Et le must du must le spectacle lumineux le soir sur la montagne ça c'est quelque chose ❤️ Service de transport gratuit entre la gare et l'hôtel et ils vous emmène ou vous voulez car attention l'hôtel est excentré il n'y a RIEN autour.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026チェックインもチェックアウトも、駐車場まで荷物を運んでくれるのが、丁寧でとても満足。 ご飯もとてもおいしかった。 オーシャンビューの露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。 美肌効果のある装置も面白かった。 ナイトショーが綺麗でよかった。 オーナーさんの案内のおかげで、夜景を楽しむことができた。
海岸に置いてあった椅子が少し汚れてたので、綺麗だったらよかった。

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026今回、初めて利用さして頂きました。ロケーションが最高で夜空も見たことないくらいの星の数が見られてすごく良かったです。 夕食の食事も大変、美味しく頂きました。 スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で 社長さんもとてもステキな方でした。 友達にも早速オススメしました。 次は12月に満天の星空見に行きたいです。

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025What a wonderful place to stay. Loved the volcanic bath on the balcony. Worth paying extra for the lower floor. Really comfortable beds and pillows. Our room included breakfast which was excellent. It didn't include dinner but we paid extra to have dinner there for the three nights. OMG!!! This was the most incredibly brilliant value we have have ever experienced. The most amazing food esp for the value. Do not miss out on this. You wont go back to room hungry I can guarantee. Back to your room just in time for the laser show complete with music. Completely bizarre considering the peaceful and quiet and stunningly beautiful surroundings but hey that's just me. Definitely well worth it although we could have done without the laser show.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025スタッフさんの対応がとても良く、目の前のプライベートビーチではシュノーケリングを楽しめました。 夜のレーザー光線は露天風呂に入りながら見ることができ皆さんのメッセージも心がほっこりしました。 オーナーさんが夕食の時一つ一つテーブルを回ってレーザー光線、星空、月と説明して下さいました。 ロールスロイスも乗せて頂きました。 また行きたいと思います。

Reviewed Jun 24, 2025ありえないくらいにスタッフさんの対応が良すぎました！！ 思いやりのある対応、気遣い、人柄の良さがとても心が温かくなりました！ お部屋もとても過ごしやすく、前のビーチも海好きの彼氏はとても喜んでいました！ レーザーショーもサービスであり、見る時間少し遅れたのですが、最後に3回もう一度投影して下さりありがとうございました。(タイミングが合ったのでやってもらえたそうです。) 朝食も時間を選べゆっくり食べることが出来、いい誕生日を過ごせたそうです！！ 当日は雨だった為、またリベンジし伺いたいと思いました！リピ確宿でした！！

Reviewed May 19, 2025初めて利用させてもらいました。スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で笑顔で対応してくれてまた行きたいと思いました。お湯も最高でした。気になった事は咳をめちゃくちゃしてるスタッフが何人か居てちょっと不安になりました。あと大体清潔だったのですが冷蔵庫の上のトレーがホコリだらけでびっくりしました。あとお部屋のスリッパが履きにくかったのとトイレットペーパーがちょっとショボかったかな^^;まあまあ安くはないお値段だからもう少し良いトイレットペーパーにして欲しかったなー。田舎のおばあちゃん家でも使ってなさそうなやつだった。

Reviewed Apr 14, 2025The location and private hot tub is superb! Soaking in hot water and watching sunrise, sunset and stars over the blue ocean is such an unforgettable experience. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly. They offered shuttle service to and from JR station. The on-site breadfast and dinner are all very delicious and high-end. They put up light shows in the two nights we stayed and those felt very romantic, unique and creative.
It is indeed a bit far away from the city. Going into the town takes 20-25 minutes.

Room had bugs, we were then transferred to another hotel next door which also had bugs in the room. Basic things like we ordered the same glass of wine from the menu twice and it was obviously a completely different bottle as tasted completely different. However when we questioned it the staff flat out argued with us. Silly things but it was not a cheap night stay.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025お部屋にお風呂があるというのは本当に快適でした。夜空が本当に綺麗でした。食事もとてもおいしかったです。オーナー自ら滞在者の感想を聞いてまわり、とても好感が持てました。スタッフも非常に親切で感じが良かったです。送迎の記載がないのでバスで行きましたが、電話すれば対応していただけたようです。夜空にレーザー光でメッセージを投稿してくれるというサービスがありましたが、二泊とも文字を間違えていたことが残念でした。またゆっくりしたいときに泊まりたい宿です。

Reviewed Jul 10, 2024Excellent service throughout since we booked the hotel. Lovely communication and they really aimed to please. They would jot down your itinerary and you could choose whether you want your meals with them. The room was lovely with a private onsen at the balcony, with spring water locally sourced. You can control the roof and balcony wall electronically so that you don't have to worry about privacy problem as your balcony faces directly at the hotel's private beach (more of a rock shore to be honest). The hotel is a 30-minute drive away from Shirahama so it's an excellent choice for people who want to get away from crowds and city life. I saw some comments about having insects in your room. That is true, but you are in a seccluded area among Mother Nature herself. It's hardly the hotel's fault. You are here to be away from the city. They'd also lend a helping hand if you found insects in your room, so overall it's actually quite manageable. The upside of choosing this hotel not situated in Shirahama itself is that when you look the night sky, you can see millions of stars and the Milky Way itself. Overall, lovely experience. Definitely a wise choice if you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil place to stay instead of yet another city-styled hotel.

Reviewed May 5, 2024部屋付きのお風呂（温泉ですべすべ）で眺めも最高でした。 ハンガーが二つしかないので増やしてほしいです。部屋の外のお風呂のところにバスタオル等を干すロープがあればいいかなと思います。温泉の泉質は、いいんですが少し小さなゴミの様な物が浮いていたのが気になりました。

Reviewed May 5, 2024The food was exceptional. The staff were wonderful, the hot tub on the balcony was fun. Laser show after dinner was a bit weird. Good "dark" sky.
They didn't confirm pick up from station so we had an anxious wait before they arrived. That's all.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2024The hotel itself is quite old and not modern at all, but the services, dinner & breakfast, the sense of hospitality you get are absolutely worth it! The private onsen in a balcony with a breathtaking view was one of our Japanese trip highlights!

Reviewed Mar 17, 2024窓に網戸がなかったので、窓を開けっぱなしにできなくて残念だった。 露天風呂なのでお湯にゴミのようなものが入ってしまうのは理解するが、それについての説明がなかった。また、簡易的なものでもよいので、風呂の蓋は欲しかった。

Reviewed Nov 19, 2023海があんなに近いホテルは初めてでプライベートビーチもキレイで素敵でした。明け方流星群が見れるという事で起きて見ました。一瞬流れ星が見えました。人生で初めてで感激しました。誕生日のアニバーサリー演出も素敵でした。ありがとうございました。
