The parking space is small the pool is not heated enough

The property is beautiful with a friendly, hospitable staff. The suite that we stayed at is very spacious with a living room and its own small kitchen. The pool is heated, there are restaurants and a spa. The breakfast is very good.

The pizza was a bit disappointing but other than that, the rest of the food was excellent. I recommend Samira.

Some of the staff were spot on some need more experience or training. I do recommend the spot treatments...were really awesome

The room had a sewer smell it needs more ventilation in the restroom and the rooms. they need to put screens on all the windows so that the customers can enjoy fresh air. if only the room smelled like the Spa. It would have been a much different experience the place itself needs an update the shower and the sinks were not working properly. and when you book your room for four adults you expect enough toiletries and towels and the amenities meant for four adults not for two people only. This way I would not have to call front desk for everything that we need. I was asked at checkout whether we join any of the activities for the kids I told them that we would have if we knew there were activities the people at the check-in did not inform us of any activities for kids. The facility needs better access to its PWD customers.

Everything is fine, the place is relaxing and luxury vibes, we had so much fun and the food is really great.

We played table tennis and watch the movies but the place isn’t clean, its a bit dusty and There’s some area still repairing the air-condition which affects to our stay.

Although servers at Samira and Amra are nice, food service can be improved.

Really appreciate the resort upgrading our room when we complained about the noisy/leaking aircon in our initial room. We really enjoyed the warm pools. Staff members were warm and friendly. Decent breakfast spread with delicious food. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The aircon in our initial room need maintainence/repair as it was not effective in keeping the room cool and leaking fluid. Thankfully the resort resolved this issue promptly by changing our room and providing a room upgrade.

The room was clean, big and spacious. Very comfortable bed. The pool was nice and clean. Good selection for the breakfast buffet. All the staff were friendly. Great service overall.

We lost power in the middle of the night so the AC shut down and woke us up. The room got too hot. My husband called for assistance and they immediately came. It turned out, the wooden key card we put malfunctioned and they replaced it and fixed it. But it still ruined our sleep on our first night. You need to look into those wooden key card.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel — very recommendable! The staff were extremely kind and helpful at all times, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The facilities are very well taken care of, spotless, and beautifully maintained, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The food was amazing, with a great variety and excellent quality at every meal. If you visit, make sure to try the massage in the spa — it’s an absolute must! It was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely go back and can’t wait for my next visit!

Check-in was online, so it was very easy. The resort was very quiet and beautiful. Everything would have been walkable, except it was raining so hard that we had to get chauffered around in golf carts to get to places (great service)! The room was large and modern with great design. The only draw back is that sometimes the toilet would smell of sewage. I think due to the heavy rains. The spa was amazing with great ambiance. Overall, a great relaxing home away from the city.

Impressive level of service and attention to detail. Check in process was smooth. Room was spotless, spacious and beautifully designed. Staff go above and beyond with requests. Highlight was on site restaurant Samira. Highly recommended. Brakfast buffet was ample, healthy and indulgent.

Some facilities in the lounge area needs updating. Staying on a room on the ground floor has a downside if someone is staying directly above your room as you can hear their movements eg footsteps.

The rooms and facilities are very good. The staff were all accomodating and greetful. We love the food and the quiteness of the place.

We took a chance and checked in early as we were going to a wedding nearby. Even if they had been fully booked the night before, they promised to try and have a room ready for us in an hour. We went to their restaurant and hadn’t even finished lunch before our room keys came. 😊 The room was nice - spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the snack and drinks that came with it. Everyone was very helpful from our entry to our exit. Being able to check out from your room was a nice touch. We originally chose Anya just because it was near the wedding venue we were going to, but we would likely go back again another time as we found the resort relaxing and spacious, and the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.

Overall pleasant stay. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Great hotel, friendly staff, only downside is that the restaurant did not have half of the menu available but still enjoyed dinner. Great spa facilities.

Nice property but service sometimes slow. Asked for an extra bath towel and it took over thirty minutes.

The pool and food also archery and badminton.

There are less electric fan in the restaurant area.

The only problem is if you want to go to Manila or other places then you need to drive about an hour or they can arrange a driver. If you want peace and beautiful scenery this is a great choice

The rooms are amazing.

The main lobby area and restaurant are not great. Breakfast setup is overcrowded — they squeeze tables so close together. Food quality is not great either. Staff were undertrained. Too causal.
