Excelente ubicación, comodidad y limpieza. La atención del Sr Patricio fue excepcional y su orientación en las consultas realizadas. Los desayunos los puedes coordinar con el Sr Patricio, lo cual nos facilitó la alimentación antes de ir a los tours 🙂.

Respecto a las instalaciones, había buena calefacción, las habitaciones eran cómodas y grandes.

Se podría mejorar la variedad de desayuno. El día que salimos a base torres teníamos la posibilidad de jugo o fruta no nos ofrecieron mas opciones ya que salíamos muy temprano. Un día no nos hicieron la habitación cuando llegamos de nuestro paseo y luego cuando descasábamos en la tarde fueron, pero fue incomodo.

The Staff was amiable, respectful, flexible with check in and check out. The availability of a common kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, hot water, coffee, 24/7 was exceptional.

People coming to the kitchen as a group past 9pm chatting and laughing loudly. Most people staying at these hotels get up very early in the morning to do their tours and need to go to bed early.

Poca flexibilidad en el horario de desayuno, inicia a las 06 am pero hay tours que comienzan a esa hora y no se puede tomar antes, tampoco tan la opción de dar una colación en reemplazo del desayuno

The staff was very nice and helpful. The shared facilities were kept clean and organized, and the rooms were very spacious and clean. It was very easy to reach the hostel.

Tudo foi como o esperado. Lugar muito bem cuidado, quarto espaçoso e tudo perfeito. Nos ajudaram com indicação de agencia pra passeio e sempre foram muito atenciosos. Voltaremos com certeza.

What a great place!

Wir haben das Hotel ausgewählt, um uns auf die Weiterreise in den Nationalpark TDP vorzubereiten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Austattung des Hotels ist eher einfach, aber alles in Ordnung und sauber. Das Frühstück war auch eher einfach, aber reichhaltig.

Στο μπάνιο όλα οι γάντζοι ήταν σπασμένοι, δεν μπορούσες να κρεμάσεις τις πετσέτες. Προσοχή, στη Χιλή για να έχεις απαλλαγή από το ΦΠΑ 19% πρέπει να πληρώσεις σε δολλάρια Αμερικής μόνο με πιστωτική κάρτα (credit) και όχι με χρεωστική (debit). Η booking δεν αναφέρει αυτή τη σημαντική λεπτομέρεια.

Nos encantó la comodidad de las habitaciones y que el desayuno es muy completo. La gente es muy amable, nos ayudaron a solucionar un problema de estadía y nos dieron datos sobre qué hacer en Puerto Natales.

Excelente ubicación y el desayuno era muy completo y variado. Cabe destacar que los servían temprano desde las 06:00 de la mañana, para las personas que íbamos en dirección a las Torres. Las camas muy cómodas al igual que la habitación. Patricio era muy atento y preocupado de todo.

Rooms are so big and warm and the breakfast was nice and filling, the perfect place to stay before and after the W trek!

El mejor alojamiento en Natales! El desayuno espectacular, la atención increíble. Me gustó mucho que hubiera agua caliente para tomar té o café a libre disposición. Las camas ultra cómodas. La mejor estadía que tuvimos en la zona.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Hot shower was very good. The person at the reception was very courteous and spoke with me in English. His father prepared breakfast in the morning and also helped to store my luggage and get a taxi at the early hours of the morning to the bus terminal. They kept my luggage for free for 4 days I was going to go for W trek in Torres del Paine since I was going to stay with them again. I would highly recommend this place for you stay in Puerto Natales.

Contemporary decor. Comfortable bed. Awesome shower and thick towels. Toiletries. Bright common area. Very clean. Allowed early check-in. Responsive staff. Keyless entry to the hostal. Would stay again.

Early checkout. Noisy housekeeping compared to other lodging. Housekeeping uses part of common area to fold bedding etc so it’s not quiet for guests. Breakfast hours earlier than elsewhere. The shower in first room drained so slowly it had standing water 24 hours later. Second room faced a high concrete wall that you couldn’t see over.

Really lovely hostal, close to everything. Very nice bright room and spacious. Good size bathroom with great shower. Very comfortable bed. Good, plentiful breakfast. Free coffee/tea/filtered water available at any time. They provide breakfast from 6am which is really appreciated as tours start early.

Reception member of staff wasn't very welcoming or friendly.

La limpieza de la Hostal (habitación) notable, la ubicación es a la vuelta de la plaza pero estratégica mente bien ubicada por la tranquilidad del sector y lo poco concurrida a pesar de lo central que queda. Buen desayuno lo necesario y útil. La habitación amplia cómoda y el baño igual.

Small, family run hostel where all the staff were super friendly. Stored our luggage whilst doing the W Trek for free. Accommodating to different arrival and departure times. Clean and tidy - close to some great cafes and restaurants and an easy walk to the bus station.

Estava tudo muito limpo. Chuveiro quente e o quarto muito quentinho. O café da manhã é ótimo, tem frutas, pães, ovo mexido, iogurte, suco.

Funcionários muito atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom. Ótima localização.

Não possui estacionamento mas é facil e seguro estacionar na rua em frente ao hostel e sem custos.

El desayuno estaba completo, el café muy rico. Además podías tomar café o agua libremente durante el día. El tamaño de las habitaciones, la comodidad de la cama y la limpieza se agradece mucho. Además el Hostal esta en pleno centro, puedes ir caminando a tomar los tour, a comprar o pasear por las costanera.

La única sugerencia seria incorporar más alimentos sin azúcar en el desayuno, como el yogurt o los jugos.

Such great hostel I so homely and comfortable staff are very accommodating and the breakfast is very good

We stayed in a triple room with bathroom. The room was spacious and bathroom had good pressure shower. Rooms were cleaned and beds made everyday. Breakfast included yogurt, toasts, jam, eggs, ham, juice, cake and coffee. The hostal is in centre of town so very convenient. It is a family run hostal and everyone is so lovely. Definitely recommend.

Personal amable, ubicación y buen desayuno

Hostal muy bien ubicada a pasos de la plaza y costanera. Todo muy limpio, nada de lujos pero todo muy bien logrado, se nota la dedicación de sus dueños, que están siempre presente y dispuestos a ayudar en tener una buena estadía. Volvería de todas maneras a este alojamiento y lo recomiendo.
