The location was ok and the food was acceptable

The rooms were awful. The ACs never worked. The rooms werent cleaned. Despite assurances by the General Manager, Mr. Suhail, we got charged an extra room night and he now refuses to even answer our calls. We also called Booking.com and they assured us that we would get back our refund, but now even they say they cant help. We are still waiting for our refund.

The loc of property is good that is only good thing about it

The rates are overpriced. The hotel was empty they did not give me free upgrade . The room are ok not value for money . The staff lacks hospitality . Most of the boys who are in hotel are not trained lacks basic etiquettes. The quality of food is poor. The waiter staff doesn’t know basics of serving and lacks promptness and eye for details The restaurant is not cleaned I had dinner in the hotel though the timings of all day dining are from 11 to 11 but they refused to serve food after 10 The AC was not functioning in the room inspite of my request they could not repair it . Overall a very poorly managed hotel . It’s a good property under poorly managing staff

Lemon tree stands out among my favorable hotelchains: clean, cosy and quiet enough for a good sleep. Lemon tree Srinigar is as expected: impeccable from desk and a warm personalized reception by Sahil in the cozy restaurant with delicious buffets and gracious serving.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful heritage property. Sahil and the entire staff were super cordial and friendly. They attended to all our needs and made sure we had the best time here. Must stay if you’re in Srinagar!

Rooms had a gutter like stench ! We could not sleep all night ! We kept requesting for a room change but the hotel was sold out ! We kept spraying perfume all night but the gutter smell was overpowering ! The bedsheets were blood stained and had to be changed at 130am ! The bathroom was dirty with stains and only one bulb ! It was dingy and dark and smelling too ! Horrible experience

We had a fantastic stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel Srinagar. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The entire hotel staff was friendly, and always ready to assist. The ambience was amazing and the rooms were good and spacious. Make sure to ask for the Pari Mahal facing views 🤠 We also had a quiet walk late evening on the Jhelum riverside, which is like 100m walk. Chinar trees, moving Jhelum waters and the breeze really set the tone for our Kashmir trip on day 1. We booked for Breakfast + Dinner options, and we're glad that we did that. Food was very good, specially the Nadroo Yakhni, Chicken Kanti, Fish preparation were especially great. The courteous staff is the bedrock of the experience here....Altaf, Shafaat and others were very helpful and polite all the way. Highly recommended stay!

Recently I stay with my family hotel is superb and staff from front office to Fnb are excellent very polite and humble. They make my trip memoriable. I recommend This property for staycation for Srinagar situated at beautiful location near dal lake. Atmosphere are pretty good. Rooms are too spacious and very beautiful with art of wooden. I had a wonderful experience with the live counter, especially thanks to Chef Ali. The dosas and omelets were prepared perfectly- fresh, delicious and exactly to taste. He handled everything with great skill and consistency. What stood out the most was Chef Ali’s polite and friendly behaviour, which added a personal touch to the overall. I would also appreciate all the staff members especially Fayaz for their support, coordination and warm hospitality and ensured a pleasant dining experience throughout. Highly appreciated and definitely recommend.

The staff and all members are super supportive. Whatever was needed was on top service and was made available before time. Chef Ali Mohd. is a great person. Mr. Rasikh (F&B Mgr) helped us finding Nice tourist spots and with the local market as well. Mr. Suhail helped us in booking this property. He is a gem of a person. I would recommend to visit this hotel at least once in a lifetime to experience their hospitality.

We had very good experience in Lemon tree hotel and food of this Restaurant is awesome. Specially Chef Ali Mohd himself personally asks about the food and fulfils incase any special requests. Restaurant staffs Altaf, Sahil, Rashik and Danish all these staffs are very humble and highly recommended to visit this hotel as well as citrus cafe hotel restaurant.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The room was very spacious, neat, and spotlessly clean, which made it extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and whatever you needed was served with great care. A special thanks to Fayaaz and Sahil along with their team, who served everything with warmth and kindness. Their hospitality really made our experience memorable. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One small point worth mentioning – not related to the hotel team but to Lemon Tree management – is regarding the internet service. The basic internet provided in rooms is quite slow, and guests are asked to pay extra for high-speed internet. In today’s time, fast internet should be a basic amenity, and this policy feels like a poor management decision. Overall, the team here gave us a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Room and the services were good. The staff was cooperative. The services offered by Citrus Cafe were also good. The location of the hotel is more or less near to Dal Gate. Overall, an experience worth to remember. Would love to stay one more time if I happen to come again to Srinagar.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lemon Tree. The location is great, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the lawn is lovely. But best of all is the quintessential Kashmiri hospitality. Danish and Sahil were extremely attentive. And Chef Shah Mohammed Ali was personally attentive to our culinary tastes— fabulous experience!

Our stay to the hotel LEMON TREE SRINAGAR was excellent.We experienced excellent service by the staff..The rooms were spacious ,clean ,well maintained with comfortable bedding and with all amenities..The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful..The buffet we got in our breakfast and dinner had variety of options and food was delicious..On the very first day due to multiple issues facing on road and our arrival at the hotel was late at around 1/2 am ,we were served food at that late .We are very much satisfied with our stay

People in the staff like chef Ali and Fayaz owais , Rasik were the people that made our experience a lot better they treated us like their own family chef Ali made our eating experience a lot better he made delicious and scrumptious food for us that made and if we had a problem all of the other staff sorted that problem with in a minute i would suggest everyone to visit this hotel once just for their hospitality. Kashmiri people are the best!!

I would like to appreciate Mr Fayaz who made our stay and dinner so memorable with his hospitality and personal touch. We came with our kids and he made sure that kids enjoy there meal with personal assistance and friendly behavior with professionalism at same time. We were desperately looking for having ginger tea which he made sure that we get as per our taste requirements. Overall Good location (Near to Jhelum river & Cantonment) , clean rooms , excellant house keeping services & again an excellant food services by Altaf & Chef Attawala👍🏻! Just a suggestion, to keep shahi kashmiri kahwa sachets in the room!
