Great, clean hotel! No complaints at all!

The beach view was amazing. The rooms were very disappointing especially for the rates we paid. After we checked out there were additional fees of $200 on top of the almost 900 for 2 days we stayed. We had to ask to change our booked room to 3 rooms with no discounts and even tipped the lady at the desk because we just wanted a room that didnt smell of mold. We did get a nice room eventually but still no room adjustments from the so called suites we downgraded from. The pools and hot tub were great.

Hotel is beautiful and very clean and up to date . Unfortunately, when we went to our room one bed was not made and we had to change rooms. The next room was ocean view but smaller and no extra seating. No extra accommodation given or discount for inconveniences.

Hard rock is awesome! The live music on the weekends and the pool were top tier!

Hotel was nice. Loved the themed memorabilia. Lots of great common areas to lounge in, inside and out. View of the ocean from balcony room was great. Enjoyed borrowing guitar and amp sent up to our home room. No charge. Fun vibe listening to live music at the sessions restaurant on site. Nice pool area and beach access. Front desk staff and restaurant staff that we encountered were all very friendly. Stayed on a quiet rainy couple of days so didn’t get to take in any outdoor entertainment. But really enjoyed our stay anyway.

The staff ate the most helpful and nicest around. We love this hotel..

Amazing views! Wow pictures dont donit justice. The pool is right in front of the beach so you enjoy both.

Didn’t make it there due to Covid unable to accommodate illnesses

The hotel was amazing only thing they need to do is update their tv’s to smart tv’s

Hotel rooms are tired and could do with improvement. The bed was too hard. The bathroom could be cleaner. The guy at check in wasn’t great. Could be a better experience. However, the lady at the bar was lovely. Parking very easy across the street. Overall it was OK.

Welcome given was fantastic from valet parking,reception and restaurant was perfect The place was spotless and the memorabilia on display was outstanding The facitiles was impressive and so was the views Thank you so much

Beautiful view beautiful beach. The fitness center is pretty good, but it could be better Love that they had a electric charger for the car.

Hiden cost at check out. The room wasnt cool and the fridge didn't get cold enough to cool drinks. The staff was great and room was very clean. $25 a day to park also.

They charge to much for the parking

The resort is a little dated near the pool area but overall well maintained and clean. The streets and area near the resort could use a little love. Staff were friendly and so helpful.

Stayed at the Hard Rock in Daytona Beach. Bed bugs found in the room. Even had a photo to show management. Disposed of suitcases and clothing. Was promised a refund and a report from the exterminator, both of which never happened. Broken promises and bed bugs. You have a choice and this should not be one of them.

Dining on patio overlooking pristine beach views, Sessions was excellent, chef’s salmon over Caesar salad was a hit with me, a plus eggs Benedict for breakfast. Hard Rock is my go to place to stay, especially when my family and friends visit me in Daytona Beach Shores. Oh the beds are comfy.

Requested top floor ocean view then I got 5th floor side view

It was a beautiful place. I would stay again for sure. The only thing I didn’t like was the plugs by the bed do not work. There was no free breakfast everything had to be bought at a concession stand. Also everyday was charges parking.

The food was not the greatest. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable too. The beach access was perfect too!

We do a girl's trip every August to HRD and it never fails to disappoint. From the time we pull up to check in, until the time we leave, it's a great time. Great service, clean room and comfortable beds. The pool server this year was exceptional - I wish I remembered her name (she was Hungarian). Always an exceptional experience!

wifi is not working! And even our data was not working properly we need to stay outside to have connection. we can't make a call or email when your inside the room.

This was our 2nd visit and we always enjoy staying. The staff is always very friendly & helpful in anyway.

Great room with beach view. Lots of amenities. Great food in the restaurant in lobby area. Pools, beach access. Joes crab shack on the Pier about 10 minute walk down the beach. No on site laundry, no microwave in unit, but otherwise great room. Parking charge and other resort charges but expected on vacation. Friendly, helpful staff. Great trip with my son.

We checked in at The Hard Rock last minute after having a bad experience at another hotel and The Hard Rock accommodated us right away, the staff was friendly, and the hotel itself was clean and lovely. I enjoyed my stay with them very much.

We spent weekend we used valet parking it was great they got our car really fast upon departure check-in was great the gentleman was great the room was clean really nice my only complaint tv is off to the corner really hard to watch i know i might be weird but on a trip we like to relax and watch tv in bed after a day out and it was not enjoyable off to the corner we ate at sessions restaurant 3 times the firt time apon arrival the waitress started great but after we got food never came back we waited 30 then asked the bartender if he could get our check she had big table and totally forgot about us her loss the other 2 times were fine we went for breakfast and the kind waitress brought my wife a cheesecake for her birthday which meant alot the pool was great they were very attentive if we needed anything but overall great trip besides the waitress that forgot about us staff was amazing

Added bonus: We booked room on third floor, bands play from 6-11 P.M. made for easy viewing & listing..

Everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. Just be aware that there is a 38 dollar per night resort fee, a 75 dollar per night incident fee and a 25 or 40 dollar per night parking fee. Sessions restaurant is a must. The food is spectacular.

It would be great to have curtesy lounge chairs and an umbrella from the hotel. Most hotels and resorts have this outdoor amenities. We had to spend extra $60 dollars for a pair of beach chairs and an umbrella per day.

Fabulous pool area and the weekend brunch is superb! Be aware of extras such as resort fees and parking per night.

My husband had a wonderful stay to relax. I wish there were more umbrellas for shade outdoors and a better set up when live music is performing. We felt that in order to listen to the music at sessions we had to eat there.

The stay was wonderful. The staff were great. I most definitely would stay here again.

1. Not many food options. 2. Grilled food in the pool area or pizza inside the hotel. 3. Room AC should be cooler, specially at night, I had to call three time one night to ask them to lower my ac temperature. Not a good experience.

They didn’t upgrade my room for free

The property is in need of updates. The wrist bands given at check in were stretched, worn out and obviously previously used. The parking lot was overcrowded. On our second day when we returned there was no empty spaces so we had to leave and go elsewhere for a while hoping another car would leave. Our Saturday beach plans were soured due to the jr lifeguards competition. The activity they had took over the whole back of the hotel . We had to walk a very long distance to find a less crowded space. There were many people that were not guests accessing the hotel pool and making the pool area crowded as well. Had we known of this competition we would not have booked here , or maybe for another weekend.

It’s now our favorite vacation spot, right on the beach. Services was great food prices were affordable. Great bands on location

Too many fees and money holds

Friendly staff with good service but some loud customers although not the fault of the property. I do wonder if the day passes offered attract a louder more obnoxious crowd unfortunately and what we experienced at the pool that influenced my rating.

The Hardrock was amazing. I loved the fact that they were very welcoming and helpful. The view was beautiful. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the rooms are alot bigger on this floor. The rooms were cleaned everyday and they made sure they stayed on top of cleanliness. The only downside is parking. believe for the price you pay in resort fees and room cost overall parking should be free or at a more reasonable price like maybe $10 a day. Valet parking should remain the same because its a luxury

Pros: The hotel is decorated like its name, Hard Rock Hotel. The lobby is impressive. The bellboy service is a nice upgrade from the typical hotel in Daytona. The rooms are nice with upgraded bathrooms. It’s right on the beach. It’s great to have a coffee bar and a restaurant right there. The staff, for the most part, is friendly. It has a nice pool with bar service, another plus (even though the bar girl asks every time she passes if you want something!). There are two hot tubs. Towels are provided at no charge. And instead of a room key, we were given a comfortable wristband, which made it so easy to unlock doors. They have a spa, which we almost used for massages, but decided not to. The staff at the restaurant and spa were friendly. Cons: Expensive stay. There is a $25 charge per day just to park your car across the street in an unprotected lot. The other alternative is $40 per day valet service (plus tip each time you get your car). The water pressure is nonexistent in the bathroom sink. They are aware of it, but no fix. The second morning we were there, the silent fire alarm went off as a test, waking us up to a blinding flashing light (and I mean blinding). It went off for an hour. I had to leave the room because flashing lights can give me migraines. The girl (Ely) at the front desk was apologetic when I went down to ask how long it would last…but was not friendly at checkout (she remembered I had complained). Kind of left a bad vibe on leaving.

I totally enjoyed my stay. Beautiful facility. Access to ocean shopping and food. One concern that I have is the carpet in my room was damp!!!! The bed was comfortable. The view was great.

All the servers at the restaurant and the pool side girls were amazing and so friendly !!! Valet is expensive but the guys out there were awesome and friendly . Definitely hustled even out there in the heat and rain days

Hard Rock has a charge for EVERY thing and on top of the charge you will have an 18% tip! It’s absolutely ridiculous and I was hit with a 179 resort fee PLUS, a 25 dollar per day for parking and a 300 deposit that is still a “hold” on my account and we left yesterday morning!!!! Parking was awful, never spaces and the system you have to use NEVER works. I was almost hit trying to turn in because of the line of cars that were unable to use the parking readers during a hard rain. I am def not happy with the “hidden fees” with this resort.. The pool was dirty with sand and NO live entertainment on the outdoor stage as advertised.. I only seen one band the entire time we were there and it was at the restaurant, we left a day early! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, Sorry. It ruined our annual family vacay ☹️

Self-parking was a pain since it's across the street and the room key didn't work to open it so had to wait for someone to open and then when we got into the room, the sofa smelled of pee so that was avoided and then when we left the next day and turned the room keys in, we didn't realize that was needed to open the gate to get out of the parking lot.

Bed was not comfortable but the room was very nice and clean. Awesome view and staff.

Hotel and staff was nice but a lot of hidden fees that Expedia and the hotel doesn’t tell you about. Parking is 25 bucks a night as an example. It’s just alittle shady how they do it too. They hold a couple hundred bucks from your account when you get there but then also take out the fees, parking , taxes directly out of your account. And this is after the rooms are paid for. If you go just make sure you have an extra 500 bucks in your account between holds and what they direct charge you. Just wasn’t aware of everything they take out of your account AFTER the rooms are paid for.

All the hotel workers was really nice. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be going back.

Only stayed for one night. But loved the welcome and the music. Loved the view of the city. Great beach access and just convenient to everything.

They were ready for the 4th!!! They had beach balls, beach stars, pool noodles, and an Awesome DJ!!! The service was amazing! Kids had a ball! Great Holiday Getaway!

The people on the property were great and really made us feel at home!
