Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu

I would like to say a lot of thanks to the Hotel staff for the great hospitality and making our staying in Tokyo more comfortable but very special thanks and very special words I would like to forward to chief supervisor of the Hotel NOZOMU TOKOYODA SAN . I met big problems with a delivery of my luggage to another hotel until I will travel to Kyoto for a few days and the kindness and support to me impressed me so much so I want to mention snd indicate this in my thanks to Hotel and it’s staff. I highly appreciate this feature of personality which makes me feel much better.. lots of thanks. Such kind of attitude deserves a lot in our life. Thanks .

This property was conveniently located near many eateries and convenience stores. The room was a good size for the area, with all the facilities you needed. There are two washing machines were the availability is seen on your tv screen, so it saves you loitering around waiting for them to finish. The 24 hour front desk is very helpful. They helped me organise luggage transfer, taxi as well as answered questions about the local neighbourhood.

Location is quite good. Room and bed is comfortable.

The lighting is not really friendly for make-up.

Super convenient location to the train stations and access to different lines. Lots of really nice restaurants around the area of decent price range, considering it's ginza. Breakfast has a wide selection with both Japanese and Western choices

The beds were on the harder side, andthe pillows were on the weaker support side, but that's also more about personal choices

A lovely view and great location for shopping and restaurants in the heart of Ginza. The convenience store is attached to the hotel.

It a bit of a distance from the closest station. We did encounter some phishing attempts on the booking.com booking so please be careful.

La sensación en las zonas comunes del hotel es buena. Es un hotel pequeño y está cuidado. El desayuno estilo japonés me encantó. Variado, rico, divertido y sano. ¡Y local! La amabilidad del personal del desayuno.o Qué bueno el shabu-shabu. La zona está genial, muy estilosa, limpia y bonita. La comodidad de tener un 7eleven abajo y dos estaciones de metro cercanas.

El tamaño de la habitación. Aunque estaba avisada de que a veces las habitaciones de los hoteles en Japón son pequeñas comparadas con las de los hoteles de Europa, esta era realmente diminuta. Nos alojábamos dos personas con una maleta de un tamaño normal cada uno y la mía la teníamos que guardar en el baño, porque en la zona de la cama no cabía. En general, no cabíamos. Además, como no había hueco para almacenar debajo de la cama, ni siquiera teníamos la opción de guardar nuestras maletas ahí para ganar espacio. No es un espacio en el que dos personas puedan estar mínimamente cómodas. Si vienes con la idea de las duchas en Europa y buscas una ducha cómoda, este no es tu sitio.

Facilities are all complete. Toilets are all clean and spacious. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Laundry service is a great bonus, and breakfast was very enjoyable.

A localização é excelente e o café da manhã japonês também é muito bom. Mesmo com o paladar ocidental, não senti dificuldades com o café. O atendimento é muito bom também.

Os quartos são pequenos, tudo se encaixa perfeitamente, mas ainda assim não é muito fácil para duas pessoas com duas malas grandes por exemplo. Ainda assim, ficaria novamente no hotel, pela localização, limpeza, atendimento e custo benefício.

Bathrooms were separate from the shower. Everything you would need from lotion, hair ties to toothbrush are free. The staff were nice and the place was clean. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to shop around after dinner

I wish the hairdryer was newer. It looked and felt old

We've stayed at this hotel last 2 years we've been on holiday to Tokyo and we loved it so much that we came back again! This time, hotel management upgraded our double room so thank you very much! The bed was comfortable and bathroom is clean. I liked that amenities were not supplied in the room but you could collect them at the reception. Location is incredible - 6-7 min walk from subway lines and the area is quiet and feels safe. The hotel staff were incredible helpful with any enquiries (e.g. we needed extra days so they were able to book us in)!

they charged me 25000 yen for early check-in and the man who did that did that with a smile. While we stayed almost a week they could have been more accommodating. I later paid for a room upgrade and it was MUCH less.

ロケーション、施設、レストランと良かったです。

部屋のカウンターに洗面台が併設されていたのは驚きでした。 1人利用でしたらいいかも知れませんが、複数人の場合は、不便かと思います。空間有効利用は理解しますが、もっと工夫が必要かと思いました。

Location is excellent. Access to 7/11 and nearby family mart is ideal. Our room was perfect for a two person stay, with a tv we could cast our phones onto and a Japanese toilet. Overall great !

There are no real amenities or activities in the hotel, but you don’t travel to just stay in the hotel all day !

Location is good for getting around Ginza area. The subway/train is within 10 minute walk, suitable for luggage on wheels. The room is small, but everything is convenient to use. The 'hot tub' is a bathtub, no jets, but mimics the onsens well.

Bon emplacement proche de plusieurs stations de métro/trains. La chambre en général, le lit, les toilettes et la salle d'eau sont super appréciable. Deux petites bouteilles d'eau étaient données après le passage du personnel d'étage. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon.

Il était récurrent de devoir attendre plusieurs minutes pour avoir un ascenseur. Il n'y en a que 2, qui s'arrêtent obligatoirement à la réception (2ème étage), tout sachant que l'hôtel a 13 étages... ^^'

朝2番目に食事会場に行き、入口に近い席に案内された。後から来た大きなベビーカーが通れず、店員からイスを引いてほしいと言われ、イスをひいたが、それでも通れなかった。結局、食事中に立ち上がって大きなベビーカーを通さざるをえなかった。もともと店内は広くないのだから、入口に近い席は最後に案内するか、大きなベビーカーや車イスが入れるスペースを設けるなど工夫したほうがいいと思った。食事中に立たされたのは初めてだったので、楽しみにしていた朝食だったのに、残念だった。
