The staff were wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. A real credit to the hotel.

Our room was adjacent to the lift, and over looking the bar / restaurant so was incredibly noisy. We’d booked for a night due to an early flight the following day but the constant noise meant that getting any rest was difficult. The room itself was superficial style over practicalities. A glass swing door into the bathroom meant no privacy and light disturbance during the night.

When they say Boutique they truly meet this brief . Very personal experience with the room being serviced sometimes twice a day . Breakfast is all made to order so you are not having to deal with a Buffet style menu. Restaurant was also amazing with fantastic presentation but full of flavour . Staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make your stay special. If you needed a benchmark then this is it

From arrival, the staff were great and attentive all through the stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The food was great. Very well located to get around central Palma.

Now I am nit picking and these are observations rather than areas we didn't like - the roof top terrace was small and had to be booked. We were aware and booked it and had no issues. If you like cereal for breakfast, you would be disappointed but there was a wide choice of other excellent food options. The spa was small, had a sauna and a plunge whirl pool and a treatment table. External staff to the hotel provided the massages - they were good just not hotel staff.

The staff at the reception were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Bianca and Pedro went out of the way in helping us plan our day. The restaurant staff was also very polite and helpful ensuring we received an early breakfast on the day we were leaving as we had an early morning flight to catch. All in all a pleasant experience although we felt it was a bit overpriced.

We were told we had an upgrade the room didn’t reflect an upgrade for the cost of the room. This was disappointing.

Absolutely wonderful stay! had such a lovely experience at this hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well located — close to everything while still feeling quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection from both the buffet and the à la carte menu. Overall, the hotel offers great value and a wonderful atmosphere. We stayed here for my wife’s birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me organise the surprise trip. The location was excellent for exploring Palma, with easy access to restaurants, bars and the main sights. The property itself was beautifully presented, and the staff were attentive, professional and very knowledgeable throughout our stay. A fantastic experience from start to finish, and we would happily return.

Wow! A perfect hotel. Ive been to Mallorca many many times but this is the best hotell. A fantastic building, serviceminded and friendly staff made it perfect. We will be back. The breakfast and dinner restaurant is a must.

Location looked nice and central, though we hardly know Palma and may be wrong. The personel was nice indeed.

We woke up at 7-30 am on Sunday morning because the personel moved their trolleys in the corridor. Extremely strage was also the glass door of the WC, well below cieling. So once you go to the toilet you have to switch on water to mute unwanted sounds. But what can one do with the smell? Converted historical biulding defined rather strange room layout.

Exceptional - what an amazing hotel

Summum is a fantastic boutique hotel located in the heart of Palma. It feels really relaxing and luxurious at the same time in the best way imaginable from the moment you walk in. The check in experience was a breeze and includes a glass of Cava being served to you no matter what time you arrive. The staff are absolutely incredible and will go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic experience. I had dinner at their restaurant which was also phenomenal. Their spa is also incredible and the hotel is incredibly private with only 18 guest rooms so you get the Spa to yourself usually. I will be staying here again when I visit Mallorca next with my family.

Our only minor criticism was the size of our room. (Room#306) It was quite small, and the low ceilings made it feel even more cramped than the actual square footage would suggest. While this didn't significantly impact our stay, guests who prefer more spacious accommodations may want to consider booking one of the larger room categories.

We stayed at Summum Hotel for our wedding, and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and genuinely wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. We stayed in the bridal suite, which was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for the bridesmaids to get ready and for our pre-wedding photos. The hotel also let us use different areas for photos and were more than happy to accommodate our photographers and groomsmen. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The team went above and beyond with a number of requests that were well outside what you’d normally expect from a hotel, and they always did it with a smile. The location is fantastic, the hotel itself is stunning, and the service is genuinely exceptional. Staying here was a big part of making our wedding weekend so special. We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Summum Hotel to anyone visiting Palma.

Totally recommend this hotel. From arrival to departure every member of staff was helpful and attentive from providing a kettle for tea to making sure fresh milk was provided every day. Using the spa before a late flight was really lovely. Location was very central and rooms had everything required.

I stayed here from 29 May to 1 June. The location was amazing, you can walk to everywhere in Palma from the hotel. There is a bakery 3 mins away called Forn Bonaire, we went there every single day. If you’re driving the hotel charges 22 euros per day and parks the car for you like a valet. Room was always clean, and everything was perfect. We saw quite a few faces daily but every single staff was so kind. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. Will definitely come back.

We enjoyed a short break in Palma and had the pleasure of staying at the Summum Boutique Hotel in Palma old town. We had an excellent stay from the moment we walked into the hotel until we left, the staff were amazing. The hotel is fabulous, quiet and luxurious but the staff are the “icing on the cake”. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception team and manager were friendly and professional, booking tickets and make arrangements for us. The breakfast staff communicated our breakfast coffee order as part of their handover between changing staff members, which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet presentation was excellent the buffet selection and cooked breakfast selection were very good. My husband thought the sausages were fantastic. Housekeeping were efficient and friendly. Our room was excellent, furnished to a high standard and the bed was extremely comfortable. The Chopard toiletries, especially the body wash, were lovely. There were so many lovely features throughout the hotel, it was calm, fragrant and stylish. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you to all the staff.

I would love to back here again! This charming hotel boutique is comfortable, cozy and beautiful. You fell special here. The mansion is carefully maintained and a very pleasant atmosphere has been created. The location is perfect - shops and restaurants are close, it takes 10 min to get to the Cathedral. The room is light and has enough space, the pillows are amazing. My room had a view to lovely courtyard. The cleanliness is perfect in the room and in whole hotel.

One of the best hotels. This is a small five star hotel. Only about 18 rooms. The location is in city centre. Quiet area close to lots of restaurant and shopping. Bus and Train terminal is about 15 min walk. Though there is no swimming pool, they more than make up for that through awesome service.

An absolute pleasure to return to this beautiful boutique hotel for our fourth visit. We were greeted upon arrival by the friendly professional team & were absolutely delighted to receive an upgrade to a junior suite together with cake, fruit & fizz to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The hotel offers an oasis of calm & is located in a quiet position within the old city. Would recommend booking the rooftop sundeck complete with plunge pool, perfect after a day of site seeing. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Specifically asked for rooms not to be next to elevator, arrived with room immediately next to the elevator. The hotel is on top of a school and it was noisy with kids screaming in the morning. Curtains aren't blackout and too much light comes in in the morning.

After finishing our GR 221 hike, we treated ourselves to three days at this wonderful hotel — and it couldn’t have been a better choice. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive staff. The hotel itself is set in a beautifully renovated house, full of charm and quiet luxury, right in the heart of Palma. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after the hike. We would happily stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

A great stay at a lovely hotel. We couldn’t have had a better time. The hotel staff were exceptional, the room was lovely. The situation of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The hotel was built on what looked like a decrepit house, but the standard of the refurbishment, build and fittings all were of the highest standard. We would love to go back!

This boutique hotel is cleverly and beautifully created from a historic building in the heart of Palma. The location is perfect for walking to all the notable sites in Palma whilst being away from the hustle and bustle. The room we had overlooked the atrium and ticked all the boxes you might expect of a quality hotel. The bookable rooftop loungers and small pool were an ideal place to relax after a day wandering down old streets, tasting delicious food and visiting some wonderful places. Breakfast was a treat and perfectly presented each morning. However the difference is made by the staff - from the first introduction, accompanied by a chilled glass of Cava to the final farewell, nothing was too much trouble and the service from reception to housekeeping to the servers at breakfast was polite, friendly and personal. We would be very happy to recommend to friends and family.

A five star hotel in the middle of the old town of Palma de Mallorca. An old mallorcan house converted to a wunderful hotel. Just a few steps to the center of Palma and the many attractions. With an especially friendly, supportive and attentative staff in all areas of the hotel. The room obviously had been designed by an interior designer. The bed had three cushions per peron available (remarkably high quality providing a good nights sleep). The room - as the entire hotel - was truly quiet. The hotel offered breakfast, which we also had booked. The breakfast was really good with many choices of bread, fruits, juices etc. In addition one could order specifically from the kitchen. The staff in this hotel was extremely professional and supportive. We were interested in a list of restaurants for dinner and we got a long list of options - in walking distance to the hotel. The car had to be parked in a separate parking lot not attached to the hotel, however, the staff offered valet parking and it was always just a matter of a few minutes and our car was available. The staff impressed us with their language skills (English and German) which made the stay at this hotel even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff is outstanding.

El hotel esta en un edificio antiguo muy buen conservado y remodelado , muy bien ubicado . El deayuno es un buffet pequeño pero de buena calidad . Lo mejor del hotel es la atención del personal del front desk ( Elena , Bianca , Lorena ) que están siempre ayudando y solucionando todo . Igualmente el servicio del desayuno con Angel , fue excelente

Reservamos una habitación Singular de 500 euros la noche y fue decepcionante. Primero nos dieron un altillo que habia que subir una escalera para llegar , oscura y calurosa . Al dia siguiente nos cambiaron a otra que no era 100% satisfactoria, pero no habia mas . Al llegar en la noche después de cenar la habitación olia a alcantarilla y era imposible dormir alli . Nos cambiaron a otra que era tan pequeña que casi no se podian abrir las maletas . Finalmente al tercer dia nos dieron otra habitación que si bien cumplia con las expectativas era muy oscura .

The property is beautiful and we loved the tour to explain the renovation process that made it what it is today.

We requested an early check in and received confirmation of an 8:00 AM check in time. When we arrived we were told the hotel was full and we couldn’t get in early. We went out for the day and came back to the hotel at 3:30 (30 minutes past the regular check in time) and our room was still not available. So our early check in turned into a late check in. Once we got to our room, we were put in the only room on the 4th floor which sounds great but then we listened to little kids run up the stairs, screaming on their way to the rooftop pool, and then the noise of all pool activity could be heard through the ceiling.

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft herzlich mit einem Willkommens Getränk empfangen. Es wurde uns ein Zimmer Upgrade ohne Aufpreis angeboten, nochmal herzlichen Dank hierfür. Das Personal, angefangen beim Empfang und auch beim Frühstück war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Konnten mit dem Mietwagen direkt zum Hotel fahren, das Parken wurde vom Personal übernommen. Bei Bedarf war der Mietwagen innerhalb von wenigen Minuten wieder verfügbar, top Service. Das historische Gebäude wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert, wirklich einzigartig und wunderschön. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön ausgestattet und der Zimmerservice war perfekt. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

Im Badezimmer könnte die Position des Wasserhahns am Waschbecken verbessert werden, da sonst Wasser über die Abdeckung läuft. Außerdem wäre es empfehlenswert, die Schränke unter dem Waschbecken zu erneuern.

Great boutique hotel in heart of old town. We stayed between Xmas and New Year so did not check out the roof terrace. Room was great - very spacious and comfortable and good breakfast. Very friendly staff Hotel provided recommended restaurants which we made use of - great options within walking distance and super food. Easy walk to the Cathedral. We had suite 205 which was a really great room with large windows.

The only annoying thing was having to leave. All of the staff were just wonderful in every way. Of course I didn’t book a Christmas dinner. The hotel staff fixed that for me in a Michelin starred restaurant down the road. Hard to see why this beautiful boutique hotel got 4.9. It was INCREDIBLE! Yeah, I highly recommend this place. Right in the centre and far enough away from the noise. Truly sublime. Just amazing. I will return.

This is now our go to place to stay in beautiful Palma. Every member of staff goes out of their way to ensure you are welcome and nothing is too much to ask. The service is above and beyond what you'd expect and the Melia brand should be very proud of this hotel. Location is perfect, literally a 5 mins to everything. Yet quietly tucked away in a narrow side street. The building itself dates from a 15th century palace, which has been totally refurbished with no expense spared. The rooms are stylish with big beds and luxury sheets, thick towels, warm showers decadent amenities. I will be staying again and cannot recommend this hotel enough

This hotel was the best hotel experience I’ve had around the world! From the moment we walked in the service was absolutely exceptional! Their knowledge of the history of the building, the local area and recommendations for restaurants/activities was fantastic. The room was exceptional and maintained to a very high quality, there was no wear and tear at all. The quality of the bed and pillows meant sleep was so easy and comfy. I would definitely recommend staying here and again just can’t say enough on the service from the staff, they are exceptional!!!

Beautifully curated hotel in the old town section of Palma. An old palazzo that was updated in the 1870's, I liked how there were photos of the building from that time period in each renovated room. Every modern comfort was considered in turning this historic building into a luxury hotel. The staff was exceptional, welcoming and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff really set it apart. The gentleman at the front desk would always check and see if we needed beach towels and recommendations - he sent us to lovely beaches we would have missed without him. The gentleman at breakfast was an absolute delight. And, the breakfast was fantastic. The young woman who valeted the car was also absolutely lovely. The room was clean and roomy and spotlessly clean, and the whole hotel smelled phenomenal. Also the hotel is a cool historic building, and in a great location - very walkable. Such a 5 star stay - everyone was so warm and kind and we could not have asked for a single thing to be improved. Perfect stay!
