Nice location, good facility, nice room, good breakfast menu, good fitness facility & indoor swimming pool, nice staff, and good parking slot even have free valet service if you can't find free parking slot.

The pillow feels uncomfortable, the lobby layout feels less comfortable if you chat for a long time.

Ruime kamer. Wij moesten voor het ontbijt weg vanwege een vlucht, en konden daarom om 5:30 alvast wat ontbijten bij het buffet. Vriendelijk personeel. Om de hoek zitten lokale straattentjes, waar je prima kunt eten.

Leek niet een heel gezellige buurt verder, maar wij zijn er alleen voor lay-over geweest.

The suite room is spacious and has a nice panoramic view. Reasonable price and comfortable mattress.

Although the room was reasonably clean, it's showing its age and would benefit from a renovation/make over. The photos on the site are probably a decade old. The breakfast is pretty average, and this is the issue I find with almost all hotels in Indonesia, regardless of the city or number of stars. Boring breakfasts & low quality food.

Nice clean and spacious room with a good view of the panorama of the city. The breakfast was delicious.

The plug near the water heater needs to be fixed

The accommodation was a great location for access to work and close to mall and not far from city centre. Staff were very helpful epeciallyHaqi the restaurant manager who helpped me be stay as I have a latex allergy and the kitchen was wearing latex gloves and not food handling gloves. Breakfast was always waiting for me

This is a smoking hotel meaning that the hotel stinks. Most of our clothes smelled after leaving.

They really do good in avoiding the use of plastic. Great!! Breakfast is okay, not outstanding but okay

The sleepers in the room are way too thin.. And the kettle in my room is somewhat leaking and it wont stop boiling although the water is boiled.

This is a business/ corporate hotel but it had a great pool and good gym facilities. The bed was really pig and comfy and everyone at the hotel was helpful

The room is big and clean. The bed is comfy. The gym and pool is great. The security is friendly and always with a big smile to greet you.

Hotel is conveniently located. Room is clean and quiet. Water dispenser at each floor. no plastic waste.

price is not reflecting the standard, too high for my taste. Breakfast substandard. Not really deliciously cooked too. staff didn't ask for payment at check in. caused trouble and delay at checkout, as I left already and my friend was stranded unable to pay in cash.

The hotel has water dispensers everywhere, so I can have hot or cold water anytime. And the front desk straight away gave me 2 access cards, I don't have to request them again like in other hotels

Nice hotel the room was clean, spacious room , good service and friendly staff, got the special hospitality by GM, perfect. Good and silent location . The resto was not spacious but its ok many varians of the breakfast’s menu , this hotel have sauna and indoor pool also.

The room service "kitchen food" that I ordered dies not met my family members expectation. Wxpensive and not nice to eat! We atay at Novetel Surabaya before, their food taste well ... Especially the Cupuchino coffee (not hot and served in a tiny cup). The fry egg is too cooked- (egg yolk over cooked and hardened) Fried rice too hard and dry!

Room Quality n Cleaneless

Before the stay, everything is okay. Hotel staff help to confirm the change of check in and out period due to personal reason. Room is quite big, and location is near my family's home.

There is some issue when my mother in law visited hotel, she ask for my name but it is not helpful, they staff instead give reasons i/o just apologize. Another issue on the day of checkout, when having breakfast, hotel staff mentioned that the room number is not on the record. Why the record is not update from the reservations to restaurant. It is not professional..

Nice and clean room with friendly staffs. The breakfast is amazing with it’s traditional meals and beverages.

the hallways outside the rooms need some renovations. The hotel can be very crowded with families with small children during the weekend.

Alana is small hotel not too far from downtown of Surabaya. The restaurant for breakfast was also small that could be packed with guests at times. When I had breakfast for two mornings in a row, I had sufficient options, but the taste was mediocre at best. My bedroom at 15th floor was compact, yet the amenities functioned well except the air condition that took time to cool off the room. We chose this hotel because it was close to our event locations. The services were basically okay throughout our stay.
