הזרם במקלחת היה חלש, המים באסלה לא יורדים כמו שצריך. לא מחליפים מצעים ומגבות במהלך השהות. בעל המקום לא יודע אנגלית

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Ho soggiornato qui per una notte e mi sono trovata molto bene! La posizione è ottima, comoda per spostarsi e raggiungere facilmente le principali zone di Roma. Molto comodo anche il sistema di accesso con il codice, che permette di entrare e uscire in autonomia senza problemi. Gianfranco è stato molto disponibile e gentile! Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole e sicuramente consigliato!

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026The Hotel was located in a convenient spot near the Saint Angelo Castle of Rome. The staff was very polite, but they did not speak any English. Another usefull thing was that there was keyless entry in the hotel via password 24/7.
For the price that we paid the room was very small. Also the water pressure on the sink and the shower did not fanction properly all the time. The elevator in the building did not work. The hotel room also had a problem with the air conditioning.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The property was misrepresented. We selected the “balcony” filter during our search, but the room we received did not have a private balcony. The only balcony was in the reception hallway, very small and practically useless, with a mesh screen and no view. From what we noticed, only some rooms had an integrated balcony. The bathroom needs renovation: the shower drain was clogged, and the water overflowed into the room. I had to unclog the drain myself. The city tax was requested in cash, but no receipt, invoice, or any other document was provided. On the day of check-out, the person who came to our door was very impolite. We left feedback with Booking, and the compensation was provided by Booking, not by the property. Overall, the room was not worth the price.

The rooms were renovated at some point so had potential, but were already quite tired looking and smelled like mould. The aircon didn't work and the walls are paper thin so I had to sleep with earplugs because I could hear the other guests talking in the night. Too expensive for all this and without breakfast.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Very pleased with our stay chez Sr. Gianfranco. The room was well appointed and equipped and the common sitting/coffee area comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was excellent, sitting on a street close to supermarkets, coffee shops, and many restaurants. An easy 8-minute walk to the Lepanto Metro station and, from there, easy access to everything you'd likely want to see in Rome. The beds were significantly harder than we (Americans) are accustomed to sleeping on, but Sr. Gianfranco was very understanding and supplied some extra comforters that helped tremendously. The entry code system works marvelously. The rooms were surprisingly quiet in regard to outside noise.
There was need of some minor upkeep in our room, particularly in regard to the handheld shower attachment (which dribbles rather than streams).

- Le rapport qualité / prix (170€/nuit, le lieu et la chambre pas idéal) - Mauvaise isolation sonore (on entend tout dans le couloir) - Le lit n'est pas confortable - on ne pouvait pas laisser nos valises dans l'hotel plus tard que 14h, hors c'est un hotel - personnel désagréable en toquant fort la matinée et le gérant disponible unique de 10h à 14h

The room smelled like cat urine. Had to keep the window open to tolerate the odor. The street is very noisy. Difficult to sleep with the noise and the very uncomfortable mattress. The bed linens smelled like a mans old t-shirt. There wasn't a blanket or comforter on the bed, had to find one in the supply closet in the hallway. The management team failed to mention the " hotel" is room 10 on the 3rd floor with the rented rooms within the apartment . Was outside for an hour in the dark waiting for management to respond to our texts.. We felt like bums with our luggage on the street. The room was tiny, did not have a tea kettle as advertised. Was a very disappointing experience. Would definitely not recommend. Overpriced and uncomfortable to say the least.

La pulizia non perfetta. I sanitari erano tutti incrostati di calcare. Rubinetto lavandino mal funzionante e specchio rotto. Aria condizionata non regolabile o quantomeno io non sono stata capace di regolarla.

Nulla tutto davvero molto soddisfacente, sia per facilità di accesso che per comodità della camera e della posizione centrale della struttura.

İnternet var deniyor ama yok. Resepsiyonda çekiyor odada sıfır. Isınma yeterli değil, ocak ayında pike gibi bir yorgan verilmiş. Nevresimi bile yok ikeadan birkaç sene önce alınmış odaya bırakılmış. Oda bakımsız ve karanlık. En kötüsü de bunları ilettiğinizde görevlinin hiç ilgilenmemesi, iyi akşamlar deyip iletişimi kesmesi. Odada hiç kalmadım verdiğim parayı yakıp çıktım.

I walked into the room after my flight and the first thing that happened was that the toilet lid came off, like completely. I showed it to the cleaner and we both had a good laugh about it, but then they only put it back and never tried to fix it. This place also advertises an airport pickup but doesn’t have one. The host was curt by text and frankly never present so anything you want to ask but maybe not go the length to text you won’t be helped with. The fridge doesn’t get cold. Most importantly, the host gianfranco needed to collect the tourist tax which is perfectly understandable, but he never shows up to the hotel, instead texting me every day with a new change of time while insisting he come an pick the cash up from my room when I wasn’t there. After I checked out he sent a message asking for a 10 rating. I don’t recommend this host.
