The location is great

The rooms are really small, it was difficult for two people with luggage to move around. Also the position of the bed meant whoever was sleeping on the window side had to climb over the person on the other side. There was no room at the side or end of bed.

Tutto...ma mi sono stupita del buon caffè espresso a colazione e degli spaghetti con gamberi e vongole, presi nel ristorante interno a cena abbondanti e cotti al punto giusto.

Rummen är väldigt små, vi bokade ett dubbelrum men det fanns inte ens plats på golvet till våra väskor utan de fick läggas under sängen.

宿泊初日、雨の中の移動でした。鞄を2つ抱え傘をさすのもやっとな感じでしたが、本当に駅前だったがとてもよかった。

宿泊初日、受付で『自動チェックインをお願いします』と言われました。私の方から、雨に濡れているので人によるチェックイン手続きの方が早いのでそちらをお願いしたいと話し、そのようにして頂きました。お客の状況によってどちらにするか等声をかけていただけるとよかったな、と思いました。

Ligt vlakbij het metrostation en was heel gemakkelijk als uitvalsbasis. We hadden een kamer met zicht op de stad wat heel leuk is. Express check-out mogelijk waarbij je de kaart gewoon kan achterlaten in een box en dit bespaart tijd. De onsen was ook heel verzorgd en praktisch in gebruik alsook de laundry ruimte.

Kamers zijn heel klein dus boek zeker niet de kleinste kamer. Er is een extra kost voor het zwembad. Dit staat vermeld dus is op zich OK maar het is wel ontzettend duur… je moet ook het uur op voorhand reserveren. Het weer kan nogal snel wisselen waardoor het niet eenvoudig is.

温泉のお湯が清潔で綺麗で気持ちよかった。信楽焼きの壺湯が得に良かった。備え付けのファンケルのクレンジングオイルは以前から好きなので、嬉しかった。

贅沢な希望ですが、プールサイドのチェア-で涼める庭が有れば素晴らしい。

The wi-fi changes depending on on the place you are. You need to sign many times a day.

The location is perfect, with convenience stores near, a metro station near by and at the quiet area of Shinjuku

Die Unterkunft war , praktisch gelegen, sauber und hatte alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Nette Restaurants und viele Convenient Stores. Super Reinigungsservice.

A little odd that the Swimming Pool is charged per person per hour separately and not part of the booking. Very discouraging and turned us off using this facility.

国立競技場とのアクセスが良く駅から近かったので良かったです。朝食も種類がたくさんありました。2日目のメニューが少し変わっていて良かったです。大浴場があり、ゆっくりお風呂につかれました。

ベッドの下にキャリーケースが置けない作りだったので荷物を置くのに少し困りました。

Camera estremamente piccola, con il letto addossato ad una parete, per cui uno dei due occupanti doveva scavalcare l'altro (con non poco disagio) per andare in bagno la notte

Locatie zit je goed, de metro station is 2 min lopen en binnen 2 haltes ben je bij shibuya. Daarnaast is er genoeg winkels en restaurants in de straat en ook niet heel ver van de tokyo goverment building. De hotel biedt alle faciliteiten wat je nodig hebt en straalt luxe uit. Er is ook een onsen in het hotel waarvan je als gast gebruikt mag maken. Dat is heerlijk na een volle dag wandelen

Het personeel spreek heel slecht engels. Ook met een vertaal app blijft het soms moeilijk. Ze hanteren ook een schoonmaak schema dat pas na elke 3e nacht je kamer echt daadwerkelijk schoongemaakt zal worden. Alleen op verzoek zullen ze je kamer schoonmaken, dus echt een label aan de deur hangen om de kamer schoon te maken. Het enige klacht wat ik heb, is het laundry machine, de was wordt niet goed schoon gewassen en ook de droger lijkt niet te werken. Voor 17 kleerstukken was de na 2 uur in de droger nog steeds niet droog. En dan toch bijna ¥1000 yen in totaal betaald. Dit klacht werd door het personeel niet goed begrepen of opgenomen.

Wie beschrieben, Zimmer sehr klein.aber typisch für Tokio. Aber sauber, mit View. Bisschen mehr Möglichkeiten für Wäsche aufhängen, verstauen ,wäre toll

外観が とてもゴージャスで優雅な気分になりました。 スタッフの方も、親切に対応していただきました。 温泉が有るのは、一気に疲れが取れました。

宿泊した部屋からは、窓から見えたものは 隣のビルの壁でしたから新宿の夜景が見れなかったのが残念でした。 仕方ない事です。

L´habitació que haviem reservat era miníscula,no tenia res a veure amb les fotos de la web,era per una persona, o com a molt un adult i un nen,llit molt petit, bany mini, i imposible obrir les maletes perque no havia espai, vem demanar un canvi d´habitació i després de discutir amb la subgerent casi una hora,ens van oferir una habitació més gran però pagant suplement, no recomanaria aquest hotel.

Nos encantó, nos declaramos fans de este hotel. Está en una zona tranquila y al lado del metro, lo que permite ir a cualquier sitio fácil. La habitación es pequeña pero puedes guardar las maletas debajo de la cama y está muy limpio. En el desayuno había muchas opciones, más japonesas que continentales, pero muy bien. Si volvemos a Tokyo seguramente volvemos a este hotel porque nos gustó mucho.

車椅子と荷物を持ちながら駐車場入り口から入るときに自動ドアが狭くスムーズに入ることができなかったが男性スタッフは手伝ってもくれず、がっかりしました。 お風呂の脱衣場がビチョビチョで何でかなって思ったら、エアコンから水滴が落ちていました。マットとか置いてほしいと思いました。

Great location just outside of the noise of Shinjuku. Felt very fancy in the reception area, the room was nice too, enough space for what we needed.

To get much done in Tokyo we had to negotiate Shinjuku station every time. It can be a bit much. This is a mixed blessing however ad there is a lot going on in the Shinjuku area and you're close to it. The hotel itself was great, though.

大浴場の脱衣所のエアコンから冷たいしずくが、落ち床が、びちゃびちゃだったのは、残念でした！ それと、ランドリーの所に外国の人男の人達が、ごったがいしてたのも残念でなりませんでした。

Overall, I had a very comfortable stay in a great location in Shinjuku. It was especially convenient for attending a conference, with easy access to the nearby station and public transport. I also really liked the public bath at the hotel. The room was small, but very well equipped and had almost everything I needed, including a kettle, yukata and haori, shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer, and other useful amenities. Everything was arranged very efficiently.

My room was on the second floor, and it felt quite humid most of the time. Since the air conditioning cannot be left on while you are away, it was sometimes difficult to get the room back to a comfortable temperature and humidity level after returning.

La ubicación del hotel, al lado de una estación de metro. Tiene cerca variedad de comercios. Te proporcionan a diario productos de aseo. Pudimos dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check-in.

Falta de almacenamiento, estantería o armario para poder dejar la ropa. El servicio de limpieza entra en la habitación cada 3 días. Te dejan las toallas limpias a diario colgadas en la puerta pero no recogen las usadas. Te cobran por usar la piscina del hotel. Falta de una zona común donde poder comer sin tener que consumir del restaurante del hotel.

Muy buena ubicación, justo al lado de una parada de metro. Es una zona muy tranquila con restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia cerca. Las instalaciones están fenomenal, sobre todo el onsen, todo impecable. El personal es muy amable, te ayudan con todo lo que necesites

Łaźnia. Lokalizacja blisko stacji metra, ale tylko jednej linii i praktycznie każdy wyjazd wymaga przesiadek.

Pokoje są naprawdę małe, nie ma żadnej półki ani szafy ani sejfu.

The deluxe twin room on the top floor was spacious and very comfortable. Great view of the city, and there was no excessive noise at night. Mini-fridge worked well (as long as you remember to switch it on first). Bathroom was spacious with extra amenities. Shared bath on 2F was a plus. Staff was very helpful with having our luggage sent to the airport. Highly recommend paying extra for this unit.

The shared bath on 2F felt small for the size of the hotel. It can get crowded pretty fast. The TV in the room shows the relative crowdedness, so you can plan before leaving your room. P.S. No Irish Coffee at the Irish Pub next to the lobby.
