This Hyatt hotel exceeded all of our expectations with its exceptional service, outstanding location, and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful with our luggage and made us feel genuinely welcome. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. Its convenient location made it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions, making our family trip so much more enjoyable. The overall vibe of the hotel was warm, relaxing, and family-friendly, making our stay both comfortable and memorable.

This hotel is in a great location in the Ginza district of Tokyo, which is an exciting neighborhood that has provides easy access to Meguro, Shibuya, Toranomon Hills, Asakusa, and elsewhere.

Great location - steps from shopping area and restaurants. Interesting design of the rooms - quirky but very space efficient and unique. Everything in the room worked perfectly.

This is honestly the best hotel I stayed at in Japan and exceeded expectations. Rooms are very spacious, staff were amazing and very helpful, long are was a nice place to have unlimited snacks and drinks that were all very good., We stayed here when we first arrived and then booked it again on our last day since we visited multiple cities and couldn’t wait to get back. It’s in a perfect location, away from the chaos of the other very loud and busy areas of shibuya etc yet still close to everything. The train is up the street so easy to hop on it and explore other areas. Also, unexpectedly the onitsuka orange store was literally right behind the hotel which was very convenient since we planned to purchase a few and get them engraved.

Room size and location

Although booked 2 rooms for 5 people, the room set up was not ready to accommodate all of us and the staff could not not do anything about it.

The hotel is in a perfect location central to the heart of Ginza. I appreciated the customer service at this property. The employees on the first floor who helped with luggage and taxis were incredibly responsive and always helpful. The house keeping staff specifically Asago and Akiko have my gratitude. Their out of the box thinking helped make my stay extremely comfortable. They heard my problem and came up with a solid solution regarding an accommodation I needed. I am truly grateful for their help. I would most definitely stay at this convenient and clean property again. As an aside Lawsons is just a block away to grab snacks when needed.

Cheguei no hotel ás 21:30, cansada de uma longa viagem e com fome. O restaurante e o bar já fechando, não foi possível entrar. Então pedi serviço de quarto que também só funcionava até as 21 horas. Tive que sair para procurar um canto para jantar. Como é que um hotel de 5 estrelas, com uma tarifa cara, de uma cadeia de hotéis famosa, não oferece serviço de quarto após 9 da noite? Por um lapso meu, minha reserva não incluía café da manhã, então tive que pagar na hora. Fiquei espantada pelo alto preço!

Great location but quite a basic room. Not toddler friendly hotel as the room layout is not safe for toddlers. Our baby banged his head many times.

Lovely hotel with the best staff that we have ever encountered in a Hyatt - they should be the model for all staff around the world.

Some of the staff was not interested and kind of rude for a hospitality company. But some of them were good . The night staff when asked to give me access to the lift as my wife went up before me they don’t even look at me just pressed the button and got back chatting with other staff . And it is very expensive for the service and interiors .

Nicely located in heart of Ginza surrounded with luxury shoppes and restaurants. Easy access to local underground train system which you can use to goto other parts of Tokyo.

Great stay! Stayed 7 nights with my family and it was such an awesome experience throughout. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were relatively spacious and beds were comfortable. Location is great with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Most importantly Ginza Station was about 2 blocks away which is especially important after walking all day. Can't go wrong staying here

Hyatt Centric Ginza was perfect for our family vacation. It was perfectly situated in the city which made getting from activity to activity easy. All the shops were near by and that made shopping a breeze. We would definitely be back during future visits to Tokyo.

The hotel is right in the heart of Ginza—an unbeatable location. The lobby and rooms are new and stylish, with a clean, modern feel. The staff are young, eager to help, and communicate well in English. Breakfast is high quality, with a good variety of options. I would be very happy to return on my next visit to Tokyo.

Location was great, atmosphere/decor were inline with a luxury hotel. Rooms were very spacious, especially for Tokyo standard. Cost was a bit steep, but the service and hard products were very much worth it. During our stay, there was a minor plumbing/HVAC issues on our floor, and the agents were extremely responsive and accommodating on helping us change rooms to a different floor late night. Definitely takes accountability, and that little hiccup didn't affect us at all with our stay as they more than made up for it. I'm surprised it's only rated a 4-star hotel -- it definitely costs and feels like a 5-star one.

Excellent hotel in a great location! The hotel and its staff were outstanding and made my family's stay very pleasant! Staff helped my wife book a massage and were warm and very approachable!

We had an overall excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms are state of the art, comfortable, and we'll maintained. Checkin was great and the staff is great. My only complaint is that the lobby feels like a kids camp. For some reason there are loud video games, play/craft areas, and a piano setup to encourage kids to play in the main lobby area. Needless to say, there are many young kids running around and the noise from the games and piano area are not what I expect from a hotel this caliber. The hotel needs to find an out of the way location for these kids amenities so that all the other guests are not impacted.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in 35 years of travel. Excellent location, outstanding service, very clean rooms, and a quiet environment for great rest. Even with construction in front, there was little to no inconvenience. Special thanks to Yeohoon for the exceptional and thoughtful service. Highly appreciate all the staff—from reception to the breakfast team. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Tokyo.

Best location in Ginza, surrounded by all the shops and restaurants. It's a bit pricy but I can understand as the location is in a very central area of Ginza. The room is neat and tidy, moderate size and super quiet inside the room. I'll def stay in this hotel next time when I come to Tokyo. 100/100 :)

Wonderful centrally located hotel easily accessible to public transportation, food, sights and shopping just a few minutes away. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Complimentary snacks a drinks available 24/7 in the hotel lobby. This was my second stay at this hotel and planning to return later this year.

We chose this Hyatt due to its location and room space in Ginza. Our stay was fantastic overall! All hotel staff that we encountered were very friendly, welcoming, and proficient in English. There were less amenities readily provided when compared to other Japanese hotels (e.g. no toothbrush + toothpaste set, cotton pads, etc.) but we were prepared anyway. The filtered water cooler available on each floor + 2 reusable water bottles were nifty.

Great hotel with minimalistic style room with envirormentally conscious approach. Best location if you want to stay in Ginza and right in the middle of shopping and restaurants. Superb hotel customer service. Highly recommend it!!

The location is great, the room was very comfortable and has a modern design with a great taste. They put the tumbler gor us to keep hydrated without using the disposable bottle it helps us do better things for the nature, a good work I think! Love the design of the room, the facilities, breakfast and of course the location!

Centrally located in shopping & walking distance from several subway & JR stations. The room is spacious relative to Tokyo standards. The breakfast was ok, fortunately we only had breakfast there for one day. The lobby was really nice and there are complimentary refreshments and snacks. There is a water station on each floor so no need to buy extra water. There was some construction noise during the day but we were located in a higher floor so it wasn't too bad. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxed and chilled vibe, which was unexpected in centre of Tokyo. Fantastic rooms with large comfortable beds and spacious bathroom, which was all good size compared to other Tokyo accomodation.

We only stayed for one night, but the room was kept clean and we were quite central in Ginza 10 mins away from the station. The shower room itself felt like a little onsen which was nice. Water bottles with water dispensers on each floor was handy and the breakfast was delicious!

Our room was facing another building so we didn't have much of a view to look at.

We recently stayed at Hyatt Centric Ginza and had a generally pleasant experience, with a few areas that could be improved. Cons: - no porter, as we had to bring our luggage - Staff was quite rigid in terms of upgrade and not like the usual Hyatt brands. - No swimming pool or much facilities Pros: -Location was great! Right at the smack of Ginza. - Booked a suite, space was very great with extra powder room - Gym was small but equipped with basic weights and equipments - Like the free snacks and drinks at the reception area which was pretty cool Overall, Hyatt Centric Ginza is a decent option for travelers who prioritize location and room size. However, considering the high price point, we would likely explore other comparable hotels in the Ginza area that offer better value and a more complete experience.

Hytatt Centric Ginza is very well located and well managed. The food and service are both excellent. Looking forward to go back to this hotel.

Not impressed. We moved to Bvlgari Tokyo after checking out and realized what Japanese hospitality should be like. Everything was 10x better than Hyatt Centric Ginza.

This hotel is in a promenade location in the heart of Ginza nestled among luxury stores. The hotel itself has a beautiful bar and breakfast area and otherwise funky/cool vibe. This was also reflected in the staff as well which was younger, friendly and helpful. Kids can feel free to take the Japanese treats as well during their stay. The room itself is a good size, especially for Tokyo and nicely laid out. Breakfast was a great variety of Japanese and Western favorites with interesting options like a DIY croffle station. I liked the small touches like the Japanese seasonings for rice and varieties of dairy products. Unfortunately the coffee and tea tasted very much like they came from a cheap machine mixture. Otherwise I'd stay again for the location and staff.

I love the location and the vibe of the hotel and staffs.
