Está un poco sucio y descuidado, sin mantenimiento. La habitación no tiene ventilación. Aunque tiene una ventana no se puede abrir por qué han puesto un armario delante y la otra pequeña da al distribuidor de la escalera.

Sofia at the desk was just as great as the below reviews say. 10/10 location, amazing food and entertainment nearby. Amazing value all around

L’hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre correspond aux photos (hormis la propreté).

La chambre était extrêmement sale. À notre arrivée, il y avait des cheveux et des poils dans le lit et sur le sol. Les linges et draps étaient très tachés. Toute la chambre était globalement sale. De plus, l’hôtel n’accepte pas la carte, et lorsque nous avons voulu payer en cash ils n’ont accepté seulement le montant exact (ne rendent pas la monnaie).

Great location. Restaurants, supermarkets, the bus stop to/from the airport, etc, almost everything was within walking distance. The next to the hotel was an excellent Bun Cha (traditional noodle) restaurant. The room was clean, I saw no bugs. The staffs were also friendly and flexible. I arrived in the very early afternoon, but they welcomed and let me check in.

I stayed on the 6th floor, but the lift went up only to the 5th floor, so I had to go up/down the stair. Usually it is not a problem for me, but the stair was too narrow for those with suitcases. I can not recommend this room for those with difficulty in walking. The room had a window but on the upper part of the wall. So, it was impossible to enjoy the city view. TV was not functioning(it did not matter for me, though).

Location was awesome. Walking into the old quarter everyday, food and coffee everywhere. Property was clean and tidy, with great aircon, which was a must for us, as we had some really warm days.

Not a fan of the glass walled bathroom, even though there was a blind. I was travelling with my adult daughter so made things awkward, not impossible, but awkward. That’s about it though.

ホテルチェックインした際、階段で６階の部屋だと言われ、構わないと答えたのに隣のホテルに連れられた。 隣のホテルは窓無しで荷物も広げられない狭い部屋で、横の建物の工事の音が響くなど落ち着いて寝られなかった。

Very cozy place

The place is super central and close to the train street and restaurants.

The bathroom needs a deep clean and it was the worst mattress in Vietnam so far. You could feel the springs.

It was so much flying ants on our room. Everyday when we came back to the hotel it was so many in our bed…. 2 Nights when we came back around 12pm they had “locked” the reception. So we had to knock to wake the guy in the reception up.. He saw us go out around 11pm but he didn’t “warn” us that it will “close” .

It's a ideal destination for people who have business trip. Affordable price and convenient location, good service and friendly staff, I will come back if I have other trip in Ha Noi in the future.

Very value for money, we used it as a stopover while waiting for the train to Sa Pa. Very close to the train station, very close to the train street as well. Lots of shops for necessities & food nearby.

Nothing. You pay for what you get. A clean private room. Only thing is the A/C isn’t the best.

The location is in the old district. Restaurant and shop are just a few walks away. Staff is accomodating too.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We arrived mid-morning, many hours before official check-in, yet, we were given a room straight away. This made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff also offered fantastic recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

Not the cleanest. Ants EVERYWHERE including the bed. Plug sockets burnt and pretty run down. If you come back late the entrance is locked and you have to bang on the window to wake the staff up to let you in.

The location was in an excellent spot in Hanoi. Our favorite thing about the hotel was the staff. The women were extremely nice & let us stay an extra hour without charge (typically they charge 50 vnd an hour which is honestly nothing) and they let us store our luggage for almost the whole day until our train ride to Da Nang. The bathroom shower head was really powerful!

The beds were very uncomfortable but for 2 nights, we managed.

Western style shower- shower is in its own compartment so water doesnt get all over the entire bathroom and toilet! Rare in Vietnam! Wifi was stable and can be used for making work phone calls. Bed was firm (like most beds in Southeast Asia) but comfort level was superior to neighboring hotels (and I stayed at quite a few). This will be my go-to hotel for when I return to this area.

Not any real laundry service for someone with small loads. The nextdoor laundry service wont accept less than 3kg. However there is surely another laundry service close by with a little bit of looking.

Great location. The room is quite comfortable, it is not new but was clean, (daily house keeping service). The fridle works fine, the ac as well. The staff was available for a very early baggage drop off and for a very early check out, plus, they did allow us to check in as soon as the room was ready, about 2 hours before official check in time

I like that the bed was really comfy, and the bathroom was really spacious and nice. It's really close to a busy street but you won't even notice since the room was really inside the property and from my experience I didn't hear something disturbing and I could rest perfectly. The lady in the reception was really helpful and she speaks english really good!

シティビューの部屋で予約していましたが、初日はクリスマスで部屋がいっぱいだから、と窓のない部屋に強制的に泊められました。２日目からはシティビューに移動しましたが、テレビは見れないし、シャワーの水圧弱いし、外の喧騒が夜中まで続くし、でかなり微妙でした。 ただ、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでいい人でした。

The location was good

The rear “facing” rooms (with no window) had a fire escape that had been enclosed with windows. This led straight down to the main hotel room for the staff. That room was used to cook, eat, meet and sleep in. The noise as you can imagine travels very easily to your room. The night staff have no understanding or care if this. My last night was awful, it was 3am when the VERY LOUD talking and music ended. So 3am before I got the attempt to sleep. This is not acceptable.

This hotel was super nice! It is shaped in a weird way that makes it almost look like a bad hotel when you first walk-in (the corridors and the stairs are very narrow but luckily they have an elevator). But then the room was amazing! It was pretty big, spotless and the bathroom was also very nice. The wifi worked very well, which is also a bonus point. The hotel staff was also nice, as well as the owner. She was very sweet with us, let us check in a bit early as I was sick on that day, and gave us plenty of information and advice. In terms of location, it was pretty close to the main tourist attractions and had a lot of restaurants/shops around.

We only stayed there one night so we didn’t encounter anything negative to mention.

Some things were a little bit dirty AC super noisy The fridge was loosing water every time we leaves the room (because the electricity is gone when you are out) Unfortunately we had the weirdest and worst situation ever. CONSTRUCTIONS at from 2 am to 4. Insane, hammers and more, we couldn’t sleep at all the first night. I talked at the reception about this and they explained me they were trying to manage it and offer me to change room or leave the hotel. Looks like they are handling

I liked the location of the hotel, the attitude of the owners, the price-quality ratio. The room is big enough and well equipped.

We had the room on the 6th floor and it was exactly as on the pictures. Clean, nice and spacious. Near the old center.

The hotel is close to the old center, but there is a lot of noice in the street which you can hear in the room. So you really need earplugs to sleep. We booked the hotel for 1 night but we were staying longer and we were planning to stay even longer, but instead of asking us, the staff just rented our room to somebody else and we had to leave the hotel.

Pretty central hotel, the rooms are nice like in the pictures, the breakfast is cooked on the spot by the staff. Not all of the staff can speak English but they can more or less understand. Some things in the room looked pretty dated.

The Hotel is located where we wanted to be on the remaining days of our trip. Train station is just around the block and lot of restaurant options nearby. It would take you 15-20 mins walk going to the Hoan Kiem Lake but the stores along the way might drag you and take it longer than usual especially if you pass by the night market. The staff were nice and very helpfull. We planned to booked for Halong Bay Cruise and Ninh Binh Tour on the duration of our stay and they booked it for us on a good price. The cheapest we got compared to others on the same tour (different agencies, different prices but same tour). They even arranged a car for us going to the airport (a little bit cheaper than Grab). The dining area was small but it gave us oppurtunity to talk with other guests of the hotel during breakfast and share stories of our trips around Hanoi.

I booked via agoda with coupon applied, it saved alot for this nice hotel. The reception try everything to please us, help us to find out many interesting place in Ha noi. Room is clean and nice, air con work well but I think with that temperature of Hanoi of april, you might don't need it :d

We stayed in Bel Ami for 3 nights. The staff are friendly and helped bring my luggage to the room. The room is similar to the ones in the picture and pretty spacious. Bed and pillows are quite comfy. Strange thing is the place to hang our coats/towels is soooo high, I wonder how short people reach it. The aircond was pretty warm and the ceiling in the toilet was leaking. It leaked onto our towels and also made the floor wet. But either than these 2 issues, we had no other problems with the hotel.

The rooms and the photos did not match. The rooms were simple and nothing else. Only 2 rooms on each floor. The room that was facing inward, had the window sealed up with a wooden plank. Every lock on every door in this hotel was badly installed. We thought we had a room where the lock was faulty and asked to change room, but apparently almost all the room doors were the same. The "wardrobe" was just but a space hanging so high above the table, it's practically useless. There was a small kitchen on the ground floor that was very dirty and messy. The staff cooking the breakfast was like a boy who had just woken up and cooking in his sleeping clothes. I really didn't feel comfortable eating in there. The reception area was a very messy and dirty as well, it gave me a very bad impression of the whole place. Overall, i felt like i was putting up in someone's home rather than a hotel. It's not the first time i'm staying in a budget hotel, but i feel that this place can be made cleaner and more comfortable for its guests to stay. I hope the owner can realise this and do something about it.

+: Good and new room condition, wood flooring, and relatively spacious, enthusiastic staff -: City view room is noisy due to facing a main street, no room door sign, only that one and only receptionist able to communicate in English P/s: This should be rated as 1 star instead of 3 stars hotel. And, if the receptionist decided or being instructed to retain the guest's passport upon check in, THEY MUST REMEMBER to return it during check out! Rather than expecting the guest would remember to ask for it, after a 4 nights stay, woke up at 7am rushing to the airport and realized that the passport is not in his travel pouch! A $400 lesson.

Staff is incredibly unprofessional. Stayed here a couple days. I will Never will go back. One evening a male staff member greeted us in the lobby shirtless. Another male staff came to our room to fix the TV. He unplugged the electronics a said he need to wait 10 minutes. Then SAT IN THE BED next to my girlfriend and started asking her question like old old she was...STAY AWAY.

Air con not working initially, shower was lukewarm

My friend and me have booked the hotel for one night and when we arrive there we were informed that no rooms were available without a previous notification. The guys of hotel addressed us to another hotel which was really really disgusting. The point is that we had to change everything in the last minute and look for another hotel. I’m really disappointed and I truly don’t recommend this hotel. Previously to this situation we had booked the same hotel before going to Halong Bay. The hotel announces that there is breakfast, which is not true. The guys cook in a precarious kitchen and the food was full of hair. The rooms are good, similar to the photos.

I have booked this hotel for one night. However, there's no indication that the hotel was still under renovation until I arrive the city. The hotel staff has arranged another accommodation on that day. It is recommended that Expedia check comprehensively before allowing any accommodation to be listed.
