The options for vegetarians was very poor considering its a ACCOR hotel. Most of the staff did not know English. No Room Service or Restaurant on the property ( other than for breakfast)

Everything is perfect except location as most of taxi & food delivery drivers could not find the place

中国のホテルは英語名と中国語名があり探すのが大変です。駅から徒歩圏内とあったのでここに決めましたが、駅からの道をgooglemapでたどるのに2時間かかりました!　taxiにすると言ったら、また駅に戻らないとtaxiはないと言われ、2時間かかりました。駅構内も広く表示がわかりにくいです。 人は大変親切で最後は一緒にホテル前まで同行してくれました

入口がわかりにくいです。特に暗くなったらわからないです

一開始房間有煙味 未提供機場及車站接駁

I by mistake left behind a small package of a gift after checking out I realised that I have not packed the gift. Upon calling the receptionist twice I was informed that there’s nothing left behind. Now how could it disappear from the room. It has to be taken away by the housekeeper. The hotel refuses to acknowledge this. That’s sad. They didn’t even want to investigate this. The gift left behind was expensive. Sad but this usually doesn’t happen in a branded chain

Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, staff not speaking english but very cooperative in trying to communicate (with phone translator).

The hotel is classified as 'close to Hongqiao airport', but in reality it is not so close, it takes approx ten minutes by taxi. For sure not a walkable distance. The internal restaurant is offering only breakfast, no dinner and no room service, so the only alternative is to walk around (where there are only dining places for locals, a bit difficult situation for foreigners, as nobody speaks english). Wi-fi connection procedure difficult (it is necessary to return to the reception to ask for helpt), and then working very poor, slow and with frequent interruptions. Overall experience definitely lower than Mercure standards.

一开始给了一间超级小的房间。非常惊讶，mercure竟然有这么局促的房间后来知道，(每层几十间房就4间角上的房特小，躺在床看见天花板比床大一点点，还是斜的）。 订的是twinbed写在英文订单上的 . 房间里的床竟然是个单人床，。跟hotels 打电话，他们也很帮我沟通 但是前台一个男生非常不变通，非说我订的就是这种房间。本来其他员工说可以换别的房，他还不让。第二天早上我出门这个男生跟我说抱歉，并帮我后换到了大的标间。其实早这样大家都开心，在有房的基础上，客户开心，自然传播好口碑。后来看了一些评价，很多别人的评价都不好，作为4星级的mercure 曾经是我非常信赖的品牌，别换了中国东家欧洲气质全没了！这个楼可能造型比较特别，四角房间造型各异，那几间真是很难受，如果是2星级酒店，我也就不说什么了，建议酒店把每层角上2间改成一个套间卖，要不谁住都难受。最后结果还可以，酒店还是懂道理的。所以继续支持。

駅までのシャトルバスが1時間に1本しかないため結果不便。タクシーを呼んでもらったら10分程度で来るがお金がかかるので意味がない。ホテル周りは夜になると怖いくらいに真っ暗で何もない。

ホテルをキャンセルした覚えがないのですが、チェックインの時にキャンセルされてますと言われました。 なぜキャンセルになったか疑問に思います。 そのほかは完璧でした。

Difficult to find the location, no pick-up service

Check in was fine. Two of the elevators weren't working and one that was was also filthy and unfinished. The the hallway carpets are all stained and somewhat disgusting. When I got to my first room the bathroom had a bit of an off-smell, however this only intensified until a couple hours later when the entire room was inundated with the stench of sewage. After about 30 minutes of discussion and inspection, the staff moved me to another room. Unfortunately the toilet did not properly function there. This was my third stay at this hotel. The previous two times I had been put off my the dirtiness of the elevators and the hallways, but the room was so cheap and so convenient to the Hongqiao rail station that I took the good with the bad, but the continued decline has put this hotel on my blacklist. I travel in China regularly for business and realize that the standards there are different than in Europe - in some ways they are better, in others worse - but this hotel is just below what I would consider a minimum acceptable standard. Spend a bit of extra money and go somewhere else...

Buen hotel para estar cerca de la estación del tren, no puedes ir caminando pero el taxi cobró solo 15Y y fue rapidísimo

Receptionists had communication problem in English. time. They told us that the payment is done through “hotels.com” when check out. We did not ask invoice. However we realized that it was done by the hotel after we left hotel. They should be international...

部屋は綺麗だが、歯ブラシとパジャマが無い。 この価格でアメニティが揃って無いのは微妙。 またフロントも英語は全く通じない。 現地決済を指定したにもかかわらず 既に決済済みとのことでレシートを出してくれず… 新幹線の駅に近かったので選びましたが、出張には不向きでした。

レールウェイという名称ですが、駅から結構離れています。しかも非常に場所が分かりづらい。1名x3部屋で予約し現地支払いにもかかわらず「すべての支払いは終了しています」という対応。それは困る！と言っても聞き入れず、最後に大きな声でクレームしてやっとで処理。英語が話せるスタッフは1名のみ。しかも片言で携帯の辞書でコミニュケーションする状態。部屋も超狭い。申し訳ないけど2度と利用しません

Hotel itself is absolutely fine - comfortable and in quiet location. Well placed for the train station which is a 15 minutes walk. One suggestion is for the hotel to provide more detailed instructions on the website on how to how to reach it on foot - I have taken a taxi from the train station and the driver was less than pleased having to drive me such a short distance. No idea what he said, but kept shouting waving his hands, so presume unhappy :) . It is a very easy walk, but hotel is a little tucked away and not immidiately visible from the main road. Overall fine and would stay again for the convenience of its location.

Buen hotel en una zona moderna con buenas calles y jardines, me pareció poco lo que pagué por lo que obtuve, zona moderna con centros comerciales nuevos y modernos.

So far, the reception staff was really helpful and paid attention to our take-away food orders. Only the neighbors (rooms) spoke loudly on the phone, and I could not sleep that night (July 10). It was annoying to have a shower in the upper room. It may be the wall, the material of the pipe, really bad. These sounds cannot be avoided.

After paying for the reservation online with Expedia I was told at the hotel that I'd need to pay the nightly rate. They claimed that what I paid online. Was only a deposit and that it would be refunded to my account. Now after returning to the states, nothing has been refunded.

김포행 아침 비행기라 공항 숙소를 예약하려 이 호텔을 예약하였습니다. 1터미널이 국제선 공항이고, 2터미널은 중국내선 공항입니다. 이 호텔은 2터미널과 접해있는 호텔입니다. 국제선 타실 분들은 1터미널 인근 호텔을 예약하시는 편이 낫습니다. 호텔 컨디션은 깔끔하였고, 영어되는 호텔리어가 있어 좋았습니다.

The hotel is further from the Hongqiao Train Station than it looks on the map. Would suggest a taxi but you can walk for about 20 minutes. Can get across the access road via the underground mall (The Hub) or to the top level and use walkways. Refrigerator did not work. Changed rooms. Wifi speed is ok. Rooms are very large. There are no English explanation sheets for the air conditioning and TV remote. You will need to contact the front desk. The hotel is new and modern and in an industrial park area. There are convenience stores nearby and a shopping center with food not far away. Front desk spoke limited English.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichhaltig. Die Sauberkeit ist ausbaufähig und englisch sprechendes Persoanl ist leider rar.

部屋は中国では少しだけ狭いめかな？ でも2人では充分。部屋の中も綺麗。スタッフもオール中国人だが 親切。ただワールドホテルから中国ローカルに変わったのかな？ 部屋にバスローブの準備が無かった。 トイレが詰まって排水が溢れた。普通の作業服のおっちゃんが吸盤持ってやって来て、シュポシュポやって帰って行った。 虹橋駅から徒歩15分位で歩ける模様だが、分かりづらそう。タクシーでも15分かかった。

空港からちょっと遠買ったのですが、空港無料送迎のスタッフの対応や受付の対応がかなり丁寧で、部屋も大変清潔で、予約してよかった。機会があれば、是非また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございまーした。

チェックイン、チェックアウト共に早かった

unfortunately no signage on main road thus no walking direction leading to hotel inside a maze of buildings!

Location is great which nearby the train station, staff service is bad and they even fill in wrong name during my registration and was discovered when I can’t access to Wi-Fi (used last name as password). Room is clean and tidy, no room service.

虹橋空港から徒歩20分、周辺にはローソンなどコンビニや食事する場もあり便利。また商業施設も近くにある。ホテルは広く快適だった。

非常滿意這家酒店。整體非常好。特別是大堂經理 Vic Yuan 的殷勤和熱心的服務，令我們十分欣賞。

It is an average hotel in all terms. Biggest problem seems the communications. There is only one guy can speak English and rest can speak nothing.

It was really closed to Railway station and Airport.

すごく清潔で部屋が広く、朝食もおいしかった。また利用したいと思います。

虹橋空港から近い。無料 リムジンバスで空港まで１５分くらいで送ってくれるのは、安心だし、大変有り難い。宿泊費もこの立地で格安。大満足でした。

フロントの人が英語が喋れない。 虹橋までのタクシーを手配してくれたが、行き先が空港第二ターミナル。 部屋は狭い世界中、あちこちメルキュールに泊まったが、ワーストに近い。

早餐布菲枱支離破碎！真的好失望

離高鐵站有一大段路至少要走15分到20分 是新飯店/建設區 所以叫計程車時司機有可能不請清楚帶到其他美居 櫃檯態度冷冷 不過不失 湊合

Everything was a mess! Staff don’t talk English, refrigerator does not work ! Phone does not work ... I do not recommend

廁所衛浴設計有點奇怪 沒有門

Nothing out of ordinary. Room is clean but relatively small. Breakfast is good.

離虹橋站很近 走十分鐘就到了 但附近甚麼都沒有

Place was clean. Smoke from other rooms would blow in each day for our 2 rooms. Very little english spoken so support was limited, but the front desk tried their best! Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. Internet was acceptable given China limitations. Overall, a decent stay would would stay again. Close to Alibaba campus.

No clear driving directions to Hotel. Very hard to find even with gps. WiFi was not available in our room. All written information was in Chinese. Needed Some english. No info was provided about food...breakfast or coffee. Was it included or would there be a charge? Air conditioner hard to set. No wash cloth with linens. Would have liked more coffee in room. But room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff tried to be Of help when questioned.

- actually majority of the staff actually cannot speak english as well the room AC controls are only in chinese. That would not be issue if it would be a simple china-outback hotel but as they advertise communication in english and are of this renowned brand and price level, at a major international transport hub, I have to complain about it. - the same with soundproofing, you can hear chating and music from next rooms in the night + spacious,modern and clean exec room with modern bathroom and good amenities (free soft drinks, sofa, electrical bidet...) ++ Location - Close walking distance to Hongqiao hub, they have a free shuttle to the railway station Lot of chinese restaurants and shops around + huge Hongtiao shopping center + working wifi

Terrible, phone in the room could only make hotel internal calls only!!!! If u need to call outsiders, you need to make a call next to receptionist on the ground floor!!! Totally terrible n ridiculous in a Mercure hotel

This is a very nice hotel. They have very good staff and have free shuttle bus to the railroad station. Love this hotel.
