A change of towels was not very clean, but by the time we could let staff know it was our check-out time. They apologised profusely and I don’t think it was a big issue.

Good rooms, Wonderful Buffet Breakfast with quality food and lots of breakfast items. The staff is friendly, nice and cooperative. The location is central for exploring European side of Istanbul with metro stop just around the corner. Overall a good value for stay in Istanbul given the price.

The lighting is a bit dim in the rooms. The cleanliness and house keeping service could be improved.

Over all The Stuff was frindly, the Breakfast was good, and the man who work in resturant was very nice person, The Hotel Location very good for people who wants to spend long time in LALELI Market and very close to Tourist sites.

Pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room , Dusting wardrobe shelves and wipe the bedside tables, my room has no view at all, the view was of the wall of adiacent building, but maybe it is not very important for some people who will speand most of the time outside of the room.

I like everything, the hotel is clean, spacious, good location, the staff is spectacular. They go above and beyond to assist.

The cleaning staff not checking if you have checked out or not and they take your things.

De prijs en de locatie, want de locatie is ideaal omdat er een groot trein/metrostation (Yenikapi) op loopafstand ligt. Ook het tramstation en de locatie van de ferries zijn op loopafstand van het hotel. Het ligt ook in een veilige en vrij rustige buurt.

Ontbijt was prima, maar wel erg Turks. Dus had iets meer brood en zoetigheid verwacht

I had a wonderful stay at Fimka Hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul, especially for business in Laleli. The location is simply perfect — right in the heart of Laleli, with everything within walking distance: the tram, metro, wholesale stores, cargo companies and shopping areas. It made my trip incredibly convenient and stress-free. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. It was the perfect way to start a busy day. What truly made my stay special was the professional and caring manager. Always friendly, responsive, and ready to help with any request, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and smooth. Thank you for the warm hospitality and excellent service. I highly recommend Fimka Hotel and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Istanbul!

Удобное расположение, недалеко от метро. Рядом много рестооанчикоа. Номера не большие, но удобные, есть все необходимое. Хороший вариант для бизнес поездок.

Не навязчивый персонал, оперативно реагировал на все просьбы и пожелания. Количество блюд на завтрак не большое, но все очень вкусно, фрукты овощи в достаточном количестве. Удобный временной интервал для завтрака с 7.30 до 10.30.

Nice location regarding the public transport, situated in business center, close to the historical center. Very good breakfast with variable choice and good time schedule. Large room with solid facility and working air condition.

Чисто. Приятно. Хороший завтрак. Отличное месторасположение. Метро рядом, транвай тоже. До центра рукой подать. Тихо.

Locatia este buna insa am avut problema cu parcarea masinii. Am gasit f greu un loc de parcare.

Dusul era rupt, din paleta de sus curgea permanent apa, peretii erau inundati, mirosul in camera f urat.

They constantly called me for people visiting me in the room. They thought the visitor will stay in the room or something, and threatened me to cancel the reservation and kick off from the hotel

Провела в Fimka Hotel 6 ночей в номере 501 и осталась очень довольна своим выбором. Отель расположен просто идеально — рядом трамвай, метро, магазины и основные достопримечательности Стамбула. Всё находится в шаговой доступности, что делает отдых очень комфортным. Номер был чистым и уютным, уборка проводилась каждый день. Кровати удобные, полотенца всегда чистые и свежие. Завтраки вкусные, разнообразные и с хорошим выбором блюд. Особую благодарность хочу выразить сотрудникам отеля — Alexander, Adil, Hamit и Mansura. Спасибо вам за вашу доброту, внимание, помощь и искреннее гостеприимство. Mansura отлично заботилась о чистоте номера, а сотрудники на ресепшене всегда были готовы помочь по любому вопросу. Именно такие люди создают атмосферу, в которую хочется возвращаться. Я много путешествую и могу сказать, что придраться здесь действительно не к чему. Всё было организовано на высоком уровне, и я чувствовала себя желанным гостем с первого до последнего дня. Большое спасибо всей команде Fimka Hotel! Обязательно вернусь сюда снова, когда буду в Стамбуле, и с удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот отель другим путешественникам.

Bagno messo male ed il primo giorno a colazione la vista di uno scarafaggio che circolava libero sul piano dove c'era tutto il cibo

Η κράτηση αφορούσε δύο μονόκλινα. Λίγες ώρες πριν το ταξίδι το ένα άτομο αρρώστησε. Έδειξα όσα στοιχεία από το νοσοκομείο είχα, αλλά το άτομο στην ρεσεψιόν μου έλεγε ότι δεν μπορεί να μου επιστρέψει χρήματα διότι έχω πληρώσει στην booking. Η booking μου έλεγε ότι έχει στείλει μήνυμα προς το ξενοδοχείο και εκείνο δεν έχει απαντήσει. Όσες ημέρες ήμουν εκεί ρώταγα συνέχεια αν υπήρχε μήνυμα από την booking και το ξενοδοχείο επέμενε ότι δεν έχει λάβει τίποτα. Τελικά πλήρωσα για ένα μονόκλινο το οποίο δεν είχε χρησιμοποιηθεί. Τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, στρώματα αναπαυτικά, καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε καλύτερα.

Υπάρχει ασανσέρ αφού όμως κατέβεις 10 σκαλιά για να φτάσεις ρεσεψιόν. Το αναφέρω μόνο για ανθρώπους που έχουν πρόβλημα βάδισης...

Недалеко от метро и трамвая, но не на шумном проспекте - удобно. Номера стандартно-небольшие, но чистенькие. Хороший матрац, чистое бельё, не текущая сантехника - мало ли надо для счастья? Вполне достойный завтрак "шведский стол". На ресепшен хорошо говорили по-русски.

Шумоизоляция - грусть-печаль, причём не с улицей, а с соседними номерами. Берите беруши, а то вдруг попадётся храпящий сосед или крикливое дитё.

Чисто, хороший завтрак, приветливый персонал. Помогли с вызовом такси, занесли сумки в номер

This hotel is in a great location, close to both metro and tram stations (about a 7-minute walk). It is also near the Havaist shuttle bus stop to Istanbul Airport in Aksaray (around a 15-minute walk). The hotel is situated in a lively shopping area, about 15 minutes on foot from the Grand Bazaar and 30 minutes from the Hagia Sophia Mosque. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choices, and tea, coffee, and bottled water are provided daily through room service. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

The only downside was a bit of noise at night, as sounds from the corridor could sometimes be heard from the room.

The hotel was located near the touristic part of Istambul and I could do the main atractions by walk. There were also nearby tram and bus stops. The hotel was quite confortable, clean and the breakfast was very good.

The staff was not so friendly as I expected. They answered all my questions but in a very straightforward way. Even the location was central for the touristic atractions and with many shops I did not think it is a good choice for people looking for an active night life. I did not see many bars or nightclubs nearby and I also did not feel safety to walk in the region alone during the nights (during the day it was totally okay). When I needed to go out in the night in used taxis.

Adel is an excellent employee. He is truly attentive to guests and works with genuine care and dedication. He did everything he could to make sure we had an amazing stay. A big thank you to him! He made our stay great.

The housekeeping ladies are unprofessional and difficult to deal with, so be cautious. They may assume you don’t understand the language and could misrepresent situations. The quality of the cleaning was not always there.

Baie murdara, apa cred ca funcționează pe un sistem anti pierdere , si vine cu presiune si este fierbinte, iar apoi scade presiunea si este rece si tot așa la câteva secunde . Personalul de la recepție total dezinteresat de oaspeți.

The hotel is very close to the main tourist destinations and transport stations. The staff are incredible, especially the reseption administrator who works in the mornings.

Комфортный отель, очень отзывчивый персонал, говорят по-русски. Очень понравились завтраки и расположение: недалеко от метро + спокойно можно добраться пешком до всех достопримечательностей

На кровати плохо ловил wi-fi, сами номера довольно старенькие. Минусы скорее точечные, лично на мой уровень комфорта они почти не повлияли
