The apartment was clean, modern, and well-located. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process was simple and convenient.

The people next to us was extremely loud during our stay especially at night. They would slam the doors, knock people's doors and speak extremely loud.

Nice and clean not far from station, shops nearby and the lady who greeted us was really friendly and kind and helped loads.

A very pleasant and easy booking system and communication with the host, messages answered promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. The housekeeper was present when we arrived early from Ireland and was able to get us in early. She was friendly, swift and pleasant. The apartment was clean, tidy and had all amenities including a hairdryer and iron and ironing board. There is a convenience shop 2 minutes walk away.

Good location, not far to walk to access tube or buses. key holder was very friendly and helpful. Room was plenty adequate for our 1 night stay.

The provided toiletries are just a liquid hand soap and a showergel, fine for 1 night but if you are going for longer you would probably want to take your own shampoo, shower gel etc

Location, easy access to canary wharf, 20mins by walking, 10mins by bus.

No reception, no lift ( have to carry luggage to second or third floor, no sound isolation ( can hear clearly about movements and voices in staircase and other bedrooms). Room light is not stable, on and off occasionally. Room is very hot although outside temperature dropped.

I like how easy it was to find and very close to the o2 too it wasn’t too much for value which was amazing

The only thing I would say was that the tv was a bit funny but otherwise it was excellent

It was quite out of the way and appeared a little rough. It was extremely hot and even though there was a fan in the room it didn't make any difference as all it did was blow hot air. We basically had to make sure we were out as long as possible in air conditioned places as you could barely breathe even at night in this room. I guess it will be great in the winter but having to keep the patio doors open all night and put the fan as far out as possible to get some cool air in is absolutely not okay; especially given someone could have just climbed on the flat roof and easily got in. I was also not happy about being asked to send a photo of my ID as these can be easily forged, however, the gentleman we spoke to was very polite and sorted this out. Would have been helpful to know this prior to our stay.

It’s very hot, and the fan can’t keep up. The room heats up significantly during the day. There’s a lot of noise from the neighbors upstairs—the floors creak loudly, and conversations can be heard. It’s acceptable for a short-term stay.

Nothing to complain about at all great place to stay staff are wonderful

The location was great, very easy to walk into the Canary Wharf area. The room was a self contained little flat with everything we needed for an overnight stay. The shower was very clean and had good flow and easy temperature controls. If staying longer, there was a fridge and some cooking facilities which would have been useful, however we were not the long enough to test these. The staff member we met was friendly and helpful.

We were there on one of the hottest days of the year and although we had a fan, the room was very stuffy and got all night. This is not their fault, but if you're someone needing air con, this place does not have it.

Abbastanza ampio e cucìna fornita, tavolino per poter fare colazione all esterno, servizio di pulizia camera giornaliero, self check in.

Non c è aria condizionata e non ci sono tapparelle ma solo delle tende, essendo a piano terra e con una vetrata su cui batte il sole fa troppo caldo all’interno, al pomeriggio è impossibile starci dentro nonostante i due ventilatori. La notte si dormiva a fatica tra caldo e rumore dei ventilatori. Il Wi-Fi funziona molto male.

The convenient location

The room was not as advertised, ridiculously hot, small and far below what was expected. My partner found suspicious items hidden on top of the bathroom cabinet that looked illegal. The shower didn't function properly, the main room light flickered non-stop and their idea of central temperature control was a rickety old fan. Calling the number as advised by Booking.com was pointless as I never got a response from texts or calls. Obviously just some landlord trying to make a quick penny by overcharging their dilapidated flats. Do not recommend!

To describe it as an apartment is stretching it, it is one room with a kettle and microwave, no kitchen, I feel it is misdescribed

The accommodation was very clean and the lady who met us was lovely

It was unbearably hot in the room, while we appreciate it was an exceptionally hot evening, one fan was not enough. An offer of another fan would have made it more bearable.

Like the location near Canary Wharf. Lady who greeted us was helpful and friendly. Have stayed here before and will stay here again! Good value for money.

Don't book this accommodation if you are a large person, as the toilet could be too much of a squeeze! A very snug bathroom.

The owner/manager was nice, she found us after spending 20mins trying to locate this place.

I thought I had booked a Hotel Room so was shocked to realise it was a Air BnB. The room was very warm and had only a fan, no air conditioning. The room was very basic and in need of modernisation, especially the bed. I think the picture advertising this is deceptive so please do your research before you book here.

nothing went well this property was terrible noise all nights from kids upstairs having a party and doing balloons all night .This particular air bnb was false advertisement. i thought it was an apartment instead was a room with a kitchen and side shower . When i arrived i spoke to the host whom was not very helpfull . if it wasnt for the cleaner i would have cancelled on the spot . the cleaner was a lovely lady so kind and friendly she did everything to make me feel welcome . she arranged for parking and done my washing . she was literally on call 247 . God bless her what a beautiful person .

I did not like the room AT ALL !!!! for the money i spent it was not worth it at all also to top it off there wasn't any wi-fi

Could do with 2 pillows rather than just one each for better comfort.

The staff were excellent and extremely welcoming. The lady who assisted me during check-in was especially kind, helpful, and professional. The reason for my lower rating is the room itself. It was unbearably hot, and the single fan provided was not enough to cope with the extreme heat. In addition, the bed sheets were very warm, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep.

Convenient location 15 minutes away from Canary Wharf Station

It feels like a sauna, not a studio. The property is extremely poorly insulated and does not have AC. It is also on the ground floor, so the windows cannot be left open at night due to the noise from the road and because the unit becomes easily accessible from outside. Absolutely terrible experience — it was impossible to sleep in that heat.

The Turkish lady who is working there was super welcoming and nice, always asking if I need anything and ready to help. The room was clean and near Canary Wharf station.

No air condition, just a tiny fan, was impossible to sleep in these hot days, they need to install air con.

We were greeted by a lovely member of staff when we got there. She very easily moved our room to a more suible room due to disabilities. We loved that we had a garden and the kitchen facilities had everything we needed.

We dont have any really complaints. The sliding garden door was a bit tricky to lock.

Location was a bit put of the way I had to take taxis which were expensive. Not that near to the venue

Tatty, well used, minimal pillows, worn out, almighty party in next room despite contact with landlords and even personally attempting to get them to stop.

Very clean, very secure. Plenty of facilities. Comfortable bed. Apartment cleaned when we went out which I didn't expect

The only thing I would say is the telly, the remote didn't work properly. But most people that go away aren't bothered about a TV, and it was such a minor thing

The hotel is in a great location. The underground is nearby, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was very clean, with tea and coffee making facilities, an iron, and a small refrigerator. Everything a tourist needs. Special thanks to lovely lady who met us and explained everything. I definitely recommend the hotel. Thanks.

Location for our travel to the O2 and then to Heathrow via the Elizabeth line was great.

The bathroom sink tap and the shower heads need attention. (Loose)

Location was too bad

Window doesn't close. So slept freezing all night. Heating doesn't go on or work. Lamp doesn't work. Kept up all night and all morning from the couple upstairs having sex and their noise and I had a child staying with me so that wasn't pleasant at all !!! Also communication with the property wasn't the best. Messaged them a few times prior arrival and no response. Took the chance to head to property anyways and there was someone waiting 2 doors down.

The staff are lovely and very helpful. I love how secure it felt with a lock on the main door and a your own room. My room was very clean and well presented I will definitely be staying again!

It’s an ideal location for the 02 Arena if you get an uber (9-10 mins) Good price compared to others close by Would recommend and already booked again for another concert

It was lovely and clean the room was large it was excellent

We had a problem to access our room as we received the wrong accommodation number and then the wrong code to the room. Its very annoying when you are tired and having a heavy luggage. The customer service at first was very poor, then a bit better with the second host. The room was small and overpriced. The room was hot with a limited ventilation.

Housekeeper very lovely and polite. Helped us out with parking which was super helpful and saved a lot of stress.

Floors very unclean and unstable! Bed was super hard and uncomfortable, lots of hairs over it too. ( we slept on top of covers) Couldn’t lock the sliding door before bed no matter how hard we tried so felt a little unsafe during the night.

Everything was very clean and fully equipped, with a microwave, cutlery, glasses, and plates. Towels were also provided. The person I spoke with was very kind and attentive. In short, I will definitely return and highly recommend it.
