Niesamowicie miły, uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Świetne udogodnienia - do dyspozycji aneks kuchenny w obiekcie. Kawa z ekspresu za darmo i przestrzeń do zjedzenia śniadania - super sprawa! W pokoju cisza i bardzo duża przestrzeń.

Noting at all

Property was infested with Flies, Spiders, Toilets were broken, showers were broken. Changed room 5 times eventually gave up. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. STAFF WERE RUDE a d not helpful at all.

The bed was so comfy. Plenty towels. Everything smelt clean and fresh .

Struggled to get staff for checking in and checking out! No one on desk and locked doors. Tv in room wasn’t tuned in properly so many stations were there but unwatchable. I ended up connecting my Netflix account so we could watch a movie. No mini bar or fridge but tbf that wasn’t on the amenities list but it’s usually a given. Probably wouldn’t stay again however the location was ideal! We were in Aberdeen to visit our daughter who is a student and she recommended the bar so it was just a night to sleep and for that (albeit I need the TV on) it was perfect

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte, in una camera tripla. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa e dotata di un bagno recentemente ristrutturato, con morbidi asciugamani e una buona dotazione di prodotti per l’igiene personale. La camera si trovava al piano seminterrato, ma la particolare conformazione dello stabile permette comunque alla luce naturale di entrare dalla finestra, rendendo l’ambiente abbastanza luminoso. Inizialmente, il fatto di dover scendere due piani a piedi, senza ascensore, non mi aveva dato un’impressione particolarmente positiva. Tuttavia, una volta sistemati in camera, il soggiorno è stato decisamente più piacevole del previsto e la notte è trascorsa in modo confortevole. La posizione è ottima.

A bit noisy

The Siberia hotel situated in the city centre in an old quirky building with very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely communal area with refreshments , fruit, games and books, and is reasonably priced for a room in the city centre. The lively bar is situated next door, with other bars and restaurants situated near by, however the room was very quiet and we never heard a thing, so would definitely consider staying here again. The hotel does have parking but you must book in advance as spaces are very limited, but beware the car park is at the top of a very steep drive and is a bit tricky to negotiate.

Our bed was a bit uncomfortable, the hard old mattress spoiled the experience.

Location was great for access to the City centre. Air conditioning in the room was a bonus. 15% off drinks at the bar for guests.

Some of the rooms can be a bit claustrophobic.

La mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata purtroppo molto negativa. Le camere sono anguste e con un evidente odore di muffa. Per raggiungerle bisogna scendere sempre più in basso, dando la sensazione di trovarsi in uno scantinato. Una volta dentro, lo spazio è davvero insufficiente: le stanze sono minuscole, con soffitti bassi e un’atmosfera claustrofobica. Non si riesce nemmeno a passare agevolmente, e non c’è spazio per aprire le valigie. Le foto pubblicate online non rispecchiano affatto la realtà: gli ambienti sembrano molto più grandi e curati di quanto siano realmente. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato un insetto nel bagno, cosa che ha peggiorato ulteriormente la percezione di scarsa igiene. Consiglio vivamente ad altri utenti di valutare alternative: la struttura non offre le condizioni minime di comfort che ci si aspetta da un soggiorno.

No kettle in the room and quite a dark room. No chain on the door, although I think the twist below the handle was a lock.

Great location of the hotel in the centre. The rooms are spacious and clean, you have access to a common area with free coffee and discounts in the bar, which was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Some of the furniture was looking somewhat worn out and the beds were too soft.

Central location, good to have a bath in the room.

Listed as no parking available but was then told after enquiring that there was parking available, however it didn’t say this is within the LEZ zone until long after we had arrived, having had to park 20 mins walk away. No tea and coffee in the room, a communal drinks machine was available. Very noisy people at 4am outside the accommodation, a drawback of being so central.

The check-in was quick, the hotel is very central, the room seemed clean. There was a nice kitchenette area outside the rooms with free drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) and a vending machine with snacks and cold drinks, in addition to a table area where you could eat. There was also a bookcase with games and books you could borrow. The rooms were of a good size.

The hallway stank of mould. We tried to sit in the common area to play some games, but had to leave quickly. Several people in my party had scratchy eyes and throats for the duration of our stay and the rest of the day after checkout. This was better in the rooms, but we had to be mindful to close the room doors quickly to not let the smell in and kept fans going and windows open to try to circulate the air. Due to this, we would unfortunately be unlikely to rebook. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable.

Parking was not good we were told to park down on the road where the bins are located we came out to fruit from peoples drinks and cigarette butts on our car from people throwing them over the balcony (lucky it wasn’t a glass as it would have smashed the windscreen) We had no air conditioning apparently they were being upgraded, no notice of this, no discount for this and just had to accept it - the worst part was you couldn’t open ANY windows - just ridiculous

Posizione ottima per il centro e la stazione; hanno una soluzione con macchinetta e saletta dedicata alla colazione, ottima per il fai da te. La saletta è anche accessibile con qualche gioco da tavolo per passare la serata. Staff gentile!

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. No tea coffee or kettle in the room . But the girl on duty was great and got us a kettle and mugs .

Small rooms, some noise (not from beergarden but from traffic and the city) also during the night, no parking, but great value for money.

There is quite a lot of stairs to the property. The windows are old and don’t open mostly and there is air con units but they don’t work and we’re told this when asking staff however the property was very very warm.

We really regret choosing this hotel. The "family room" was extremely cramped – barely enough space for three of us. The corner window was only half height and could not be opened at all, making the room feel hot, stuffy and airless.

Worst of all, someone from the room below banged on our door, very frustrated, saying we were making too much noise walking or moving around. The thin floors meant we could hear every thud from above too – it gave me a pounding headache and made us feel constantly anxious about moving.

Location very good for Tivoli theatre and plenty of places to go to for breakfast near by in the morning

Struttura perfetta. Molto curata, pulita e con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Letti molto comodi. Prodotti per l' igiene di qualità. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la macchina del caffè con cialde e tutto ciò che serviva. Il personale è stato sempre molto accogliente, disponibile e gentilissimo. Abbiamo potuto lasciare le nostre valigie dopo il ceck out gratuitamente per qualche ora. Cosa molto apprezzata. La posizione è centralissima e perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Nei dintorni non manca nulla: locali, supermercati, servizi, musei e stazione ferroviaria. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura

Staff is super friendly and helpfull, we asked them if they can wash our clothes and they didn't charged us anything, very clean and comfy room, amazing bathroom, they have little tea and coffee room where you can eat and hang out; the tea and coffee there are free to take, everything is close and on the palm of your hand + they have their own bar with excellent music and drinks...

Excellent location and very near the Art Gallery which I was planning on visiting. Loved the communal area with good coffee, herbal and regular teas, microwave, games and complementary fruit. Better than the usual small kettle and sachets of bad coffee which you usually get. Very friendly and accommodation staff. Clean throughout. Plus I was able to leave my luggage securely for a few hours on check out day.

Overall i enjoyed my stay, However I felt the walls in the room by the bed was marked so on initial first glance the room looked dirty, however after looking more closely I realised the walls were just marked. There was also no wardrobe for clothes to be hung, not even a make-shift hanging rail attached to the wall that could have hangers on for clothes for guests. The room was very small, and It made me want to get out of the room as much as i could. And i feel the price for that size of room was extortionate for a weekend.

Very central, right at the main street. The bedrooms were very cozy and everything was very clean. Overall a very great accomodation.

TV was glitching in the living room and the apartment got pretty stuffy during the day. Also there is a lot of pubs and clubs nearby so it’s not exactly quiet in the night, but that’s not the host’s fault :)

Tiene parking pero limitado, lo que obliga a dejar el coche en un parking privado a 12 pounds el día, porque el hotel está ubicado en una calle donde no se puede aparcar.

L’accueil et le service, ils nous ont surclassé. Les équipements étaient très bons aussi.

It was very centrally located. Confortable beds.

The hotel is acceptable if you’re not very demanding or if you’re a young person looking for nightlife and able to sleep in almost any conditions. However, it is definitely not a hotel suitable for families. I can’t comment on the rest of the week, but because the hotel is located right in the heart of the nightlife area, it was extremely noisy at night. The only way to reduce the noise was to keep the windows closed. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working, so with the windows closed there was no ventilation. As a result, we had to leave them open and could hear everything outside. Some of the windows couldn’t even be opened because they were very old, and others had been permanently sealed shut. In my room, for example, the window wouldn’t open at all, so the only way to get some fresh air was to leave the bedroom door open. There was also a very bright emergency light in the hallway that stayed on all night, making it even more difficult to get any rest. The hotel looks very old and worn. It bears little resemblance to the photos shown on Booking. Perhaps those rooms do exist, but they certainly weren’t the ones we were given. The kitchen was probably the best part of the accommodation, but there were no paper towels or even a kitchen cloth available to clean up after using it.

Il n'y a pas de parking possible au pied de l'hôtel. Il y a un à 12£ les 24 heures à moins de 500m. L'appartement est situé dans le centre festif d'Aberdeen, nous y étions un samedi soir et c'était un peu bruyant.

Very clean, excellent quality linen, great number of charging ports and plug outlets, 3 mirrors including a full-body mirror, which is rare nowadays. Fittings on the shower base were falling apart, and shower gel holder fell off. Inconvenient first thing in the morning to go and traipse the corridor to get to the coffee machine rather than a drinks caddy in the room. Other than that excellent stay.

Bar staff at night ! The staff during the day were lovely . So nice ! At night horrible .. one girl with blonde hair was so rude to me and my child ! They say it’s family friendly so I asked for a mocktail for my child who is 11 ! The girl at the bar said to her a child do you have ID I said no it’s a mocktail she is 11 ! She repeated it 3 times aggressively without saying why so I said there is no alcohol in it ! To which she said I am not stupid I no there is not she needs ID to be in the bar ! I said she is a child and we staying in the hotel .. she then went to get her manager without me asking ! And when he come over I explained what had happened and how rude she was ! I said it’s ok we will leave but I am not happy ! She was waving her hands about shouting who me .. then as I grab the other two kids her and 2 members of staff spoke about us and laughed ! It was shocking. She was very rude and should not be working in the hotel ! She had no people skills and for the price we paid it was shocking behaviour

I love Its location from different bars, clubs and casino. I like its access to the train and bus stations. It value matched the price.

The hotel was very central to the city and close to every amenity that I was needing access to. I found the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable; perfect size for a solo occupant also. I found there was not a lot of noise from outside the building; it was quiet and peaceful. I liked that I had everything I needed in my room too.

Good location, comfy bed. The bar manager was lovely and really helpful when I went downstairs to ask a question.

The aircon units in the rooms didn't work, and only some of the windows opened. The bathroom sink was very blocked. The shower gel/shampoo seemed to have been watered down a lot, to the point of being very ineffective.

Customer service was excellent, staff member Findlay in particular I felt went above and beyond

Nothing about the property. If walking from bus or train station don't follow Google maps if you have heavy luggage. It takes you via steps. Instead take Market street up to Union Street and turn left. Carry on to Bempton Street which is on the right side.

La ubicación es muy buena, justo en el centro de la zona de ambiente, nada mas salir a la calle tienes todos los bares, rest, y pubs, a nosotros nos gusto mucho, la habitación bien, limpia comoda y no se oía los ruidos de fuera, a pesar de tener todos los pubs con música alta, no se oía nada.

Absolutely amazing as always staff are amazing and the bed like sleeping on a cloud massive shower and seating area as got upgraded 🫶

Our room was a superior double with sofa bed- it looked far bigger brighter & nicer in Photos. WE had a dungeon type window almost at floor level which didnt open which felt claustraphobic & unsafe if fire etc

Especially when the window is near the footpath Did the air conditioning used to work It would have been nice again because of the unreasonable hot weather would it be practical for a small fridge where the room occupiers could keep bottles of water cold? The controls for the bath/shower took a bit of getting used to The TV reception wasn't good a times

The bed was awful. Really poor didn’t sleep well at all on it, woke up both days with a sore back and neck.

It doesn't include breakfast at the hotel, but you could book breakfast in the cafe near the hotel. Regarding the room, it was clean, but it doesn't have a safe bathroom. It was really slippery, and it doesn't have any handles or some things in the bath
