Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Sehr gute Lage, ziemlich genau zwischen Altstadt und Flughafen. Preislich auch okay. Zimmer war recht groß. Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war sehr einfach und gut.
Das Wasser im Bad war maximal 2 Minuten am Stück warm.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Tiszta volt a szoba, ingyen kávé, tea, bár mi nem használtuk ki. A tulajdonossal nem találkoztunk, de WhatsApp-on elküldött minden fontos információt. Könnyű megközelíthetőség, közel a történelmi negyed.
Nagyon kicsi szoba, kényelmetlen ágy és párna. Alig aludtam valamit a 3 éjszaka alatt. Nincs asztal, csak egy magas pult, és két alacsony szék. Mikrohullámú sütő, tányér jó lett volna, de csak evőeszközt találtunk. A repülők felettünk szálltak fel, kb. 5-10 percenként. Este 10 és reggel 6 között csend volt.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Stanza non grandissima, ma sufficiente per una sola persona. Climatizzatore e Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionanti. La pulizia molto accurata; struttura tranquilla, nonostante sia situata in una via piuttosto trafficata.
Segnalo un particolare, che probabilmente non è di competenza della struttura. Il prezzo del garage a cui la struttura si appoggia dovrebbe essere aggiornato su Booking: ho speso 25 euro a notte, invece di 22, come è attualmente indicato. Sicuramente ci sono garage più cari (a 30 euro), però il prezzo dovrebbe essere più trasparente.

La signora Teresa si è dimostrata sin da subito molto cordiale e, con le sue indicazioni via Whatsapp, davvero utile a prevenire ed evitare qualsiasi intoppo durante il nostro soggiorno. Probabilmente, per un soggiorno più lungo potrebbe non essere adatto, ma dipende molto da cosa ci si aspetta.
Non sono riuscito ad aprire la finestra della stanza, ma, come detto, siamo stati solo poche ore, quindi, sono sicuro che ci sarei riuscito se davvero fosse stato necessario e anche che sarebbe bastato un messaggio alla signora Teresa per ricevere assistenza. Non c'è la doccia in bagno, bensì la vasca e manca il supporto per il soffione, quindi, può risultare scomodo

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Logement situé au nord est de Naples. Emplacement idéal pour arrivée ou départ aéroport. Tout proche. Proche du centre historique mais un peu loin de la mer à pieds et de certains quartiers comme Capodimonte ou les quartiers Espagnols. Surtout qu'il ne faut pas compter sur les bus et oubliez la voiture à Naples ! Donc à pieds, il faut bien compter environ 45 minutes d'un bout à l'autre de la ville et pareil pour le retour. Excellent accueil à mon arrivée. La propriétaire reste joignable par WhatsApp si besoin. Logement propre. Je recommande.

De naam doet ontbijt verwachten: Bed &Breakfest. Er was echter alleen de mogelijkheid om in het halletje koffie of thee te maken. Wel hebben een ontbijt plek gevonden in de buurt, met vriendelijk, vergeetachtig personeel.

Al mio ritorno, ho trovato il letto rifatto. Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati di continuo. Non è una cosa che si trova in tutti gli Airbnb.

There was no shower head, only the hand shower. There was no shampoo, only soap. Many of the sockets didn’t work. The only closet was hard to access in the room. The coffee was very bitter suggesting that coffee machine hasn’t been cleaned.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026A lovely reasonably priced B&B in Naples. The host (Teresa) was very helpful and a kind lady waited for me to check in even though it was late. It is kept very clean , the beds are comfortable with extra pillows , there is a communal tea/coffee making area. It felt very safe with 2 locked doors to get through before your room. This was important as a solo woman traveller. I left my key one day and the room door open and my belongings were very safe. The area is on a busy road with bus links and a metro station 10 minutes away to get to other parts of the city. It is a 20 minute walk to the museum, 40 minute walk to the Spanish quarter, 1 hour walk to the port.
The bedroom walls are quite thin and you can hear the people in the next rooms chatting and watching TV. With the windows open there is a bit of street noise. If you are a light sleeper best to bring earplugs.

Рядом супермаркет и на самой улице много кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус Сам номер маленький, чистый. Для того, чтобы принять душ и поспать вполне подходит. В коридоре общий холодильник и уголок для приготовления кофе. Фотографии соответствуют. За день до прибытия хозяка выслала подробные инструкции как добраться из аэропорта и как найти квартиру, как пользоваться кофе- машиной и полотенцами и т.д. вообще, хозяйка была доступна по вотсапу и реагировала быстро
Теперь о неприятных моментах 1. Мы должны были приехать в отпуск вместе с мамой, но перед поездкой она заболела и врач не разрешил ей лететь. Хозяйка была уведомлена, что я приезжаю одна. Тем не менее она потребовала оплату городского налога за двоих и только после вмешательства сотрудников букинг эта проблема была решена. 2. В предыдущих отзывах я читала что у кого-то в номере выпадали розетки. На меня упал стол во время обеда, просто отшел от стены. Все что было на тарелке и в стакане вылилось на меня. Хозяйка пожаловалась моей маме и упрекала в нанесении ущерба мебели! Так что при въезде проверяйте мебель, чтобы не нанести ущерб 3. За день до отъезда попросила хозяйку заказать мне такси на ранний выезд, поскольку в двух компаниях мне не ответили на запрос. Получила отказ 4. Ощущение что стен не существует. Слышимость переходит все границы. Я слышала все что говорил гость в соседнем номере и он не говорил громко. В комнате есть балкон но дневной свет в комнату не попадает потому что жалюзи приварены в буквальном смысле и их не повернуть поэтому постоянный полумрак

some times you could here the neighboursthrough the walls after 22:00 but not very loud and OK if you have ear plugs.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025La posizione è ottima, molto ben collegata e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi il centro. La struttura è ottima se cercate qualcosa di semplice ma funzionale. La pulizia era garantita tutti i giorni. Una cosa che ho molto apprezzato sono stati i messaggi con tutte le informazioni necessarie per arrivare alla struttura e quelle durante e dopo la permanenza.
L'unica cosa forse è stato la stanza un po' piccola e lo spazio per i vestiti ristretto. Che può andare bene per un paio di giorni di permanenza, ma non per me e il mio amico che siamo stati lì quasi una settimana.
