Ideal location plus room was quiet

Perfect location
Neighborhood and breakfast options, cleanliness of the rooms
Room was very small and eating options for Al a carte very few
The views were excellent.
This hotel was extremely clean and the staff were amazing.

Good location Clean functional room

Everything was great. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
The only downside is the location. It is quite far from the main attractions and central areas, which made getting around a bit tiring.
Great location, very helpful staff and everything exceptionally clean, comfortable and well- presented
Tiny niggles for feedback: only two teabags and stupid cups and saucers which hold barely anything! Would’ve much preferred mugs, plenty of teabags and access to fresh milk. No separate coffee cups either
staff/location
they charged me more than was agreed in booking (the diference was not from currency + they blocked me 50 on my card (unblocked after more than 1 week after I left)
Very friendly staff and great view of the Thames river from the property.
Their room service only began at 12:00 which was not great but they delivered early because I had to leave early to the airport so extra points for the accomodating staff
Staff was amazing. We had hoped for an early check in and the staff accomplished this.
The roof top bar was full of bar flies and larger house flies. We were told by staff this was an on going problem they had yet to resolve.
High end finishes in the hotel and the convenience of location
I had to go to the bar to order a coffee with breakfast.

The View and area was nice
Room wasn't ready till after 3pm had to wait, then when we got to room it hadn't been hoovered very well, bits of lego and orange beads on various places,, the sign in room said strictly no smoking on balcony, but there was cigarette butts on balcony

Good location and the hotel was very clean and tidy, with modern facilities.
Nothing.
Great location centrally located to Tube Stations, walking distance from all major attractions. Very friendly staff.
Great hotel and a very good value compared to the standard hotel in London. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Staff are lovely and provide excellent customer service. Restaurant is excellent and that’s rare in a hotel. We had a long stay at this hotel and will return each time we come to London.
All of it! Great location and an exceptionally wonderful and helpful staff
Staff very friendly. Room was quiet, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast buffet was very good choice of food. We enjoyed views from roof top restaurant and food was very tasty
Close to the city center , clean room, not noisy, comfortable bed
just the closest to our station
staff didnt give any info on the facilities, reception area smelt like a sewer when we got there, and in the morning.
This hotel does not probably meet the Hyatt Regency standards. We stayed in room 209. 1. The hotel room was not clean - upon check-in, we found dirts on multiple table surfaces and hair in the toilet bowl. (some pictures uploaded except hair!) 2. There were so many flies in the room - we smashed 4 on the first day/night and 5 on the next day/night. (one picture uploaded) Not sure where it came from, but we saw one went into the duct, so, there might be something in the duct. 3. We reported the issue with the flies to the front desk who confirmed that engineer will look into it. Not sure what was done. Problem unresolved and continued. 4. The batroom ventilation was broken and dysfunctional. 5. Breakfast room service - knife, fork, napkin, salt and pepper forgotten, in the first morning. Croissant in the second day breakfast was so dry and tasteless, i.e., not fresh. 6. We reported these issues to the front desk upon check-out. The front desk woman promised she will report them to the management and we should expect to hear from the management in 24 hours. Nobody contacted us; thus, I am reporting the issues here. 7.

Location OK but quite a long walk to waterloo
Stayed overnight at Hyatt Regency London - Albert Embankment to attend a conference. On arrival the desk manager told that they would need to take full payment up front plus a £50 deposit. Asked for a receipt/invoice but told that this could only be given on check out. On check out the next morning informed that the invoice would be emailed to me. Had made the booking through Booking.com and when I received the final invoice I was surprised to see that an additional £10.83 service charge had been added to the final bill This extra charge had not been stipulated when booking and the Booking.com listing had made it clear that there were no extra charges. I do not have anything against tipping, but this is my prerogative and the frankly disinterested level of service did not warrant any tip. I emailed hotel to query this and a staff member (RD) sent an email back apologising and stating that the £10.83 would be refunded. However, within 3 minutes of this I received a second, even higher, invoice which now included fictitious minibar charges for £42! Not only this but an additional unauthorised charge of £42 was made to my card in addition to the £50 deposit retained. I did not touch any of the minibar items and it is hard to imagine how this can be anything else but a malicious attempt at defrauding me in retaliation to my disputing the service charge. I have had to make a formal complaint and claim back the £92 which has been taken off my card. Needless to say not even the £10.83 has been refunded as promised and the hotel has informed me that I simply have to wait until they have finished their in house "investigation" before they can reverse any incorrect charges "if required". No timescale give. Absolutely outrageous behaviour by staff who appear to be protecting their own and behave more like disinterested civil servants than employees of an international luxury hotel chain.
Perfectly located hotel- easy walk to underground station but also across the river to Houses of Parliament etc. Room is small but standard for many hotels in London. AC works really well which is a plus in a heatwave. Nice bathroom- Overall nice room with some minor signs of aging- only negative is no soft standard Hyatt Regency pillows. Small lobby - but nice restaurant. Only negative was the lack of minor flexibility on the part of the bar manager during the Globalist happy hour- I wanted her to use a different spirit brand and she refused- I even explained the personal reason why but she was completely inflexible- Finally I think Hyatt should have branded this hotel a centric of just Hyatt- not in same league as other Hyatt Regency in London.
Restaurant
Signs/tags on the doors barely readable especially in the basement with poor lighting and doors painted black. Better color contrasts between door, tag plates, and letters recommended.
Not near tube station

Great location, room and staff great
Great location great parking and great staff.
Terrible old dated rooms!

Loved the location of Albert Embankment. Great room with view of the Thames. Modern, clean hotel with excellent customer service.
Bed very hard
Espectacular la vista desde ls habitacion. Muy comodo y limpio
Me gusto todo
We had a great stay at HR
Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable
Check inn que took forever, £190 was taken from my bank account at 4am when I’d spent no money in the hotel as we had prepaid for the room. We also booked a room with a courtyard view which we never got
Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. A very special thank you goes to Patricia, the Reservation Manager, who was truly invaluable throughout the entire process. She supported us at every stage — from room reservations and payments to organizing a welcome drink and lunch for the guests traveling with us. Everything was handled with great professionalism, patience and care. The entire hotel staff was incredibly helpful, kind and patient during every step of our stay. We truly felt looked after at all times, which made the whole experience completely stress-free and enjoyable. We also loved the rooftop restaurant — the food was excellent and the view over the Thames was absolutely beautiful. Thank you once again to the whole team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. We would be very happy to come back in the future!
Very friendly and kind staff. Sakar was very helpful, he upgraded us to a better room and gave us late checkout!
Las camas son muy cómodas. Muy buena ubicación.
Todo bien
Location and staff were fantastic
Breakfast service was slow
Hotel was safe...Bed was not comfortable..an cigar bar charge a heavy price for me to smoke my own cigars didnt agree..
From the hotel, you can see the Parliament buildings, and part of the River Thames. Definitely some fantastic views! We were able to walk to both Parliament and Westminster Abbey. The room was a little small, but well furnished. We were upgraded to a deluxe king. My wife really liked the shower, but the bathroom could have used more storage space. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Besides a desk & chair, we also had a sitting chair and a loveseat. While the staff was pleasant, I did have an issue getting a copy of my final invoice. The hotel was in the midst of changing their billing system, and my invoice wasn't ready on checkout. I had to request the invoice twice before I finally received my copy.
This place is more like a Marriott courtyard than an Hyatt and is Meh at best. Smallest room I’ve ever seen. Front desk staff were ok. Didn’t have breakfast option but buffet or à la carte was available next door for 20% discount. Male Staff moved like turtles and you had to beg them to serve you. The 2 young ladies were sweet. Good Hot food when they finally took your order. Buffet isn’t worth it if u have to pay. Nice quiet area but not worthy of Hyatt name.
La qualité de l'hôtel

Hotel was clean and located great for exploring London. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was ok, but that’s just based on our taste preferences.
Clean and comfortable with great sunset view over the Thames, Pimlico, Victoria and Westminster.
Trying to get lights on when I entered the room, I accidentally pressed a button for room service. Limited seating. Leaky Nespresso machine.

very lovely hotel, Jay, Lume, Sonya and Taher support me a lot.
Very friendly front desk staff, nice room with river views
London is so expensive.. not even breakfast for nearly £300?!
This is a functional hotel. For the price paid the room I had was nothing special. My main issue was with the restaurant manager who messed up the breakfast charge and then tried to lie about it. I subsequently was overcharged by the hotel and when I pointed out that this was fraud they quickly refunded me. Although the amount was small this dishonest behavior is totally unacceptable. I won’t be coming back and will stick to Marriott and Hilton brands in the future.
Super clean and flexible staff
Not enough mirrors and no windows that open
This hôtel is almost 5 stars, they either have to reduce the cost to match the reality or raise the standards, choices, or sélection to meet the cost. All in all, I am a people person, so for me Ramona, the security men (2) seperate (equally kind), Manager upstairs, belly dancer and DJ, saved my experience. Some stuff was over procès for no reason. I’m saying this only because we travel a lot and I’ve stayed in better hotels, better locations that work hard to keep the travellers services in house, this way the hôtel had the advantage, and the consumers don’t leave and get food from the grocery store, or restaurant around the corner. It’s a choice.
Perfect location reception staff
Some staff members and a very expensive bar who were very unwelcoming
The room was comfortable, the staff in the restaurant friendly
I found the receptionist a bit unfriendly
Fabulous location. Room very clean. Bed very comfy. Nice and quiet. Smooth check-in and check out. Nice shower design and some nice touches with room design too.
A bit expensive for the room size
Wow, what a hotel! Stayed for two nights. Location great. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Staff great. Room well appointed, clean, and bed very comfortable. Nice bar and restaurant on the ground level. Walking distance to Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye. Will stay here again.
Thank You for a wonderful three days! Lovely hotel in excellent position. Rooms spacious and accommodating with pleasant restaurants serving good food at reasonable prices - BUT what really makes this hotel is the staff. Right from stepping through the door we were made to fell welcome and special. We were always greeted with enthusiasm, our requests and needs addressed in a professional but friendly manner. Special thanks to Ela, Ramona and Sanya who really did go that extra step to make us feel so welcome - we'll be back!!
The experience from arrival to departure was excellent. We had a very enjoyable stay! The staff particularly Lume, Ramona & William were very professional and helpful at all times. We will stay again next time we are in London
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment from February 14–18, 2026, and unfortunately left extremely disappointed with the overall experience. This trip was meant to be a special birthday celebration for my mother. Back on December 12, 2025, I had coordinated with the hotel via email to arrange a small birthday surprise to be waiting in our room upon arrival. My request was acknowledged at the time and I was kindly informed that “We will prepare a small amenity in your room prior to arrival.” However, upon check-in, nothing was in the room. The front desk even asked whose birthday we were celebrating, and we informed them that it was my mother’s, so they were clearly aware of the occasion. I then had to follow up again via email regarding the previously confirmed request and received no response. Two days later, a chocolate and a card were finally delivered -something I essentially had to repeatedly follow up for. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property, this was incredibly disappointing and took away from what was meant to be a meaningful celebration. Additionally, on our third night we brought back leftovers and politely asked the front desk if it would be possible to use a microwave, especially given that the hotel has multiple restaurants and food service areas. We were simply told “no,” without any alternative solution or assistance offered. The lack of willingness to help in such a small way was surprising and not in line with the level of service one would expect from a hotel of this standard. Lastly, we specifically paid for a room with a view based on the advertised photos showing views of Big Ben, Westminster Bridge, and the Houses of Parliament. In reality, our room’s view did not reflect what was advertised- these landmarks were not visible unless you leaned from the far left corner of the window. This felt very misleading and added to our dissatisfaction. Overall, I spent a significant amount of time and money planning this stay and was extremely disappointed with both the service and the accommodations. This is not the level of experience I would expect from a luxury hotel stay.
Paid about £500 for a premium king room with balcony river view for Valentine's night with the wife. Well..well,...the Previous guest must have spilt drinks down the main cabinet. This was not cleaned. I then moved the tea tray and found some other type of unidentified grime that should have been cleaned. The TV remote was surely faulty, or really slow ! we had to press each button 5 times before it worked! Even then the general signal was poor and glitchy! The room was very cold and the heating was not working. I Barely slept in between chasing the front desk to actually do something and shivering, while the wife spent the night wrapped in the hotel robe also shivering under the blanket! In the end we had cold air blowing into the room all night as they could not switch it off. At about 4am they gave me a small electrical heater which could only be used while I was awake for fear of burning the place down ! Not worth the money.
Brilliant location, 5 min walk from tube. Lovely view of the Thames and big ben/parliament. Room was clean and tidy. Reception staff went over and beyond to make us feel welcome, defo be back soon.
Lijepe i ciste sobe, ukusan dorucak i usluzno osoblje.
Posizione molto centrale. Personale gentilissimo.
La moquette in stanza
A huge variety of options for breakfast, not cheap but very much value for money.
Very modern clean and tidy . For our visit location was excellent. I would definitely stay again if travelling to London.
Nothing
This stay was particularly important to me. I was granted Guest of Honor awards by a close friend who is a Hyatt Globalist, specifically so I could experience Hyatt hospitality before deciding whether to commit approximately 60 nights with Hyatt to pursue Globalist status myself. Unfortunately, this stay has had the opposite effect. I stayed for six nights, booking two rooms—one for myself, my wife, and our 22-month-old child, and one for my parents. Each room had its own Guest of Honor award. Below are the issues I experienced: 1. Unacceptable cleanliness at check-in Upon check-in, the toilet in my room was visibly dirty, with a yellow urine stain present. This represents a fundamental hygiene failure and is completely unacceptable for any Hyatt property. Photographic evidence can be provided if required. 2. Inconsistent and unfulfilled upgrade promises One of the two Guest of Honor rooms was upgraded to a suite for the full six nights. The second room, occupied by my parents, was explicitly promised an upgrade on the 4th night. When the time came, a different duty manager informed me that the hotel was fully occupied and that the upgrade would not be honored for the remainder of the stay. Failing to honor a confirmed promise is deeply disappointing, especially for Guest of Honor reservations. 3. Inconsistent service standards for basic requests On the 3rd night at approximately 01:00, I requested a bowl and cutlery, which were delivered within five minutes—excellent service. However, on the 5th night at approximately 22:30, I made the same request. Due to my room being incorrectly marked as “Do Not Disturb” by housekeeping, nothing arrived. When I followed up, I was informed that a £5 charge per bowl would apply. 4. Charging for basic crockery I went downstairs to reconfirm this in person and was told the same by the duty manager. Charging a Guest of Honor for basic crockery at a Hyatt Regency is unacceptable and inconsistent with Hyatt brand standards. At that moment, the value of Globalist and Guest of Honor benefits became highly questionable. 5. Failure to provide basic amenities (water) Later that evening, at approximately 23:40, I requested additional bottled water. At that time, the room had only been provided one 330ml still water and one 330ml sparkling water, despite being occupied by two adults and a toddler. After waiting over 30 minutes, no water arrived, forcing me to leave the hotel late at night to purchase water for my family. 6. Severe noise disturbance in a suite Throughout my stay, my suite was located directly below a restaurant/nightclub, resulting in persistent loud bass noise and vibrations, particularly in the evening and at night. The bass noise was strong enough to prevent proper rest, which is completely unacceptable—especially in a suite intended to provide comfort, privacy, and relaxation. Regrettably, even after upgrading to a suite, I was unable to rest properly due to this ongoing disturbance. This experience has been deeply disappointing and damaging to my perception of the Hyatt brand. Rather than encouraging loyalty, it has left me questioning whether Hyatt genuinely values its elite members and prospective loyal guests. I will be escalating this matter to Hyatt Membership and Corporate Guest Relations, and I expect a clear explanation, accountability, and an appropriate resolution. Sincerely, Henri Winata
The location of this hotel is excellent, which is why we chose to stay here. However, the service was disappointing. The staff was standoffish and unhelpful. I’ve stayed here before and had a similar experience, so unfortunately I would not return or recommend this property.
Welcome to the hotel who is stuck in the 80's with it's dark woods and dark halls. Our stay didn't start out as we hoped when we checked in. It was the manager Ramona who was in the reception and it seemed like we came at a bad time, because welcome we did not feel. Not once in our 3 day stay did one member of the staff stay goodmorning/good evening, they didn't make any eye contact. It didn't seem like any british staff were present at all. The view from the room was great and we enjoyed that. The room itself is dark and the lighting is off somehow. Either you get a surgery like bright light or else a dark gloomy room. And the decor is very outdated. With all the hotels London has to offer, we certainly wont be staying her again.
Excellent for a wheelchair user like myself, everyone was amazingly helpful and kind; made are stay easy. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, excellent shower. brilliant breakfast and outstanding roomservice. Will stay again.
Lovely stay and location on the south bank overlooking the river. very clean rooms, quiet area, by Lambeth Palace, didn't see the Bish.
A great experience. Quality of service and decor was excellent. The 15th floor bar has fantastic view over London skyline. Although a little expensive for drinks.
