Отличное расположение, в пешей доступности о рынка Бен Тань и других достопримечательностей города. Большой просторный номер, удобные кровати.

Сантехника в ванной требует ремонта, т.к. все течет, пользоваться душем очень неудобно из-за странной конструкции. Нужно полотенце для кухни. На кухне бегают муравьи, так что продукты оставлять нельзя. Нужно больше посуды - тарелки, стаканы, столовые приборы не для одного человека.

Bathroom was outdated, toilet was broken, shower sprayed water everywhere. Taps were broken, no toilet paper, no hot water for first night.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande taille de la chambre, le confort du grand lit et la climatisation, qui fonctionnait parfaitement. La décoration est également agréable. La présence d’un ascenseur est pratique, et le personnel s’est montré très serviable et disponible tout au long de notre séjour.

Seul petit bémol : il faut traverser la rue pour accéder au petit déjeuner et à la piscine, qui se trouvent dans l’hôtel voisin. Ce n’est pas vraiment gênant, mais ce serait plus pratique si ces services étaient directement accessibles dans l’hôtel.

Some places in the room were dusty, the walls have not been washed in a while. There's mold in the bathroom, including in the shower head.

Hôtel parfaitement situé, proche de tous les centres d’intérêt. Grande chambre pour quatre avec beaucoup de rangements. Un très grand lit double. Logement propre. Très bon petit déjeuner, buffet varié, omelettes œufs au choix.

Matelas plutôt durs. Second lit double assez petit sans lampe de chevet. Thé et café tièdes au petit déjeuner.

Spacious and clean 2 bedroom for a good price with free breakfast and rooftop pool across the street. Enough beds for my family of 5. Great location too. Close to Ben Thanh market and war remnants museum.

Nội thất có vẻ hơi cũ nhg vẫn rất sạch đẹp, mình có note căn muốn ở và được nhân viên sắp xếp đúng như ý, căn hộ đầy đủ tiện nghi, siêu rộng, điều hoà mát lịm, vị trí quá trung tâm rồi nếu có dịp nhất định sẽ ở lại đây.

Điểm trừ là wifi chập chờn mình chủ yếu phải dùng 5g, wifi yếu nên xem TV cũng bị hạn chế, cần khắc phục wifi

Man at reception was really nice. The room was amazing and great value. Ideally located in District 1 but wasn't noisy at all. A couple of chairs on the balcony would have been nice but wasn't an issue. The pool and restaurant are located at the hotel directly across the street but it's a quiet street, so you're not navigating Vietnamese traffic while you wander across.

シャワーカーテンがなく、トイレまでびしょびしょになりました。3日目にカーテンが取り付けられており、初めから聞いてみたら良かったと思いました。 4人での宿泊なのに３セットしかアメニティやタオルがなく、フロントに聞いたらすぐに１セット追加でもらえました。 ２日目からはきちんと４セット用意されていました。 初日に棚の中に前の人が置いていったものなのか空のペットボトルが数本あり、嫌でした。 シャンプーとボディーソープしか無いので、女性はコンディショナーの持参をオススメします。

Absolutely filthy. We walked in and walked out. Luckily we got our money back! Black mould growing in the kitchen and bed bugs crawling over linen!

The location is great and everything is a close walk away. The apartment was very big and clean. I'm a light sleeper and could sleep here no problem. The staff also went out of their way to help me with a problem with my visa.

The hotel is quite outdated with very basic amenities.

We arrived very early in the morning. The room obviously was not ready but the staff made us feel very comfortable until it was ready!

The only MAJOR is was the smell that hit Yu as soon as you walked in Pungent, bordering on acidic. Mold!?? The room and kitchen was lovely but the smell was definitely a problem

A great size room with kitchenette area and spacious seating area. We were able to leave our bags at reception due to an early arrival with no issues. The room was decent and cleaned daily. Daily breakfast and roof top pool, bar and sun-bathing area was located in the California Hotel opposite. Overall a decent stay in a great location near to the main Night Market area.

Had a comfortable hassle free stay with family. Location, comfort, breakfast, staff and value for money was all there.

Het ontbijt werd uitbesteden aan California hotel van overkant van de straat, ik geloof dat hotel en Sam Royal appartement worden beheren door een bedrijf, het ontbijt is vrij beperkt qua keuze, kwaliteit is matig. De appartement is groot, vrij eenvoudig ingericht, de bekleding van bankstel is gewoon smerig, veel vuilse vlekken die niet meer weg gaat door gewoon poetsen. De appartement is erg gehorig voordat ik vergeten ben de wifi-netwerk is gewoon slecht.

The Sam Royal Apartments was a great home base to explore HCMC, very central location that made walking the area easy. Room was large, clean and comfy. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Unexpected bonus of access to the roof top bar & pool in the sister hotel across the road. Breakfast was also in hotel across road, and was fantastic. Lots of options that varied each day. Highly recommend this hotel, great value for money.
