Een hotel midden in het centrum met voor mij een grote, moderne en nette kamer. Ik heb een comfortabel verblijf van één nacht gehad. De toegang met een code verliep soepel.

Ik heb geen personeel gezien. Maar goed, dat is dan ook niet de bedoeling…

It was central to where i was working late into the early hours , it was very quiet so i slept really well, bathroom was nice & clean and i loved the big window in my room

Central location near shops & the art gallery but the place was quiet and felt very safe. I was able to leave my bags in a lock up early in the day. Managers are great. The bedroom & bathroom were really comfortable, with everything you need. The cafe next door is really lovely, home cooking, welcoming and cosy. Vegetarian and vegan options, great coffee and home made granola

The internet dipped a bit. However my stay was a great experience and I plan to go back.

The rooms were large, clean and well equipped for our stay. It was close to local restaurants for meals. Very quiet.

Da fuori non gli daresti fiducia ma appena entri l’alloggio é fantastico, all’interno di una struttura a mattoni a vista in stile industrial. Camere spaziose e pulite con tutti i comfort. Posizione eccellente in centro ad Aberdeen con un pub vicino a casa caratteristico. Siamo stati davvero bene! Colazione nel caffè sotto casa dove si respira un’aria creativa artistica

Everything was great. We haven't seen all of the staff members but the communication was good and the ones we met were really helpful. We booked this hotel twice during our vacation with a break in between where we stayed in another town, they let us store our large suitcase during this 1-day break and this was very appreciated. The room was extremely clean, location was perfect.

Het ligt centraal, heeft een goed café ernaast, maar een receptie of helder aanspreekpunt ontbreekt. De dame van de schoonmaak was wel heel vriendelijk en meewerkend.

De bedden waren voor ons écht te hard en zorgden voor twee slechte nachten.

It was strange : the shower was the best I have ever experienced and the hospitality tray was the most generous I have ever seen.

There were two chairs in the room that looked as if they had come from a second hand shop and there was no plug in the bathroom sink which looked as if there should have been a pop up waste. I also question naming the property a hotel as it seemed to be a number of rooms on the second floor of a commercial building

Great location just off Belmont Street above a really nice cafe where we got some coffee and pastries for breakfast. The bathroom was clean and modern, nice touch of fancy toiletries too. A treat to have a king size bed. Check-in was simple and quick!

The WiFi was a bit on and off, and we couldn’t get satellite TV channels, but were able to access streaming channels instead so all fine.

Das Zimmer Nummer 2 war gut und ruhig gelegen, aber das Zimmer Nummer 5, zur Gebäuderückseite hin, liegt nahe einem stark frequentierten Inn oder Bar mit Publikumsverkehr bis 2:00 am. Die Gäste des Lokals waren unter Alkoholeinfluss derart laut, dass an Schlafen nicht zu denken war. Noch lange nach 2:00 am. befanden sich laut singende, grölende Personen vor dem Hotel. Lautes Hundegebell und die ständig passierenden Taxis vom nahen Taxistand gaben keine Ruhe!

Minus za zielone dość mocne światełko nad drzwiami,może można było jakoś je wyłączyć. Malutki pokój i mała łazienka. Trochę wylewała się woda spod prysznica. Ale jak za taką cenę i lokalizację- nie ma na co narzekać . Dla osób,które lubią ciszę w nocy,niezbyt dobre miejsce,ponieważ wokół jest dość głośno.

There was a cabinet for leaving left luggage but unfortunately one of the locks had been broken and was being repaired. Space was limited and we were unable to lock away both our cases. I spoke with a lady who was servicing the rooms and she kindly offered to watch our bags throughout the morning whilst she was servicing the rooms.

Ho apprezzato l'ampiezza della stanza e del bagno, così come quella del letto. È stato utile che abbiano lasciato dei biscotti e del the per una merenda veloce. I prodotti da bagno erano di qualità.

Nulla! Forse avrei preferito avere qualche indicazione in più per il parcheggio, essendo una zona a traffico limitato: basterebbe aggiungere qualche indicazione sui parcheggi a pagamento lì vicini.

The location is excellent - just a short walk from the heart of the city. Despite the close proximity to lots of bars and clubs, I did not find the noise a problem.

The internet connection in my room was very poor; a very weak connection which frequently dropped out and made work impossible.

Perfect location - central but quiet, room is compact but has all everything you need, with relatively spacious bathroom. No staff on site but very efficient communication and practical set-up for checking in and out.

Room was a bit tired and could use a refresh. Bed was large but not overly comfortable.

Die Lage ist top. Wer ein hartes Bett mag, ist happy. Das Bad ist top und hatte eins der besten Duschen auf meiner Reise. Die eine Mitarbeiterin die ich antraff, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die hässlichste Aussicht die ich je hatte und widerspricht in keiner Weise dem Grund warum ich gebucht hab. Es ist auch mit nichten ein Hotel. Auch das hat mich enttäuscht, wenn man extra ein Hotel bucht aber ein seelenloses Airbnb antrifft.

Die zentrale Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, einschließlich Wasserkocher, Föhn und einem großen Badezimmer. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Durch die zentrale Lage ist abends allerdings auch einiges los. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Bar bzw. ein Club, sodass insbesondere am Samstagabend viele Menschen auf der Straße unterwegs waren. Da mein Zimmer zur Straßenseite lag, war es bis spät in die Nacht recht laut und ich konnte erst später einschlafen.

Die Besitzerin Denise ist im ganzen Speytal eine absolute Legende.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das macht sie aber mit ihrem Charme wieder weg.

My second stay here and I recommend it highly! It has a great location - right in the centre of Aberdeen. The rooms are clean and well- maintained and the staff friendly!

While they don't do breakfast, the Gaelic Lane Cafe is on the ground floor and does a decent breakfast. Note however, that it doesn't open until 9am which may not work if your schedule requires an early start.

Il parcheggio più vicino è a 10 minuti a piedi, se si hanno le valigie é scomodo. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la carta dell’elettricità, ma il responsabile ha risposto subito e risolto in qualche minuto!

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße direkt im Stadtzentrum. Das Gebäude und daneben gelegene Cafe sind sehr idyllisch, allerdings gibt es kein Personal vor Ort. Das Zimmer war okay, recht klein und simpel, aber sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Es gab Tee mit Keksen :-)

Dadurch, dass kein Personal vor Ort ist, hat es etwas gedauert, bis der Zugang zum Gebäude funktioniert hat - das Touchpad mit dem Zugangscode hat nicht sofort funktioniert. Der Zugang zum Hotel im 1. OG mit großen Koffern ist etwas anstrengend, es gibt keinen Lift.

Great location, easy to find. The bathroom was lovely; the shower had great pressure and we appreciated the isle of arran soaps. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we got the chance to speak.

It did not bother us... but it is true that it is very noisy on a saturday night, even with the window shut. So would not be great if you are a light sleeper - or take earplugs.

Location is great. It's close to lots of restaurants, shopping stores and the bus stops. The room was also pretty spacious, clean and comfortable

Soundproofing is very bad. You hear people across the street in the outside bar even with the windows closed. Also, you can hear people in the rooms across from you. Mine was soo bad that I heard the person next door snoring throughout the night. They snored so loud and so bad thay it felt like they were in the room with me. Needless to say, it was a sleepless night for me. Another issue I had was with the door. I'm sure Aberdeen is a very safe place, but the door seemed quite old, flimsy and something that could be easily broken into. I don't know if I can recommend this place to solo traveling women in particular. Nothing happened when I was there, but the door just didn't seem secure enough for me. Lastly, given the size of the room, a small fridge would have been nice to have but it's not a deal breaker.

This is the first time staying at a hotel like this just above a business, so I didn't entirely know what to expect. If you are looking for a very clean and comfortable room with no frills, then this is the place for you. If you don't have a car, this location seems pretty close to a lot of food and shops. Parking a car falls into the dislike category, as there is no parking, but with the two of us we were able to park in a loading area just long enough to drop off luggage then go park. Although the area around the entrance felt a little sketchy, once inside the pass code protected door, the building felt clean and safe. Aside from the parking issues, it was a great stay for the one night we were in town.

I did not like that there is no on-site parking, and the nearest lot was about a 15 minute walk away: but that was mentioned ahead of time so I cannot fault the hotel. Also, my buddy mentioned some street noise from his room, but that is somewhat expected in a street-facing room. Entrance is almost in an alley.

Car parking ATM isn’t close by, due to many roads being closed for work, however this isn’t the fault of the property and would still go back and book with confidence.

Location very central for city. we visited to attend a theatre show and was very conveniently situated, a short walk. Although central, it is in a quiet side street. Room was spacious and meticulously clean. Wide range of teas/coffees provided and a biscuit. Smart TV gave us the opportunity to watch a film late on after returning, an unexpected bonus. Finally, the shower was amazing, with luxury toiletries provided. A most comfortable stay, exceeded our expectations.

Would have liked breakfast provided. The rooms are up two short flights of stairs, not an issue for us at all but those with mobility ossues may struggle.

Everything was great, and I liked how the "coffee shop" breakfast included was at 9-10 instead of the usual 6.30 am that most hotels have.

- pillows were too thick and stiff so I used the thin decorative ones - There is only a fixe overhead shower and no bidet or a shower head... so every time you go to the toilet, if you want to wash after you have to take a full shower.

This is my favourite place to stay in Aberdeen - it’s so cosy, right in the middle of town. Short walk from train station. Communication is excellent and nothing is too much trouble.

Perfect for a short stay. Very clean and well presented. Staff were responsive by text message and very helpful. There was an extra heater available, spare pillows, towels, iron and coffee/tea.

Mattress wasn't the comfiest but fine for a night or 2. It was a little noisy til the early hours but it was a Saturday so that's to be expected.

Convenient quiet location for attending the Music Hall. Room was lovely and clean, twin beds set up as requested when booking. Top class toiletries provided too.

Hadn't received check in details via email, so had to ring for them and still hadn't received them on arrival by taxi, so had to call again from outside and they came through straight away via text and on normal email from Booking.com. I have stayed before a few years ago and had no issues, so I think this was just an oversight due to being busy, would always book here when staying in Aberdeen.

This hotel is located right in the city centre, close to many pubs and restaurants. The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and easy to access using the door code and lockboxes. Would definitely stay again whenever I visit Aberdeen.

I stayed on a Friday night and could hear people shouting outside the pubs until quite late - expected in the city centre but something to consider if you need quiet to sleep.
