I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Makkah. From the moment I arrived, everything was well-organized, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most during my stay was the exceptional experience at the restaurant. I would like to sincerely thank Mrs. Emtessor Omar for her outstanding hospitality. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, making every dining experience feel special. Her warm attitude and dedication to excellent service truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. The combination of comfort, quality service, and staff like Mrs. Emtessor Omar makes it a place I would gladly return to.

Iftar and Sahoor experience in the restaurant in level-6. They have 2 restaurant on the same level. Hence, we had a bad experience on one of the restaurant. the staff made a racist experience to us, probably as we're south east asian. He did not allowed us to seat in an empty table and push us to seat on the back side of the restaurant. He keep arguing there's someone on the table, but none person belonging on the table, its a free table. Untill we finished eating, no one coming to the table to claim the table. Its only a made up by him, probably he saved the table for other person however we come earlier.

Beautiful location. Lifts are atrocious. And rooms need a renovation. They are 25 years old now

I booked a club room for 5 nights unfortunately I was downgrade to a standard room on 14 th floor I was very upset with the room upon complain I was contacted by Mr Ahmed and with him I went to the manager sitting in a room next to reception they satisfied me with a reason for downgrade that there was maintenance work going on club floor and was too much noise in the morning . They allowed me use the club lounge and notice that the club floor was too noisy thanks to them and they assured me that they will upgrade me on my next visit rest everything was perfect as always

As always we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Even before our arrival the hotel staff was in coordination with us and helped us pick a suitable room. Miss Emtenan was responsive and respectful. She understood our request and ensured we got the quite room, away from noise so that we get good rest. This made our stay pleasant.

I booked a quad room but provide an insufficient room like a twin bed adjustment done with 4 bed one of bed mattress is quite hilarious. Need to change the room but reception staff not supportive Bed is like a hospital bed

This is our family's fifth time in this hotel. The location n rooms are excellent in tower 6. Alot of waiting on the three total lifts near prayer time so leave atleast 45mins before to catch one. Another issue in recent times is the room service which has gradually deteriorated. Basic things like towels for total number of ppl always fall short. Same for other utilities like conditioner, handwash. No toothpaste provided. Calls hv to be placed to request these every time. Room service isnt regular either or upto the mark. I would request the management to assure these amenities n services are available for guests for a completely comfortable stay. Would highly recommend the place otherwise.

The hotel is very beautiful, especially the view of the Haram, and also the cleanliness of the rooms and the treatment of the housekeeper, Naseem, who was very kind and nice and helped us a lot. Considering the size of the hotel, there were not enough lifts to accommodate all the guests efficiently. During busy times, especially around check-in and prayer times, the wait for a lift was quite long. This lack of lifts made it difficult to move between floors quickly and even caused us to be late for Salah. For a hotel of this scale, I expected better planning and more convenient lift access.

Mr. Muhammad Yusuf approached us and openly asked for feedback on Al-Fayha's and Al-Noor food where he was manager. The service here is extremely open to feedback, incredibly friendly, and very consistent with their food. Their rice dishes never fail to satisfy, the salmon is great, and their deserts are also quite nice! If I had one criticism for the food, it'd be that the chicken and beef cooked for not as long, as the heating does eventually cook the meat over a longer period of time. That way, it'd last longer, and it won't go tougher in a short period of time. Big thank you for Mr. Yusuf for reaching out and being so open. Cheers!

We stayed at the hotel for several nights with our tour group. The location was 5min walk to Holy Haram Mosque. Our twin room is spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are friendly and attentive. A shout out to the restaurant manager Mr Mohammed Yussof who ensure our bread is always warmed for dinner and outstanding service. There was a great variety of delicious food options every day at the restaurant. Cons: During one of the nights we stayed they had some renovation done that lasted till 10pm.

The worst elevators ever it’s very difficult for the elderly to access have to wait more than 15 min for the elevator to come really really disappointed

I recently stayed at Makkah Tower and had a wonderful experience. At check-in, we had a wheelchair patient with us, and the receptionist, Shaeema, was extremely kind and considerate. She upgraded our room to a better one with a beautiful Haram view, without any extra charge. Her professionalism and generosity made our stay much more comfortable. The hotel staff was really rude,especially the house keeping man on the 10th floor who is an Indian/pakistani. When asked for bottles how many do u drink he questions us.when asked for tooth brushes how many do u use is the question he asks.if ask for slippers why should I give is what he tells??Had a very unpleasant awful experience, the security pulled my toddler hard as we took a min extra to get out of out cab. Terrible, at the buffet cutlery tissues when asked were not delivered on time, the staff has treated us so unwell, the bald manager switched off the machine when i was getting the toast ready. The house keeping guy on the 10th floor was rudest of all.
