross the river to off the beaten path locales for less touristy restaurants and shops. Well appointed, comfortable and clean. A lovely, friendly and helpful woman runs the business.

Lack of an elevator, however it only difficult the first day hauling up luggage.

The woman who checked us in was very helpful and kind and gave us a good guide of the city when we arrived. The balcony is amazing! The hotel overall was perfect and had a great location. We had a great stay here!

La signora è gentilissima e disponibile, cura in ogni dettaglio il b&b. Non fa mancare nulla agli ospiti. Pulizia impeccabile, stanze confortevoli e tranquillità assoluta. La posizione è strategica, in pochi minuti di cammino si raggiungono tutti i posti centrali di Firenze. Senza dubbio ritornerò al prossimo soggiorno.

posizione ottima, comoda e pratica per girare agevolmente il centro a piedi, a pochi passi da piazza dalla signoria; lo staff è stato molto disponibile e gentile; molto ampia e comoda la stanza.

Tudo maravilhoso, desde a localização, a anfitriã mto atenciosa. E o quarto maravilhoso! Chuveiro ótimo!!!

Posizione ottima , scendi in strada e sei vicino a tutto. Camera bella e confortevole, bel pavimento in cotto e soffitto decorato con stucchi . Gentilissima la Signora che ci ha accolto alla reception .

Unico consiglio che posso dare è di mettere la porta della doccia così non si rischia di bagnare tutto il pavimento del bagno e di mettere un frigor in camera così è possibile conservare qualcosa senza doverlo mettere nel frigorifero che c’è a disposizione x tutti

Definitivamente que hay que subir 65 gradas. Ya lo sabía de antemano pero definitivamente no lo repetiría por eso. Es sumamente cansado y para personas mayores jamás. Las sillas de la habitación estaban rotas, porque son muy viejas.

Il b&b Uffizzi Harmony è posizionato in pieno centro, 1 minuto a piedi da piazza della signoria, camera ECCELLENTI con pavimenti originali antichi e pareti che ricordano affreschi con travi il legno a vista. IMPECCABILE la pulizia e l’attenzione al cliente. Nonostante non sia compresa la colazione è presente un angolo cucina comune con the caffè tisane e piccoli snack. per ultimo ma non per importanza SENTITI COMPLIMENTI alla signora che lo gestisce e si occupa della pulizia , di una gentilezza e cortesia rara da trovare negli ultimi tempi

No hay ascensor, aunque eso te lo informan previamente, si es importante tenerlo en cuenta si tienes equipaje pesado, porque son bastantes escaleras empinadas y con poca iluminación, fue lo único que no me gustó.

Such a great spot, perfectly central, with everything you need right on your doorstep. There’s a fantastic coffee place on the same street, plus lovely wine bars and great dinner options just steps away. Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment is incredibly quiet, so you can fully relax without any outside noise.

The pillows were extremely thin and didn’t offer much support, and the bed itself was slightly uncomfortable.

Warm room with a huge radiator, which was perfect in winter; lovely balcony; helpful and friendly host

Byliśmy tylko na jedną noc, ale lokalizacja super. Standard pokoju rewelacyjny, wszystko czyste i świeże. Mogliśmy się zameldować już o 12. Była możliwość pozostawienia swoich bagaży, my nie skorzystaliśmy, bo nie bylo takiej potrzeby.

Trzeba uważać na schody, daje w kość wejście po nich. Dobrze, że mieliśmy ze sobą tylko plecak 😅

the location of the bed and breakfast was perfect, as it was easy to reach everything. in addition the welcoming staff definitely made the stay nicer, giving advise on places to visit and etc. the little balcony in our room was like a cherry on the top, giving the room a nice addition to it.

Location is very central, right next to very well rated gelato and schiacciata places. Silvia was very nice and accommodating at check in. We were also allowed an early check in at no extra charge. Payment possible with card or cash. Coffee available in the communal area at no extra charge.

Loud noises (banging noise) on the afternoon of our arrival as well as the next morning (saw sound). We weren’t planning on having breakfast there anyway, but it is interesting to note that a B&B doesn’t provide breakfast options. The bathroom shower was moldy. Hairdryer provided is the one attached to the wall, very weak. Would have been nice to have another option. No full length mirror in the room (the only mirror is the bathroom one). The room was very cold and the AC didn’t seem to work. The only other heater we found was in the bathroom (that one worked).

The master bed was very comfortable, room temperature was great, and the shower pressure was great.

The single bed in the living room was not the greatest but okay for couple of days stay. All the pillows was the flat kind. If there were microwave, that would be great.

Llegamos desde Venecia en tren hasta la estación de Santa Maria Novella y de allí caminamos unos 15-20 minutos hasta el alojamiento, ya que de paso recorrimos un poco la ciudad y no nos pareció incomodo. El alojamiento se encuentra en una ubicación inmejorable, en pleno centro histórico de Florencia, a pocos metros de Galeria degli Uffizi, del Palazzo Vecchio, de la Piazza y Basilica di Santa Croce. Para aquellos que piensan en alquilar auto, en mi opinión, realmente es innecesario ya que aparte no se puede ingresar hasta el alojamiento en él y para recorrer la ciudad me resultaba innecesario. Ya desde unos dias antes, Silvia, la dueña del alojamiento, se puso en contacto con nosotros y en cada mensaje nos hacia hincapié con el tema del acceso por escalera por los 65 escalones, el cual ya lo teníamos en cuenta y realmente no nos terminó resultando problemático. Para ingresar se hace a través de un código en la puerta tanto en la principal como en el alojamiento, todo sin problemas. Tanto la habitación como las instalaciones son muy lindas, cuenta con un espacio común con cocina, heladerita para poder guardar cosas propias y todo tipo de infusiones sin cargo, aparte en la habitación cuenta también con jarra eléctrica y distintas opciones de té y café. La habitación cómoda, con suficiente espacio para 3 personas, cuenta con baño totalmente equipado y muy moderno, toallas y toallones de primera, buena presión y caudal de agua, camas muy cómodas, amplias y con excelente colchón y buena ropa de cama. La decoración nos resultó preciosa, con detalles de época, bien calefaccionada. Como el ultimo día partíamos de Florencia a la noche y el check out era a la mañana, nos permitió dejar los equipajes hasta la hora de nuestra partida, todo sin cargo y con la mejor predisposición, como en toda la estadía.

Location in Florence was great! Accommodating staff.

Lots of stairs but they told of this prior to booking and reminded us several times so it was not a surprise. It was worth it for the location in the city.

The room was breathtaking and incredibly comfortable to stay in. Silvia is an absolute star and made us feel welcome even before stepping through the door. The location couldn’t be better, minutes from the Uffizi Galleries and Palazzo Vecchio.
