Très bien situé, le personnel est sympathique et arrangeant

Il y a une espèce de vitrail au dessus de la porte qui laisse un peu passer la lumière du couloir la nuit quand des gens y passent, prévoir un masque pour dormir si besoin

Kein Lärm da in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber trotzdem perfekte Lage zentral in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend für ein paar Nächte in der Stadt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

El personal muy amable, mi habitación como tal bien, limpio, no escuchaba ruidos, todo correcto sin más. Lo mejor del hotel definitivamente el la ubicación, muy cerca a todo, personalmente me gusto que está metido en una calle donde hay puestos de comida, a mí particularmente me pareció muy autentico, me gusto.

No hay nada en concreto que me disgutsara.

Geweldige locatie, op loopafstand van heel veel bezienswaardigheden in Old Quarter. Het is in een rustige steeg, een beetje weg van alle herrie van de drukke en chaotische straten. Prijs/kwaliteit is ook heel goed. Airco werkt (gelukkig) prima en in mijn geval was er een ruim balkon.

De hygiëne was niet 100%, niet smerig maar een beetje stoffig. Als dat voor iemand geen probleem is dan is het prima. In principe kom je er alleen maar om te slapen. Kamers niet heel groot maar daar is de prijs ook naar.

Man hat schon im Vorfeld sehr viele hilfreiche Infos bekommen. Das Zimmer, das ich gebucht habe war Basic, aber total ausreichend und irgendwie süß. Mega guter Duschkopf. Die Frauen, die das Hotel betreuen sind wirklich toll und überaus freundlich. Mein Highlight war das Frühstück, dass einem von ebendiesen zubereitet wurde. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Ich mochte den Deckenventilator nicht so, aber das ist eine persönliche Präferenz.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e confortevole in questo hotel a conduzione famigliare. La camera era pulita e dotata di tutto l’occorrente per vivere il soggiorno in tranquillità, senza farci mancare nulla. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la colazione, varia e di qualità, con diverse possibilità tra cui scegliere. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Hanoi! 😊

Praktycznie nic. To rodzinny hotel, ale niestety zapuszczony kompletnie. Wszystko jest zniszczone i brudne. Znajdziesz w tej samej cenie znacznie lepsze miejsca na nocleg.

Pokój jest całkowicie zniszczony, a ponadto brudny. W pokoju są mikro mrówki. Stara klimatyzacja, która nie dość, że ledwo działa to z pewnością częstuje Ciebie mnóstwem bakterii i grzybów. Dodatkowo, ciągle pytania od obsługi gdzie idziesz, że gdzie jedziesz itd. są całkowicie nie na miejscu. Fatalne oświetlenie w pokoju. Fatalna separacja od korytarza, słychać w pokoju najdrobniejszy szelest czy szept.

Хозяйка доброжелательная. Как вариант эконом класса наверное подойдет. Рядом много магазинов, кафе, салонов массажа.

Отель расположен во дворах, такси довозит до определенного места и потом ты сам тащишь чемоданы до отеля по переулкам. Номер был с балконом, но очень крошечный, в двоем тесно очень. Кондиционер и вентилятор на потолке как то на всю ночь включать можно простыть, номер крошечный дует прямо на тебя, без них просто задохнуться, пришлось открыть балкон. Пол ночи не спали, так как балкон в зелени ,листья пальмы все время задевали перегородки на балконе, казалось либо птицы либо кошки ,но кто то на балконе есть. Мы брали без питания, так как одну ночь нужно было переночевать. Очень пожалела, что не выбрала отель дороже с хорошим номерным фондом.

ハノイ旧市街に安く泊まれた。飛行機が遅れて深夜の到着だったが、暖かく迎え入れてもらった。室内は必要十分な広さだった。シャワーはしっかりとした水量で、お湯もちゃんと出た。近隣には美味しいフォーを朝ごはんとして提供してくれるお店が複数あった。

リーズナブルな価格の宿なので、高級感を期待する方には不向きでしょう。水回りスペースにゴキブリが１匹でたが、熱湯シャワーで駆除することができたので問題がなかった。

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel ad Hanoi per tre notti e usufruito di un tour e un servizio sleeping bus prenotato da loro, mi sono trovato molto bene con la famiglia che gestisce l'hotel, i servizi aggiuntivi sono andati benissimo. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile sia con il check-in a un orario scomodo che nell'aiutarmi in qualsiasi situazione, ascensore e wifi perfettamente funzionanti. Rapidità su WhatsApp e disponibilità. Posizione eccellente in una via ricca di ristorantini locali di street food Camera spaziosa dotata di ventilatore e aria condizionata Ideale per visitare Hanoi!

Super Lage. Zentral in der Old Town, aber sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Zimmer ist nicht groß, für einen Städtetrip aber absolut ausreichend. Frühstück kann spontan für wenig Geld genommen werden. Es wird einem bei allem geholfen. Für uns wurde die Bootsfahrt im Anschluss an Hanoi gebucht und alles um diese herum organisiert. Hat alles super geklappt.

I had a really great room with a balcony. In addition, breakfast was prepared in a kitchen by a nice lady right in front of us, it was a feeling like being at home. Very familiar and the location is super central and in the middle of the action.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Die Bilder entsprechen leider nicht der Wirklichkeit. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Teilweise ist die Bettwäsche leider fleckig und es waren immer wieder fremde Haare auf dem Bett und den Bädern.

The balcony is really nice. The staff were absolutely lovely. Excellent location down an alleyway but rear easy to find and the lady comes out to meet you. There's a lift which is handy

The breakfast is not great. Very, very basic and you have to sit in not a very nice place to eat. It's right next to the toilet and doesn't feel very clean. It is cooked fresh for you but the kind of felt uncomfortable as it felt like sitting in someone kitchen. We only had breakfast on the first morning and went out for it after that. The room is quite basic too. Not as fancy as the pictures make it look. The balcony saved it but all in all a basic hotel with misleading pictures.

Location was amazing, staff were super helpful, helped me book a ride to Ninh Binh at a reasonanble price and also suggested places to visit. The rooms are a little bit older and smaller, but still perfect for what you need, and supplied with a mini-fridge which was great, and snacks and drinks at normal prices.

Petit hôtel très bien situé avec un personnel très sympathique et efficace. Ils nous ont organisé notre transfert vers notre autre destination.

La chambre était un peu petite et un peu humide.

L'emplacement est super ! Au coeur du vieux quartier, ça bouge tout le temps . On peut manger juste a côté de l'hôtel. Près du lac et du night market . L'hôtel est très agréable et disponible . On prend le petit déjeuner sur la table familiale. c est convivial.

Chambre un peu petite.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, l' autenticità del posto molto vietnamita e la famiglia che gestisce l' hotel è molto cordiale.

La pulizia è un po' la loro, non è paragonabile a quella occidentale. Tutti i giorni passano a pulire, ma cmq lascia un po' desiderare. Mi spiace dirlo perché la famiglia è molto cordiale.

La habitación estaba muy bien, con todo lo necesario, pero lo que más nos gustó fué la atención y el hecho de que era un hotel familiar, que al regresar por la noche, veíamos a la abuela cuidar de sus nietos mientras los padres atendían el hotel. El día de dejar el hotel, nos llamaron a un coche, a muy buen precio para recogernos y llevarnos al aeropuerto, pero llovía a cántaros, y la mujer del hotel se portó genial con nosotros, acompañándonos hasta el taxi, y ayudándonos con las mochilas... y en consecuencia se empapó con la lluvia. Ya habíamos hecho el checkout por la mañana, pero cuidaron nuestro equipaje hasta la noche y encima nos ayudó con la lluvia hasta el último momento. El hotelito está muy bien ubicado, en todo el centro pero en un callejón muy tranquilo. Muchas gracias por todo.

Nos gustó todo

Das hotel hat eine super Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Taxis Grab funktionieren problemlos. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, man hatte alles was man braucht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Hôtel dans une rue située a l'écart du bruit mais à 2 pas de tout. Emplacement top. La famille est agréable et à l'écoute. Donne de très bon conseils pour se déplacer et faciliter notre sejour. Merci 🙏 La chambre est petite mais bien équipée,  nous avons adoré la petite terrasse qui est un vrai plus. La literie est correcte. L'ensemble est propre. Petit déjeuner est fait minute dans une cuisine partagée, très convivial entre voyageurs. Nous recommanderons cet hôtel autour de nous.

Les chambres plutôt spacieuses ,le calme et l'emplacement. Le professionnalisme et l'efficacité de la personne à l'accueil .

La camera era pulita. Area condizionata e ventilatore funzionanti. La cabina bagno comprensiva di water doccia e lavandino era comoda anche se uno dei sifoni della doccia era difettoso (ma non è stato un grosso problema). Personale gentile e disponibile. Servizio lavanderia e cambio denaro efficiente.

J’ai adoré mon séjour à sapa l’hôtel et bien placé, le personnel et très accueillant et chaleureux ils sont vraiment au petit soin . Je recommande vivement.

Tout nous a plus dans cet hôtel : la situation dans le centre, l'accueil, l'ambiance familiale, le confort. La famille vit sur place au RDC ce qui donne une ambiance familiale et chaleureuse. Le personnel a appelé quelqu'un qui est venu mettre ma carte sim. Il nous a réservé une sortie gastronomique avec un guide et nous a même changé un peu d'argent pour nous dépanner. Je recommande totalement.

Ved sheets look dirty. Comforters look old and dirty. No electrical outlets close to the ends of the two twin beds. The electrical outlets at the TV don't hold any cable or cord plug in end at all. Food in the room doesn't have the price as mentioned. Expensive breakfast and service offers

This family run hotel is really excellent. Our room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The location is perfect and the balcony is a real bonus shaded by a beautiful tree. It is located down a smalll alley and is very quiet at night. The hosts were friendly and helpful

El hotel es excepcional, está ubicado en una calle que no tiene tránsito de vehículos entonces puedes descansar muy placenteramente. Está muy bien ubicado en old quarter, en 5 minutos llegas al Lago Hoan Kiem y por el otro lado tienes la famosa calle del tren. Todo fue perfecto, el personal es muy amable y te ayudan en todo lo necesario, restaurantes y casa de cambio muy cerca. Definitivamente lo recomiendo!

Lovely family run hotel.

The family is so kind and warm hospitality. This hotel is very calm but very close by walk to the Hanoï effervescence. You can walk to the train street in 5 min. You have plenty of good restaurant! The family is serving a very good breakfast and you can taste the love in the plate! It’s really a little gem and my family really enjoy this place! Thanks a lot again!

My personal favorite hotel in Hanoi and it is very cheap. The room on the 4th floor probably has the nicest and largest balcony you can get in Hanoi for that price (or generally?) During the night it is very silent. There is both a fan and an air conditioning in the rooms so you can choose. The hotel is family run and everyone is friendly. It is situated in a very interesting back alley with a daily market and some popular Hanoian cuisine along the way. Hope to return soon!

C’est la deuxième fois que j’y séjourne et j’ai apprécié la chambre avec balcon. Excellente localisation. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et m’ont aider pour des réservations de bus à plusieurs reprises, ils sont très réactifsS

Process to check-in was really fast. They were able to help us exchange money at a good rate as well as book us a ride to Ninh Binh for the same price as klook. She gave us recommendations for places to stay. The room had all the essentials and was clean. They always set the bed for us and give us water everyday. Highly recommend.

Das Zimmer im Gang hat mir nicht gefallen. Es ist sehr klein und man kann nicht am Laptop arbeiten. Für eine Nacht ist es aber ausreichend

L’emplacement au cœur du vieux quartier de Hanoï.

On nous a fait ressentir le fait de ne pas être passé par l’hôtel pour réserver notre croisière dans la baie d’ha long . On nous a reproché d’avoir détérioré un morceau de plastique qui sert de clé qui était déjà tordu lors du Check in . Bref cet hôtel se dégrade, tant au niveau de l’infrastructure que de l’ambiance. Nous l’avions choisi car nous y avions séjourné en 2023 avec nos enfants ( 2 chambres).

Très bien situé dans le vieux quartier, tout est accesible facilement. C’est un petit hôtel familial alors on se sent un peu en immersion. Les personnes sont disponibles pour aider. L’hôtel m’a réservé uk trajet en bus avec le pick up et drop off inclus ce qui m’a beaucoup aidé. La chambre etait petite mais pour une personne fonctionnelle.

La 2e nuit il y a eu des allées et venues de personnes de la chambre d’à coté au milieu de la nuit.

Tung Trang Hotel - Great base for exploring Hanoi on foot. Quiet location but still super walkable to Hanoi’s old quarter + cafes. Perfect if you want peace without missing the city vibe. Standout for me: They let us leave our luggage after 12pm checkout until our 9pm bus to the next city. Huge help and super convenient. Staff were flexible and kind about it. Would stay again for the location + that extra service 🤍
