Angkor Aurora

Nice big rooms with big bathroom with bath and shower. Balcony is nice too. Staff very friendly and eager to please. Breakfast was nice too.

Das freundliche Verhalten aller Angestellten, zuvorkommend, zuverlässig, hilfsbereit

This charming little hotel is nestled right in the heart of old town. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, ready to guide you through the best sights during your visit. Plus, you get to enjoy a delicious breakfast at your table, with a variety of options to choose from.

Położenie, basen, otoczenie, pracownicy, śniadania to było super, a nawet lepiej niż super!

Lovely outside area & pool. Good location

It's an excellent hotel in a fantastic location. I've stayed here before and will stay again.

Everything was excellent.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! 😃 The facilities were fantastic—a comfy bed and a great location. I’d definitely want to stay here again.

the toiletries were present and so were clean towels and hot water.

Nothing really was good and as per my expectations given that the place was termed as 5 star there was nothing 5 star about it. Breakfast was Ala carte and ordinary. The location was a good 10-15 minute walk to pub Street old market and riverside ... the toiletries were present and so were clean towels and hot water. Ac and fridge took forever to come to working terms and it was hot even at the reception they wouldn't turn the fan on. It was burning hot.

The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The facilities were excellent. The staff were so lovely, polite, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay here.

The location was fab & staff very friendly

Rooms a little dated & breakfast poor

Very nice rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location to visit the markets and sights.

I feel that it was a little bit overpriced, compared to some of the other available accommodations. But it's not a deal breaker, and you are guaranteed to get a very nice and comfortable stay.

All about the staff! All so attentive, kind and thoughtful. One nicer than the next. We were not used to such attention! Highly recommended.

very friendly , almost overattentive

Really nice hotel, staff were great and super breakfast

The place is really clean, and the staff is very very helpful. The room is big and spacious. Would definitely come back here again.

Spacious and clean room, stuff was always friendly and helpful.

It’s close enough to all the fun spots, but also a good distance away from the chaos. The property is well maintained, the staff are friendly. Overall a great experience.

Loved the staff, the location, the room, the bed, the pool. Staff were so kind and helpful.

Got upgraded to a bigger room.

Couple of nights it was noisy due to some questionable guests.

Excellent location and very quiet. Lovely rooms overlooking a gorgeous pool. Staff are exceptionally helpful arranging transfers and trips for us. Beds firm but comfortable. Breakfast is good. Happy hour was welcome too. Highly recommended.

Tutto perfetto. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Camera molto confortevole e tranquilla. Ottima la piscina. Buono il ristorante e la colazione.

The staffs at this hotel are great, they're friendly kind and very helpful. they also have their very own restaurant with great food. if you can come to siem reap again i will stay at this hotel for sure .

Stanza comoda, ma non ampia. Piscina piccola. Personale disponibile. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Posizione comodissima a Pub Street.

It’s close enough to all the fun spots, but also a good distance away from the chaos. The property is well maintained, the staff are friendly. Overall a great experience.

Great place, great location, very clean. Good shower with hot water, good air con.

The hotel and staff were very nice and welcoming, location is excellent and price was very reasonable.

The property presents itself as a 5-star hotel, which in my opinion is misleading. The facilities and overall standard are closer to 3- star rather than a luxury one. I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget friendly stay with good staff, but it should be advertised more accurately to avoid disappointed guests.

Location was great, staff very friendly, pool and buffet breakfast were amazing. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The only advantage is the location.

Because we lived in an outdated room without windows!!! Even the towels were with holes!

Everything was great from the location to the size of the room to the fabulous staff and the comfort of the room. Thank you!

The location and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

A wonderful place with really nice staff. The pool is just awesome. The location is within a walking distance to pub street!

Nice rooms and nice staff in good location and decent breakfast. Overall good value for money and I'd stay here again.

The breakfast could be improved but still ok

Hotel bardzo czysty, obsługa miła i chętna do pomocy

For the price it is some nice luxury! Big room, everything was clean, nice AC, nice pool area, great stay!

Minor problem was the hot water was hit and miss, most times hot but sometimes it ran out.

I loved this hotel! The staff was amazing! They were extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean. The location is nice and easy to get around the city.

Nice, clean, very friendly staff, perfect location, no noise at night.

Basic breakfast, bit hard beds. No 5* but excellent price quality rating.

Room was big and nice. Bathroom was also big with both bathtub and shower. Location was great and staff very nice.

Spacious clean room. Great quiet location, short walk to river and markets.

Hot water was on and off, but not a deal breaker would stay there again.

The hospitality service is superb!! The facilities and the lobby are gorgeous. Will surely be back next time!

The staff were so kind and helpful. They made everything easy and welcomed us with some rather tasty drinks. I also got a massage at the hotel that was absolutely wonderful! I really appreciate that they hire and train local young people.

Property is good very nice and city center

Good location

This place is in a fantastic spot, offers great value and the staff are wonderful. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay for the money. The rooms are always big and clean, and the customer service is outstanding. Very close to Pub Street.

Communication was great from booking onward. The staff went out of their way to make us welcome and make sure we had anything that we needed. They arranged activities for us and helped us navigate around the city.

Some difficulties with communication due to language barriers BUT that was more related to our hearing loss than anything else.

The hotel is fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious, and the pool is excellent. There are many places to eat and drink nearby, including Pub Street. It’s also a great place to relax in your room, balcony, or by the pool. I’d definitely stay there again!

This hotel is fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They’re just wonderful people. The room is spacious and the pool is excellent. It’s a short walk to many places to eat and drink including Pub Street. It’s also a great place to relax in your room balcony or by the pool. I’d definitely stay there again!

The facilities were excellent and the staff incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help. The spacious and quiet room boasted a comfortable King-sized bed and amazing pillows. Walking distance to the main riverfront area, it was very safe and I would definitely recommend staying again.

The location of this hotel is good, the staff are amazing and attentive, overall I just had a very bad experience

To start, visually the hotel does not represent what a 5 star hotel is meant to be, it was dull, the photos had plants and a good looking atmosphere whereas it was not the same on arrival. This is a minor problem however There are many problems with this place, at first I constantly had issues with my keycard, I would go to my room, scan the card and it would show red, I would go to reception for them to fix it and when they had claimed they did so, I went back to my room to try it again and had the same issue. This happened 2 out of 3 days I stayed, my room was on the 6th floor so going up and back was a pain. The WiFi in the room also didn’t work, I had to use WiFi from the room next to me that would also cut off, extremely frustrating. The TV in the room was utterly useless, not a smart TV and had no channels or anything, asked the hotel to fix it and they claimed they did but it was the same when I got back. Too frustrated to ask again to fix. Now staying on topic of the room, the shower took up to 10 minutes for the water to heat up, the room had stained floors with dead bugs all over the floor next to the door and the bed itself was uncomfortable. On to the most disgusting part of the stay.. the breakfast. The one thing I wanted to be good but was debatably the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen. They had noodles and eggs, the only two things that I could eat but the rest of the buffet was atrocious. They had dry leftover food in the containers, with no bother to change it for the guests. The salad section had hundreds of fruit flies all over the food, the bread had flies, the jams, sauces anything you can see on that side was covered in flies but what frustrated me the most was the drink side, tell me why the staff didn’t bother filling the water tank, the water had a taste to it, the container wasn’t cleaned properly and it looked like and tasted the same for 2 days suggesting they hadn’t even changed it, the only other drink option was soybean juice?

The staff was super nice and helpful, the hotel is really well decorated with good taste and the location was perfect. In the middle of the crowded street but really quiet inside.

Tolles, kleines Hotel in guter Lage. Viele Restaurants fußläufig. Gutes Frühstück!

This was the best hotel experience we've ever had. The staff are what make this place so remarkable - their attention to detail and generosity is as warm and professional as I've ever experienced.

The hotel was amazing, with incredible friendly staff and the best service I’ve ever received. Located in the city center, it takes care of all your needs, including attractions. I’ll definitely return to this number one hotel in Siem Reap.
