Einzig die Lage

Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Schränke klemmen, Duschfugen verschimmelt, Wollmäuse am Boden. Wir saßen auf der Terrasse direkt neben den Müllkübeln. Anlage am Pool sehr ungepflegt. Kaputte Holzbohlen und defekte Sonnenschirme. Es scheint sich niemand um die Anlage zu kümmern. Schade, es könnte sehr schön sein.

Tolle Lage, schöner Pool und klasse Aussicht

De ligging was prachtig. Met een paar meter lopen kijk je uit op de prachtig zee en baai. De accommodatie was schoon (dankjewel aan het lieve personeel!) en het zwembad was ook prachtig.

Bij aankomst was de kamer nog niet klaar (na 16.09 uur). Dat kan natuurlijk gebeuren, maar als je op doorreis bent is dat misschien is het fijn om dat van te voren te communiceren. Zeker als je om 10.00 uur ‘s ochtends moet uit checken. Daarentegen was de kamer prachtig en schoon toen we ‘m kregen. De dame ons ontving was allerhartelijkst en gaf ons fijne tips.

Meerblick gebucht und bestätigt, aber wegen hoher Oleander Büsche keine freie Sicht. Dusche sehr, sehr eng und mit Schimmelbefall. Geschirr teilweise nicht sehr sauber. Klimaanlage war in der Küche, im Schlafzimmer wäre sie sinnvoller.

It is necessary to have a car, or else taxis can be arranged for €15 each way to the town center, so transportation turned out to not be the problem.we initially thought it was.

We loved the farm stay. The rustic farm house and the view from the windows and balcony were amazing!! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were generous sizes with comfortable beds and pillows. The pool was a great place to sit and relax and cool off. The accommodation also wasn’t far from the town. It was a great place to stay. Oh and our kids loved the animals too!!

After reading other people’s negative reviews and experiencing the accomodation for ourselves. There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. The bathrooms showers aren’t perfect. But it wasn’t a a reason to complain or be deal breaker!!

I would like to express my serious concern about the hygiene and maintenance conditions at the hotel. When we arrived, the floor was extremely dirty, and we had to make a complaint before a housekeeper came the following day to clean it. The kitchen is also full of ants. The second day, we found bread with bite marks and what appears to be mouse droppings next to it, strongly suggesting the presence of a mouse. This is a serious health and food-safety concern and is completely unacceptable. In addition, the kitchen equipment is in a very poor condition. The pots and pans are heavily scratched and worn out, to the point that we have not been able to use them. Overall, these conditions are far below what we would expect from a hotel.

A wonderful, friendly retreat with a beautiful sea view from the room. A short 15 min walk to an gorgeous little beach. The sound of the goat herd on their morning ramble and the lovely animals made for a memorable stay.

A very nice, quiet location. A gated complex. Swimming pool and a mini-zoo with farm animals.

Die Lage war wunderschön und der Ausblick spektakulär. Ganz besonders hat es uns gefallen, dass so viele Tiere dort leben. Am Morgen kamen die Tiere immer am Pool vorbei. Pool und Garten waren auch gemütlich.

Ich hatte mir bei der Ausstattung viel mehr erwartet. Die Dusche war sehr eng und schloss nicht richtig. Küche war nett aber auch in die Jahre gekommen. Ich dachte es gibt in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, jedoch war nur 1 in der Küche. Für den Preis und die Fotos im Internet hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Preis Leistung stimmt meiner Meinung nicht ganz.

Am apreciat amplasarea cazării în vecinătatea orașului, spațiul din apartament bine conceput, priveliștile fenomenale.

There is a small beach nearby (you can walk to it), the pool is wonderful with beautiful view, among the sounds of nature :) There is a parking lot at the property. Well-equipped kitchen.

Maybe the rooms and bathroom should be refreshed a bit.

Logement bien situé, au calme par rapport à l’animation de Cefalú. Appartement très spacieux qui permet de cuisiner sois même. Petite terrasse vue mer et surtout piscine très agréable. Le lieu recueil les animaux abandonnées. il y a donc des chèvres, moutons qui se baladent sur la propriété ainsi qu’ânes et vache. Ça donne un charme en plus avec une plage à 20 minutes à pied. Grand parking fermé pour se garer.

La villa está genial, muy equipada. El personal es súper majo y las vistas desde allí son increíbles.

Está lejos, necesario coche. Precio un poco elevado en relación a la ubicación.

LA VISTA ERA MERAVIGLIOSA

il rapporto qualita prezzo era inesistente stante che non c'era nessun servizio . un solo condizionatore nella cucina doveva rinfrescare 3 stanze. La doccia del bagno era minuscola era difficile fare la doccia. La porta della doccia non si chiude, quindi c'è acqua dappertutto.LA piscina oltre ad essere ricavata nel legno era piena di capelli e sporcizie varie, l'alloggio aveva "mobili" molto vecchi e fatiscente che non valeva assolutamente il prezzo pagato In cucina c'era la caffettiera ma nemmeno un grammo di caffe .

Estuvimos poco tiempo y nos dio mucha pena no aprovechar más ese paraíso. Es una villa muy chula! La chica que nos atendió muy maja.

Es verdad que para bajar al centro tienes que coger coche. Y es el único alojamiento de los seis en los que hemos estado por toda la isla, que no tiene el detalle de dejarte un poco de café. Teniendo cocina con cafetera y por el precio que se paga, y viendo que hasta en los hostales más humildes allí es habitual… Creo que deberían planteárselo.

La vista stupenda..il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale considerate che siamo in una zona ricercatissima dai turisti..la natura e gli animali che fanno parte di un progetto per salvarli dall abbandono o dal macello. La casa è accessoriata con quello che serve quando sei in vacanza ...due split di aria condizionata essenziale con il caldo umido di agosto . Insomma per noi è stata un esperienza magnifica non c è stata una virgola che non abbiamo apprezzato . Ringraziamo lo staff. la reception e le ragazze delle pulizie... gentilissime.

La struttura è perfetta e particolare in tutta la sua grandezza...ma Non ci piacciono le persone che si lamentano a caso ...tanto per il gusto di lamentarsi... è chiaro che se con 40 gradi che imperversano da mesi tu lasci la roba fuori arrivano le formiche ..quello capita anche da noi in Toscana.. bisogna prevenirle ..questo è un piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nella natura e lamentarsi sinceramente non lo capisco .. Ma spesso le persone preferiscono lamentarsi invece di pensare .

uitrusting keuken indien je zelf eens wenst te koken. Wij zijn een gezin van 5, en om een volledige maaltijd klaar te maken, waren de beschikbare middelen beperkt. Rond het zwembad mag de vloer vernieuwd worden, want momenteel houten platen die loskomen door vocht en warmte.

The room was hot with one air conditioner for the whole place and didn’t cool down bedrooms as it was not close. No kettle and front door was stiff and hard to open and close. Bathroom shower was so tiny it was hard to shower in and I’m not a big person so would have been impossible for a larger person. Shower door doesn’t close so water everywhere. Had four flights of stairs to get to our room with no help with luggage. No one at property for the majority of the day to assist if there was a problem. Host was rushed when we arrived and not helpful. The pool and accommodation is so old and the wood around the above ground plastic pool was splintering and sun beds all broken. Very old and run down property that was not in any way worth what we paid and would not recommended at all. The kitchen didn’t even have a kettle. Very disappointed You could not stay at this property without a car. There is nothing near by. The property info says 3min to supermarket. It is 12 by navigation and not easy as it’s through cefalu town which is very busy with traffic.

Il manque un ventilateur dans une chambre. Une seule clim pour un grand appartement ne suffit pas.

La vue sur Cefalù, la piscine ! Logement simple mais fonctionnel. Un peu loin de la ville à pied mais l'hôte indique où se garer gratuitement pour se rapprocher un peu.

La douche est minuscule. Prix un peu élevé et sans petit déjeuner.

De airco was prima en de douche.

Eeg gehorig, boven sliepen mensen met een hond en je hoort de nagels over de vloer gaan. Handig als deze mensen beneden werden geplaatst. En kranen draaien slecht open en dicht of doen het niet en dan gaat het alarm af. Ook midden in de nacht! Daarnaast kun je niets zonder auto.

De ligging

De gastvrijheid, en de kamer is zeker is niet vier sterren waardig. Overigens heeft booking.com ons zeer goed geholpen!

Las cabañas son de dos pisos y si te toca debajo escuchas golpes y pasos de los de arriba todo el tiempo, en mi caso hasta las 2 de la mañana golpes. Te obligan a tirar la basura y dejar los platos fregados antes de irte, los platos lo veo pero tirar la basura? para esos se paga un plus de limpieza, además la cabañas conforme las dejan les dan un lavado de cara y las entregan a nuevos huéspedes, ya que no revisan que el anterior haya fregado bien los utensilios de cocina, te tienes que fiar de que está desinfectado, y no les da tiempo a hacer una buen limpieza, ya que estaba todo lleno de telarañas, polvo e insectos de bastante tiempo por todos los rincones , incluso en la ducha. Si te dan miedo o asco los animales, tened en cuneta de que hay un rebaño de cabras suelto por la parcela y dejan cacas hasta en la zona de piscina. Es todo muy mejorable,

La vue sur la côte depuis la villa et la piscine est très belle, il est possible d'aller sur la plage de Kalura à pied (20/25 min) alors qu'il est très difficile de se garer à proximité. La présence des animaux est agréable.

Dans l'ensemble les logements mériteraient d'être rénovés surtout pour l'insonorisation. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans le logement du dessus. Odeur de cigarette dans l'une des deux salles de bain, le logement n'était pas totalement propre.

Es ist an einer schön ruhige lage.

Der Pool richt sehr nach Chlor. Der Eingang ist hinter dem Haus und ist steinig und uneben somit erschwehrt es die Koffer zu fördern. Ein Zimmer hatte keine Klimanlage und war halt in der Mansarde dementsprechend warm.

Great Agriturismo near Cefalu. We were able to drive 5 mins and then walk in. Apartment was a great size and having a washing machine in the room was brilliant. They had alot of animals for the family to enjoy, along with a swimming pool. We only had one night, but thorougly enjoyed ourselves.

Struttura bellissima immersa nel verde a poca distanza dal centro , in circa 6 minuti di auto si arriva al lungomare . Carina la piscina con vista mare , appartamento comodi

Unica nota negativa da segnalare , nell’ appartamento dove ero io la mattina presto entra la luce da una finestra che ha solo una tendina leggera e non ci sono persiane , il giorno seguente ho dovuto provvedere mettendo un telo mare .

Resepsiyonda duran sürekli birisi yok. Önceden ne zaman geleceğinizi söylemeniz gerekiyor ki çalışanlar sizin için o saatte orada olabilsin. Biz mesajları çalıştığımız için kontrol edememiştik. Varış saatimizi gideceğimiz gün yazabildik ama geç kalmıştık. Birisinin gelmesini beklemek durumunda kaldık. Geldiğinde güleryüzlü şekilde karşılandık. Burayı yorumlara bakarak tutmuştuk ancak ev beklentimize göre çok eskiydi. Banyo çok küçüktü. Konforlu değildi açıkçası.

We are in 2026. When a property is advertised as air-conditioned, I expect it to be properly air-conditioned, not just in the kitchen. Especially during the summer, this should be a basic standard. Furthermore, based on the photos you attached, I genuinely expected the property to be in much better condition. The actual condition does not match the impression given by the listing.

La recepcionista nos recomendó varios restaurantes y todos fueron un acierto. Tuvimos problemas con mosquitos y enseguida nos facilitó un spray, y al día siguiente nos puso una mosquitera.

Le falta una reforma a los apartamentos, pero son rurales. La piscina debería estar un poco más cuidada pero bien para un rato.

It is very outdated. The animal shelter is so nice, but they let the goats go around the pool area, and there was so much poop from them there.

We liked the large size of the apartment and the atmosphere it had inside.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Magara e ne conserviamo un bellissimo ricordo. È un luogo immerso nella natura, perfetto per chi desidera staccare dalla routine e concedersi qualche giorno di pace e relax. Non è una struttura per chi cerca il lusso o ambienti moderni: lo stile è quello autentico della campagna, semplice e genuino, ed è proprio questo il suo punto di forza. Una delle cose che ci ha colpito di più è la presenza di tanti animali che vivono liberi negli ampi spazi della tenuta: asini, cavalli, mucche, conigli, tacchini, colombe e molti altri. Vederli passeggiare tranquillamente rende l’atmosfera ancora più speciale e regala un’esperienza autentica, soprattutto per chi ama la natura e gli animali. Se cercate un posto dove rilassarvi completamente, respirare aria pulita e godervi il silenzio della campagna, Villa Margara è davvero una scelta che consiglio con il cuore. Un posto semplice, autentico e davvero molto, molto bello.

Très beau site, la piscine, les animaux en liberté c'était super 👍. Juste un bémol sur l'isolation des chambres. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et les voisins du dessus étaient très bruyants

L'isolation phonique des logements

Ho alloggiato in un appartamento con una camera da letto, un angolo cucina, due bagni. L'aspetto più incredibile è sicuramente la vista dalla terrazza esterna e la pace che si respira all'interno della tenuta con tutta la vegetazione e gli animali. Abbiamo usufruito anche della piccola piscina con giardino. La posizione è comoda per arrivare in centro in meno di 10 minuti in auto.

Sicuramente da migliorare l'angolo cottura, troppo stretto e scomodo per cucinare e per lavare i piatti e le stoviglie. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con le formiche, che abbiamo portato alla loro attenzione per la risoluzione, ma è comune in contesti di questo tipo.

Amazing view from the swimming pool area. Quiet. The aircon worked well.

Booked the accommodation because it had a pool, unfortunately it gets full sun during the day so the water is very warm and didn’t help to cool down at all. The accommodation is “rustic” including the showers and living room. I felt in comparison to other places we stayed this was expensive given the quality of the apartments.

La situation de ce magnifique domaine est exceptionnelle, face à la mer, dans un parc fleuri et arboré. Le domaine est très bien équipé et entretenu : piscine , aire barbecue et même un domaine pour les animaux en difficulté . À 5 minutes en voiture de Cefalù et de la plage de Kalura . Nous aurions passé volontiers quelques jours de plus ici

L’intérieur des appartements est très rustique et mal insonorisé. Notre lit était contre le mur du lit des voisins et on avait l’impression de vivre avec eux y compris dans leurs moments intimes. La climatisation était très bruyante. Beaucoup de potentiel si rénové

Pas grand chose hors mis la vue depuis la villa et le faite qu'ils recueils des animaux.

Nous avons eu une première chambre avec deux fuites d'eau et une fortes odeur d'humidité qui se ressentait aussi dans l'atmosphère de la chambre. Propreté a revoir, de nombreuses fourmis dans les chambres. Je précise car nous avons changé de chambre et c'était la même chose. Douche également minuscule quasiment pas d'espace pour se laver et quasiment pas d'eau chaude. De plus quand nous sommes venus dire que nous voulions changé de chambre car il y avait des fuites d'eau dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, la réceptionniste nous a dit qu'on devait s'estimer heureux de la chambre et qu'on avait de la chance de pouvoir changé de chambre. Bref fortement désagréable et incapable d'assumer pleinement leur tort.

Very warm welcome stunning views . Swimming pool was welcome in the heat. The animals were lovely especially the donkeys the room had beautiful views . The grounds were beautiful with lovely with beautiful plants and flowers . We didn’t have a car we used a taxi for our two day stay that was very efficient and friendly

Las instalaciones, las vistas, la zona de los animales y la piscina… Además pedimos café a la anfitriona para hacer en la cafetera porque no teníamos y nos dio un tarro lleno, son un encanto.

Стоит понимать, что это находится довольно-таки далеко от города и пляжа, без машины там делать нечего, также наш апартамент находился на третьем этаже, поэтому необходима некоторая физическая подготовка чтобы добраться вверх, особенно с багажом, но это конечно нюанс

Buena ubicación y vistas. Es un alojamiento para dos personas. Está mínimamente equipado. Pocos utensilios de cocina de mala calidad. La cama del living es un sofá abierto para que quede de una plaza y media, pero en el medio tiene un lomo que hace imposible un buen descanso

The Location was fantastic and peaceful, Great to see so many animals rescued by the Kind Owners. Genuine Italian People and surroundings. Great Support from Owners from the beginning of the booking with Taxi contact numbers or excursion. Car is essential for Indepent Trips, if you are fit you can walk downhill, but definitiv not advicable at Night.

Would Like more privacy between the Apartment terrace.

Prachtige locatie en erg rustig. Je kon lopend naar Cefalu. De auto staat er veilig achter een hek.

We kregen erg veel informatie bij binnenkomst en het werd allemaal opgeschreven op een kaart in een (voor ons) onleesbaar handschrift. Het mag ook wat minder.

La vista que tenía de la terraza de la habitación, es ÚNICA!!! Era cómodo y estaba muy bien ubicado en un ambiente de naturaleza total.

Creo que las instalaciones podrían estar un poco mejor, algo rústico. Falta de mantenimiento.

Tres bel emplacement pour découvrir la jolie ville de Cephalư . La vue depuis la piscine ou depuis notre logement etait tres bien ..Piscine et extérieurs tres agréables. Logement pratique et bien conçu. Agréable espace extérieur. Les chèvres qui apparaissent dans le petit jardin pour manger les oliviers et les fleurs étaient très drôles .

Pour des raisons personnelles de douleurs de dos ,le lit était trop souple et j ai peu dormi .

Le style, le grand calme, l'environnement champêtre et la vue dominante sur la mer, le côté très mignon de la Terrasse, le fait de pouvoir se garer devant la maison
