Excelente ubicación

La habitación tenía un olor extraño, a tubería. Y me cayó la ducha encima al abrir la llave.

Me gustó mucho la amplia tina, la cama cómoda y grande, la habitación amplia y limpia también.

En general nos gustó todo. El sevicio por Whatsapp muy bueno, amable y claro.

Quite noisy at night but we expected that also the bathroom was very slippery and unsafe when wet the steep down from the shower needs a non slip mat or similar as my husband fell stepping down from the shower and badly bruised and sparained his ankle on our last evening there

The location was SUPERB, truly in the heart of Seville 2 minutes walk from all main attractions! The room was spacious and with two balconies.

There were multiple restaurants directly outside our balconies, it was hard to fall asleep before 1 AM due to the noises. The bathroom had a direct opening right next to the bed, completely opened no way of closing it so sounds and smells were spreading across the room and It was uncomfortable to use the bathroom as I was sharing my room.

Mala experiencia. La habitación contratada no era la correcta, nada más verla reclamamos y solicitamos cambio. Al no haber cambio disponible, teníamos que quedarnos con una habitación pequeña, con vistas a un patio interior. Era el cumpleaños de mi esposa y no era lo que contratamos. Le dijimos que nos dieran la cancelación que nos íbamos a otro lugar. Pero a ellos les da lo mismo que sea un día especial, que haya habido una confusión o que el cliente esté incómodo, la pela es la pela. Nos chafaron gran parte del día, algo imperdonable. Aún así les deseo lo mejor, aunque el alojamiento esté lejos de ser Top, es un habitáculo sin vistas a nada.

Puisque l’établissement est en hyper centre, le bruit est à prendre en compte ( restaurant, ramassage des poubelles très tôt le matin) même si c’est très bien isolé

Emplacement parfait, simplicité pour check-in

The Premium Double Room was excellent, its size and facilities were very impressive.

Posizione ottima, staff ti aiuta in maniera molto reattiva, abbiamo avuto problemi con il codice di accesso alle 2 di notte e ci hanno aiutato subito.

Abbiamo semplicemente trovato un capello in un asciugamano ma per il resto ottimo

La ubicación es una locura. A un paso de la Giralda y con unas vistas preciosas. La terraza con la piscina tambien muy bien para los meses de calor.

El apartamento tenía una disposición un poco laberintica. La limpieza era mejorable. Y a pesar de tener 2 baños, uno aseo y el otro completo, ambos eran muy pequeños.

Camera al piano terra molto rumorosa e sacrificata, unica porta finestra su un cavedio interno che era anche di passaggio.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location were absolutely stunning too close to real alcazar, and the reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Alojamiento amplio, muy bien ubicado y cerca de todos los lugares de interés del centro histórico. Está tan cerca de la catedral que se puede ver la Giralda al salir. El apartamento es excepcionalmente amplio y cómodo, con una decoración moderna y elegante.

La higiene en el baño principal dejaba un poco que desear, especialmente en las sisas del baño, en donde había hongo negro en algunas partes, (sobre todo tras la tina). Creo que es algo importante a prestarle atención, ya que genera muy mal impresión al huésped, sin mencionar los problemas de higiene y salubridad.

Location was the beat: right next to the cathedral and very close to everything. Also, it was very clean, good size room and good communication with the management.

It was a little noise since doors were banging early in the morning and afternoon, so other guests would wake you up. Maybe, checking on how strong doors self close and/or settling a door before bed area to insulate it better.

El apartamento en general, muy completo, nuevo y cómodo.

Por poner alguna pega y a título personal, en vez de poner una botella de cava, poner agua en la nevera.

La posizione centralissima che rendeva tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e in pochi minuti. Nelle vicinanze erano presenti molti locali buoni, supermarket e farmacia.

Mancava un set da bagno di cortesia (es. shampoo, cuffia per capelli)

La ubicación es excepcional. Y pese a ello, sin ruidos. Cómodo, baño amplio y servicios extra como café, agua y nevera. Limpio y todas las ventanas tienen persianas que permiten alargar el descanso sin que la luz solar moleste. Además hay que destacar muy buena atención del personal, atenta, amable y contestación inmediata. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, algo importante en los meses de calor de Sevilla.

Fabulous location, metres from the Cathedral and tower. Friendly, helpful daytime receptionist and 24 hour WhatsApp contact - we didn't need to use it, but on our first morning we received a message after we'd headed out early, asking if we wanted our room cleaned. Well appointed kitchenette, comfortable attractive room. .

Nothing. All was great

Great location, right in the heart of the city with bars and restaurants all around. No noise from the street, the only sounds we heard were the lovely cathedral bells! We were in the penthouse apartment with two terraces, one with a lovely day bed with a perfect view and the other with sunbeds and pool. Bottle of bubbly provided in fridge with water too. Great communication from staff each day to check we were ok and if we needed anything. Air con fantastic and much needed in July. Small kitchen but had everything we wanted. Definitely stay again.

Not so keen on the lift opening straight into the combined living/kitchen/2nd bedroom. My Daughter stayed on the sofa bed and felt like someone was going to walk in, even though a code was needed to access our floor. This would not put us off visiting again though. The tiles in the pool need some attention as some broken.

Habitación sin ventana a la calle, cuando al hacer la reserva no estuvo claro en absoluto que esto iba a ser así. Solamente disponía de una puerta a un pequeñísimo patio de luces

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. Yet quiet, especially at night. I had a little courtyard off my room which was a nice bonus, as was the coffee machine and microwave in the room

We had the standard room on the ground floor. It was so noisy as the room was behind the reception. The room was very dark and small. I wouldn’t stay in the standard room again! So was disappointed we left after a few hours of arriving for a nicer accomodation

Location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the city. Everywhere is a comfortable walk and you are so close to the major sites. The terrace spaces were just incredible, having that private space with beautiful view of the cathedral as well as a separate space with dip pool for cooling off in the hot weather and enjoying the sun. We had two bathrooms and plenty of space. Felt quiet even though being in the centre of the city. The space was clean and had all the amenities we could need. Had little interaction with staff, but any we had was professional and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

La colazione non era inclusa , posizione top. A due minuti dalla cattedrale, ristoranti, bar, supermercato, farmacia, taxi tutto a portata di mano. Consiglio Ristorante il Gusto a pochi passi dalla cattedrale paella buonissima.

Non mi e' piaciuto il casino fino a tarda notte e la mattina presto ma e' il prezzo da pagare per alloggiare in centro.

El alojamiento estaba situado en un sitio privilegiado al lado de la catedral

La habitación que nos dieron no tenía ventanas con lo que era imposible ventilar, era muy pequeña sin apenas espacio para dejar las maletas y al baño se accedía con unas puertas de cristal que no cerraban bien con lo que la privacidad era imposible

Las baldosas de la piscina estaban rotas, la habitación no se encontraba limpia como tal, la cama balinesa la tienen cubierta con un cubre colchón porque la cama como tal está rota y en muy mal estado, pero si no fuese poco el cubre colchón estaba muy sucio y asqueroso, no pudimos utilizarlo. La habitación se encuentra muy visible, todo el tiempo se escuchan ruidos y parece que vaya a entrar alguien a la misma. La cama es malísima y las almohadas son más finas que un folio. Para el dinero que vale no merece nada la pena, no volveremos a repetir. Un auténtico espanto.

Estremante rumorosa, durante tutta la notte continuò rumori di schiamazzi e passi di tutta la struttura.

Le logement est parfait et l emplacement idéal

L’emplacement presque en face de la cathédrale. L’appartement est spacieux et propre. Lit confortable.

L’accès à la terrasse/piscine n’est pas autorisé. Les photos mettent en évidence ce lieu qui semble idyllique mais il n’est pas pour tout le monde. Dans le descriptif de la chambre, on constate a posteriori que cette terrasse n’y figure pas. Contrairement à certains commentaires, le bruit de la rue et les portes qui claques jusqu’à 3h du matin et à partir de 8h est bien présent. Dommage pour les chambres qui donnent sur la rue. Le wifi fonctionne de manière intermittente mais pas grave, le réseau 4G fonctionne lui. Il y a bien un endroit pour déposer les bagages mais sans personne… donc service qui ne rend pas service.

Le bruit, l’ascenseur fait énormément de bruit dommage. Qui dit lieu proche de la cathédrale dit cloche et attention même la nuit. On ne peut pas tout avoir.
