Via Veneto Luxury Suites

The ambience of the suites is certainly special, primarily driven by the remarkably welcoming and professional host and the unique design of the suites. Giorgio's lovely manner and remarkable knowledge of Rome makes you feel welcome and settled immediately. The suite is meticulously clean and well-designed, the aircon and insulated windows secure your rest. Breakfast includes a selection of delicious baked and dairy products, heartwarming coffee, fruits, juice, yoghurt, cereals, jam, honey, and scrumbled, boiled or sunny-side-up eggs at your choice. We stayed with our 6-year old daughter and loved the stunning modern design of the suites and its location in the less frequented part of the city. Villa Borghese in walking distance offered good walks, and we chose to use buses to visit the top sights - the schedule is unreliable but you see much more of the city than by metro. Easy to pay the fare by credit card, free for kids under 10.

What we didn't like? Leaving. :-) We loved staying there.

Georgio was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was large and cool. Breakfast was simple but fresh with a choice of eggs. Lovely coffee and pastries

Air conditioning lights were quite bright and it was a bit noisy - but we use ear plugs and eye masks so ok.

The host was wonderful. Very welcoming and personable. Accommodations were perfect. A wonderful retreat.

La habitación era muy cómoda y espaciosa , bonita decoración , estaba cerca de la parada del metro de spagna Estaba rodeado de múltiples establecimientos y muy cerca del parque borghese , el chico de la recepción era muy muy amable y educado y nos pusieron muchas facilidades tanto para la llegada como si queriamos dejar las maletas

The room is exactly as it appears in booking, very clean and closer to major attractions in rome by foot or even public transport. The ambience is very quiet despite the location.Ooh, Nice,chic balcony.

Camere ampie, pulite e ben arredate e fornite. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile e ottima colazione: cornetti di ottima qualità e uova fatte al momento davvero deliziose. Posizione perfetta a due passi da Villa Borghese. Davvero una splendida esperienza!

Stayed there 7 days, sheets and towels were changed on day 4 until we questioned the front desk, mold were all inside the shower, got it cleaned until we told the front desk. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly willing to help. Breakfast was ehhh, eggs, pastries, yogurts, cereals, coffee no meats… shops, subway and transportations were near by. Very quiet and secure area. The property is like an Airbnb…. Remember that

We only stayed one night but the service was great and the room was nice, spacious and clean. A lot of places including the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps were walkable which was convenient. The included breakfast was delicious too. We will definitely book again when we come back to Rome 😊

Staff was exceptionally helpful. Both Giorgio and Anastasia answered all our emails prior to Travel very properly in courteously. Location nearby Borghese Gardens is superb.

This property was amazing!! Beautiful vintage building with lots of character, the rooms were contemporary and modern, which we loved. Giorgio and Anastasia made us feel like family!! So helpful and thoughtful, they made our stay so welcoming and wonderful! Great location, near restaurants and they also provide a tasty daily breakfast as well! Even had a neighborhood grocery store across the street, which was so convenient. Next time we visit Rome we will definitely stay here! Highly recommend this property!!

This family owned bed & breakfast supercedes the 5 stars. My husband and I absolutely loved this place.

Beautiful, clean rooms & lovely breakfast

Hidden gem located just outside the city walls. Most attractions within walking distance. Our host was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't realise breakfast was included so that was a bonus. We had a cold buffet assortment plus hot drinks, toast and scrambled eggs. The room was immaculate and very contemporary. The staircase and lift to the apartments was like something out of Talented Mr Ripley. Just loved it. Would stay again😁

Lovely room with big bathroom and rainfall shower. Amazing breakfast, the croissants are excellent & the host will make scrambled eggs if you want them. Metro stop is only a 15 minute stroll away, with a supermarket next door and restaurants only a 5 minute stroll away. All round great place to stay & Giorgio is so helpful and friendly & has some great advice on places to visit. Highly recommend a stay here.

This is a B&B style hotel. Anastasia was very helpful when we checked in providing a map and detailed transportation options. The room was a nice size and clean. This boutique hotel is located within a walkable distance to the Trevi Fountain.

The staff were friendly and made themselves easily available to answer all enquiries.They were knowledgeable about all the area had to offer as tourists.

We had the most wonderful experience at Via Veneto luxury Suites- Giorgio gave us lots of info & recommendations on local restaurants and the best Gelato place! The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, the bed extremely comfy- the breakfast delicious- we had fresh scrambled eggs, freshly squeezed juice, coffee made to order 👌✨ he helped us devise a walking route to make the most of our only full day in Rome- could not recommend enough- would absolutely stay again and recommend to any family and friends 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property in general is beautiful, clean and very quiet. The staff is amazing. Anastasia and Georgio were so humble and kind. Theybalways went above and beyond with their service from providing suggestions to preparing breakfast. I would 100 percent recommend this property to stay not only because of the cleanliness but because of the staff. You will not regret it. The location is within walking distance of many good restaurants and shopping districts as well as many sites seeing locations. My only suggestion; which is minor, would be for the rooms to have an iron to utilize. Nothing major.

If you are looking for a small B&B type hotel with very attentive amazing staff this is it. Walking to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps were easy, anything more we used transportation. Really nice breakfast served each morning but again its the people that make this one. Thanks again for the wine and all the great trip advise!

Lovely room with spacious bathroom and great shower. Air con excellent and everything spotlessly clean. Walkable to most places or only 20 min walk to Termini. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good. Quiet and had a good nights sleep. Hair dryer and tea and coffee facilites and safe in room.. Felt very safe staying here. Check in details were sent in advance as we arrived late in evening. Quirky and good value for money. Highly recommend and if we return to Rome would stay at the Via Veneto.Suites.

From before our arrival, Anastasia was extremely welcoming and communicative to ensure a smooth experience. The daily breakfast was a nice surprise. She made us freshly grinded coffees, cooked eggs, and provided wonderful selection of croissants from local bakeries. A couple of morning she even purchased and brough the pastries much earlier than normal because she knew we needed to head out very early. The suite itself was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and functionality. I especially appreciated the luxurious bedding, ample natural light, and quiet atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The amenities were top-notch, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a generously sized bathroom. The location of the suites is in a good part of town but perhaps the best thing about it for us, is still the people running it.

Place is amazing and Giorgio is the absolute best! Treated us like family and my 3 year old like it was his nephew!

We stayed in two different times during a short week in Rome and always loved it. Giorgio felt like your Italian cousin who is there for you to greet and show the hidden gems of Rome! We had great time.

OH MY GOSH! We loved this place! Our host and owner was a wealth of information and extremely hospitable. After traveling for three weeks we were pretty worn out and in need of some comfort we had been missing. This was the place. The room was huge, big enough for three people. The shower and bathroom were huge. The AC worked great. Everything was just perfect and clean. We will definitely be back. Perfect location!

Loved this hotel! The room was nice with stylish decor. AC worked perfectly which was essential for Rome in July. The location is good, a short walk from Villa Borghese. The breakfast was delicious and cappuccino or espresso was provided. Accessing the hotel required an old elevator with max capacity of 3. This worked perfectly every time and didn’t cause any problems or inconvenience. Giorgio went above and beyond to help when we had airline baggage problems. Overall wonderful. Recommended!

Huge thanks to the amazing owner and host, Giorgio Camponeschi, and his wonderful colleague Anastasia, for taking such great care of us throughout our 5-night stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were staying in the home of a close friend or family member. The comfort, safety, and top-tier amenities made it such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Giorgio is like a brother — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. On day one, he gave us all the insider tips: where to go, what to avoid, the best places to eat and shop — truly invaluable advice that made our trip even better. The location is fantastic, in a friendly neighborhood with easy access to everything. Even the nearby supermarket staff helped us out by calling a taxi during one of our day trips — a perfect example of the welcoming vibe all around. The rooms/suites are large, clean, and super comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and big smart TVs. Coming back in the evening felt like coming home. Breakfast was also a treat each morning! Yes, the elevator is vintage — older than we are — but riding it felt like a fun little adventure every time. Giorgio also arranged our airport transfer, which made everything even smoother. Honestly, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we return to Rome — Via Veneto Luxury Suites will always be our home in the Eternal City. Grazie!!!

We spent one day at the property, which is located on the 5th floor of a residential building (a small elevator is available). The staff was very welcoming, and the property is in immaculate condition. The property is about 20 minutes walking distance from the Trevi fountain, and about 30 minutes from the Pantheon. There are a few restaurants, cafes, and gelato places within 10 minutes' walking distance. Public transportation is also near by.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We felt safe and comfortable. Thank you for everything!

Pensate che avevamo il treno per tornare a casa alle 8:05 del mattino a roma termini, e la colazione inclusa (buonissima) inizia alle 8:00. La sera prima abbiamo segnalato il problema e al nostro ritorno in stanza c’era stata servita la colazione in camera…

Giorgio was so nice. He met us and had our room ready as soon as possible. He gave us lots of recommendations for places to try. The room was very comfortable Also, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the cappuccino and pastries.

Perfect location 20 min walk from Termini Station and main attractions. Spacious, modern, very clean suite with queen bed and two singles - ideal for our family of four. The rooms truly lived up to the “luxury” description with excellent furnishings. Outstanding continental breakfast with fresh pastries, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and eggs available on request. Giorgio and Anastasia were exceptional hosts - very attentive and helpful throughout our 3-night stay. Don’t miss asking Giorgio to show you the fascinating historical photos of how the apartments looked 100 years ago! Great service: provided detailed Rome map with major sights marked and invaluable restaurant recommendations for authentic Italian/Roman cuisine that aren’t tourist traps - this saved us money and led to amazing meals! Free bag storage until 6pm after checkout was very convenient. Note: 5th floor location with charming but small traditional lift (3 people max) or marble stairs - quite a workout with luggage! Entrance can be tricky to find initially, but Giorgio met us at the lift to welcome us. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for families visiting Rome!

Great hotel, actually there are 7 very nice and comfortable rooms on the 5th floor of the building close to Villa Borghesse park. Our host, Giorgio, made our stay even better by preparing eggs and cappuccinos for breakfast, had a great selection of pastries, and more. He also took the time to recommend sites to visit and restaurants to try. Highly recommend.

The best experience I had while visiting Italy. The staff was super super super nice. So close from Roma Terminal. Walking distance to Spanish steps and Trivi. The room was so fancy and nicely upgraded. Will never forget the taste of the morning croissants filled with pistachio cream! Thank you to Anastasia who genuinely cared about my trip and places I wanted to go. Helped with map and great suggestions. Booked us a taxi to airport for 4 am and checked with me to make sure me and my sister made it on time! Highly recommend!!

Giorgio was amazing! He was an excellent host. Room was so clean! Lovely breakfast and he made us eggs to order. He has a QR code that shows all his favorite local fare. Great recommendations. He even offered to make reservations for dinner for us. If you inquire in advance he can make reservations for you to his family’s local restaurant. We will definitely be rebooking next time we are in Rome.

Customer service was exceptional! There was always someone around to help us out. First time to Europe and was really nervous on how to get around and where to eat. They helped us out.

This was truly a wonderful stay . The rooms were spotlessly clean & comfortable. There was breakfast included which was lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly. Keep in mind this space is in a mixed use building so the outside does not scream “hotel”.

Anastatia is a very knowledgeable and attentive hostess. However, each room has an individual air conditioning system and we were in the Vittorio De Sica room and the system in our room did not produce an adequate amount of cool air for a very large room. Very uncomfortable considering how hot it was outside. Also - no air conditioning in the restroom.
