Nothing we were unhappy with in the hotel, everything was spot on for us! Clean, lovely rooms, friendly and accommodating staff and had everything you need!

The location was perfect as I attended a conference at the Music Center Convention Center. It was also close to some very good restaurants. The room was great, comfortable and clean.

Loved the location! 5 minute walk to the Bridgestone Arena. Valet team was super nice. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced at a hotel!

The location was perfect for our conference! The food in the restaurant was very good.

The first full day we did not receive cleaning service even though it was requested. The pool was much smaller than expected with very little shade.

Slow bar service at times. Not knowing when singers would be on. Not all reception staff tried to help.

Main reason for booking hotel was the pool but it was always full of adults and didn’t feel comfortable letting my teens use the pool. This is no fault of the hotel or people using pool just something to note if you are thinking of bringing children.

The room was exceptionally clean, walking distance to so many different attractions, and everyone was so very friendly! The valet was easily accessible and the guys were so nice.

There wasn’t anything in particular that we didn’t like.

We love Eli! We came into Nashville for a quick family vacay before moving our daughter to college. We had a million bags and Eli was awesome and helped us load our (literally 10 huge) bags and was so awesome. Thank you Eli!!!

We’ve been coming to Nashville for the last four years…every year we stay at the Cambria because of Dino, the bartender! He is amazing, works so hard and has a great personality. We appreciate his fun attitude and diligence to the job…a great employee. We look forward to seeing him next year!

The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, location is excellent! We were able to walk everywhere. The pool is roof top so you get to enjoy the outdoors. Water was perfect temperature. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Nour was the best - he helped us get things we needed while our car was still parked. He was so kind and speedy - we felt bad about our requests but he went above and beyond and with a great attitude and smile on his face!

It was very nice. Great location.

There is no info on parking when I booked other than they had parking in their own lot. As expected and normal parking is a big fee. 60 plus tip. Only can park on the private ramp within the building if you pay $60 and it has to be valet. There is a single level public lot with lots of parking space across the street for an unknown fee. No breakfast included but the place was very nice. Very fancy. Nearly no water pressure on the shower though. (I usually give good reviews)

Het zwembad is echt heel klein. Je kunt er niet zwemmen, hooguit even afkoelen. Ligbedjes zijn minimaal voor zo’n groot hotel, dus veel te weinig! Hotel en parkeren zijn prijzig.

Amazing views

1st floor bar was perfect place to start and finish the night. Great walking distance to conference, all the action downtown with live music (at hotel too!), and museum. Great way to experience downtown Nashville.

The Cambria was lovely & close to our conference & Broadway! Totally recommend! Great people& friendly faces in all areas of the hotel—from the check in to the cleaning to the bars—we never met a stranger!

Location to the hot spots, excellent. Cleanliness, exceptional. Staff were so beyond friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in was great except it wasn't "finished" yet. Still had the concrete ceiling, which didn't affect functionality of the room. The air conditioning vent hits you directly in the neck, because of where the bed is positioned. My suggestion would be to put the bed on the opposite wall of the air conditioning vent. It was so uncomfortable, that we had it turned down the air conditioning or had to sleep at opposite ends of the bed. Location was great, but with that said, it was extremely noisy, people yelling, screaming outside, heard nonstop sirens, screeching of vehicles. Totally understand that's the life in the city. But if you are looking for more of a quiet setting, place to sleep in peace, this definitely was not it. With all that said, We would return. More positives, then negatives. 🙂 Patty and Norm - WI

The bed mattress is starting to get a little warn out may need to be updated. Started to dip and lean in the middle otherwise very comfortable.

I feel as if the walls of the hotel are pretty thin, I could hear the tv next door and people coughing/talking during the middle of the night.

Zero communication. I'm sure the hotel is great, so I'm not giving it a low rating. However, I was disappointed that no one responded to Any of my messages for several days! —not on Booking, not on any of the hotel's official pages, not over the phone. I did not get even a simple “Hello” or a short answer to my request of cancellation at all.

The room was excellent with a spectacular view of the City. Temperature control was on point and everything was beautiful, comfortable, and super clean!

Nice hotel in a great location, just a few blocks from Broadway and the heart of the Music City action. The lobby is attractive and does a nice job paying homage to Nashville’s music heritage. When we got off the elevator, we saw a Victrola along with several vintage record albums by Tammy Wynette, George Strait, and other country legends. It was a nice touch. Service was very good from the start. They let us check in early and accommodated our request for a room on a high floor so we could see the Fourth of July fireworks and drone show. We had a perfect view! They were also very responsive to our text requests. We did have one issue with the bathroom sink draining slowly. They responded promptly, but it wasn’t completely fixed and continued to drain slowly during our stay. I’d give the hotel five stars except for two things. First, they don’t accept cash, which was inconvenient because we wanted cash to tip the valet and housekeeping. We didn’t want to add tips electronically. Cash is still king in my book and should be accepted everywhere. Second, the valet parking was extremely expensive at $57 per day. That added a significant amount to the overall cost of our stay and made the final bill much steeper than we expected.
