CiTi Hotel London Luton

Good location and seemed quite secure once inside.

The toilet seat was broken and as was a weekend could not be fixed.

The rooms are small and cosy - no problems here. I don't care for windows as it would look onto Luton.

The only problem is the extremely unprofessional front desk staff. I told them I would be coming late at 1am. No one was present from 1am to 2am. The guy was smoking weed or something away from his desk. This created considerable distress and I thought I would be stranded for the night.

Sub standard accomodation where maintenance has been neglected with an 'it'll do' policy is the norm.

Room tiny ordered a twin room but were given a small double ground floor right by reception that had a door that banged constantly accessing the area from reception

The whole experience... the fact it was clean looking at first is so deceiving the decor so basic absolutely roasting couldn't open windows at all bed was awful decor non exsistant nothing in the room it was terrifying its not a hotel its actually a hostel the area surrounding it is 1 of the worst in luton... not a nice experience at all

Good location and price for a one night stay ahead of an early flight from London Luton. Rooms are basic, but good value for money for a short stay!

Perfect location for Luton airport, regular bus runs from a 5 min walk away saving the cost of a taxi

Walls weren't clean, smears on the walls around head of the bed was very off-putting. No small bed light, very bright fire exit sign above door which kept me awake.

The person at the front desk was really nice and welcoming.

The room was really bad to the point where I don't know where to begin... The location of the hotel is not ideal because it's in a busy city centre, so it was really loud all night. The room offered no amenities at all! There wasn't even a place to hang your jacket or a desk to sit at. The bathroom had a very weird look and smell.

The location was perfect. A 2 min walk from town centre and train station close by with Luton airport 10 mins away.

It wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be, there was stained in the toilet, the wallpaper was peeling off, and the floor was dirty.

That if something is wrong with the room they will move you

It was disgusting blood on bed no air-conditioning in room and no window so was really hot. The hotel was full of homeless drug users banging doors all night I never to a hotel like it. Just was disgusting

Rooms the size of prison cells, walls so thin that you can hear other guests, and a dirty bathroom. The worst part is that I did not receive an invoice from the property for my stay, even though it was a business trip. I provided the invoice details several times, but I still have not received an invoice.

Really bad experience. This hotel had no running water when arrived no running water when I left could not shower at all. What is the main thing you want when you get to a hotel a shower. The AC was on full blast the room was absolutely freezing that I even got ill. The pillows were so thin that your head was hitting the bed. And the quilt cover was dirty and turned the other way around. Put I complaint in. And they said it would be reported and logged waiting months did not hear anything. So I thought go through booking.com who I booked it with. Even worse booking.com did absolutely nothing about it as well. Poor customer services don't think if you go through booking.com that anything will ever be sorted because it won't. O ye booking.com gave me 8 pounds to use on my next booking very sad how hotels can get away with things like this. Absolutely shameful

Smelly, dirty, and worn-out. Having checked-in, I "experienced" the corridors, and then the room. I decided not to stay the night, and moved to a different hotel. They did offer a different room, but I didn't want to waste any more time. I requested a refund, that they, eventually. denied. They claim to care, but will do precisely nothing.

Windows DO NOT OPEN, no fresh air and always felt suffocated. Aircon in the room, but air filters are in need of replacement. Streets could be loud. Windows do not open even on the second floor, as the hotel manager said

I paid an outrageous price for a single night, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I hardly slept. From the outside, the building looks like a normal hotel, but the moment you step inside it feels like a cheaply converted maze. There are endless narrow corridors, doors everywhere, and it looks as though every bit of available space has been turned into the smallest rooms possible. The room was tiny. Almost everything looked and felt like plastic, including the furniture and the bed. The bathroom wasn’t a proper bathroom at all—it looked like a prefabricated plastic pod that had simply been inserted into the room, complete with a plastic sink, shower, and toilet. Even the floors felt cheap. They seemed to be made of plastic and weren’t properly solid or level. They slightly rose and dipped underfoot, making it feel as if I was walking through a temporary cabin or a shipping container rather than a hotel. The bed linen and towels were clean, which is the only positive thing I can say about this place. The room had no fresh air whatsoever. The window couldn’t be opened, so the room quickly became hot and stuffy. There is a pub right next to the hotel, and with virtually no sound insulation, I could hear everything—from people outside to noise from neighbouring rooms and the corridors. I genuinely don’t understand how a building like this meets hotel standards. It feels like a collection of plastic cabins squeezed inside a building rather than a proper hotel. Considering how much I paid for one night, the value for money was absolutely terrible. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it

Very bad experience there is no policy and the staff of the hotel is very irresponsible and rude nobody is going to take responsibility to discuss the polices of the hotel and the are very very unprofessional can’t recommend anyone to come and stay there
