Everything was great, especially: - cleanliness of the apartment - facilities in the apartment, including washing machine, comfy beds, air con, and Netflix/Amazon - responsive and friendly staff; good communication on whatsapp - the cafe on the ground floor and the pool, gym, and convenience store on level 6 - location right in KLCC (but apartments are still quiet if you choose a higher floor)

The man who met us was a very nice guy. It was fun to get to know him.

After meeting our host, I felt invisible, kind of weird. At one point my key card stopped working for the elevators. Felt very impersonable to call an office. No offer to fix the card so it would work.. I was just told to use another elevator. Very impersonal. But the place was really wonderful.

Cold showers. We were not shown how to turn the water up. The manager who was supposed to meet us to let us in did not make himself known to us so we waited outside for nearly an hour. We tried ringing him but phones would not connect. He wasn’t very helpful at all

This was my first time staying in the property with a baby. The apartment we were allocated was impeccably clean, and a baby cot was provided free of charge. All the appliances were in good working order and management was always available to deal with any issues or requests. The beds were very comfortable and the TV came with Netflix and Amazon. I would highly recommend Vortex by SoulAsia for a stay in central KL, whether it is for business or leisure, whether alone or with family.

Location was great, great views from our apartment. Our fridge wasn't working and it was no trouble to have it replaced. If we needed anything it was no trouble. Very happy with the people overseeing the apartments we booked.

Something smell at kitchen

It was easy. All I had to do was to contact the contact number they sent to me via Whatsapp upon confirming the booking. The host came down to see me at the entrance and took me up to the property where he showed me how to open the door with the password they provide. It was easy peasy. The room was very clean and comfortable, the view of the city was something to die for, and they were cafes, restaurants and convenient stores all around the building. It was very much within a walking distance from KLCC.

One of the worst experiences I have had in a rented apartment in Kuala Lumpur. Given the price we paid for this apartment, I had fairly high expectations, but unfortunately it fell well below them. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, and service provided during our stay. The biggest issue was the sleeping arrangements. The mattresses were extremely worn out, sagging, and no longer provided proper support. All of us—including my elderly mother and my two children—experienced discomfort and back pain, and none of us had a good night’s sleep during our five-day stay. The bed frames also showed significant wear and tear. In addition, the pillowcases were stained and did not appear clean. When we first entered the apartment, there was a noticeable smell of fish and cooked food. The apartment felt dated, poorly maintained, and not particularly well presented. Several wall sockets were loose and partially detached from the wall, especially the one located behind the washer and dryer, which raised safety concerns. The washer and dryer were functioning properly, and detergent was provided. There was also a microwave available. We did not use the stove. However, the refrigerator was not cooling properly when we arrived. The freezer compartment was operating at approximately refrigerator temperature, while the refrigerator itself was barely cool, forcing us to store our food in the freezer section instead. The internet connection was another significant issue. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak in the bedrooms and only reasonably usable in the living room. As a result, we often had to gather in the living room whenever we needed a stable connection. The television included access to YouTube, Netflix, and other streaming services, but these depended entirely on the internet connection. On several occasions, my children were unable to watch YouTube on the television because the internet was simply too slow to load content.

There were also maintenance issues throughout the apartment. The main door lock was not functioning properly when we arrived, although this was eventually resolved after we contacted the staff. One of the bedrooms was effectively unusable because the ceiling fan was not working and there was no air-conditioning in that room. When we asked staff whether there was a remote control for the fan, we were simply told that the fan did not work. As a result, despite there being a bed in the room, it was too un-ventilated to use. The apartment layout also had some practical inconveniences. There was a shoe cabinet positioned behind the main entrance door, which was useful for storage, but it prevented the front door from opening fully because the door would strike the cabinet. In addition, both the day curtains and blackout curtains were difficult to open and close. Cleanliness was perhaps the most disappointing aspect of the entire stay. We encountered multiple cockroaches throughout the apartment and had to dispose of several ourselves during our visit. Combined with the stained bedding and unpleasant smell upon arrival, it gave the impression that the property was not being cleaned or maintained to an acceptable standard. The bathrooms also had several issues. The bidet spray in one bathroom sprayed water in multiple directions rather than in a straight stream. In the common bathroom, the water pressure was quite low, and after flushing the toilet, it took several minutes for the cistern to refill. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper were provided. Unfortunately, the service experience did not help improve the situation. The staff handling check-in and check-out were not particularly welcoming, friendly, or cheerful. We were not greeted warmly, and interactions felt cold and uninviting. While some maintenance requests were addressed, the overall customer service lacked the hospitality one would expect having paid such a price.

The check in proses was fast and convenient. The host had representative staff to greet , handover keys and show us our room. Checking out was fast too. The apartment was clean. Bedrooms, kitchen and toilets were clean. There is fridge in the kitchen to storage your food and keep cold water. Water filter dispenser is available so we dont need to buy mineral water from store. you can walk to KLCC. there is nearby Mcdonalds, restaurants and convenient stores. Will stay again

The apartment is really warm as its facing sunlight the whole day. The hall air cond seems to be running out of it's coolen gas. Will recommend host to to up. The toilet is clean but I think the building pipping omits foul odor hence making the toilet somewhat smelly but still bearable.

One of the wash room had bad smell, which persisted for our entire stay. The building management could not resolve it.

1.沒有飯店大廳，入住不方便，入住及退房都要用whatsapp聯絡飯店人員，他們才會下來接你。 2.我的房間沒有附牙刷、牙膏，不知道是不是被忘記了 3.入住時收了現金235馬幣的押金，雖然退房時有全數退回但還是覺得有點多😓

Loved everything about our stay here. Stepping out of the elevator into level 49 was a tap on the shoulder having a beautiful view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The Night Supervisor/ Manager was very welcoming and gave us a quick transition of checking in so thank you for that Mittu (pardon my spelling). The apartment was fully equipped and makes one wonder to dream of owning such a luxurious apartment some day..

The noise from the street is unbearable at night! The owner of this property should strongly consider to install noise reducing windows.

Excellent séjour au vortex klcc L' emplacement est idéal pour visiter Kuala Lumpur, le logement était très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique ! La literie est très confortable.

Nous avions sollicité l hôtel afin de pouvoir disposer d une chambre dans les étages les plus haut mais nous n avons jamais reçu de réponse. Nous étions dans les étages supérieurs mais pas aussi haut que nous l espérions. Par ailleurs, la piscine est gérer par un organisme privé, nous avons dû payer 16€ a chaque baignade.

Виды из номера шикарные. У нас было видын пещеры Бату и башни Петронас. Близкое расположение к основным достопримечательностям города и к станции монорельса. В апартаментах были полотенца, салфетки для снятия макияжа, палочки для ушей, шампунь, гель для душа и мыло. Микроволновка, посуда, стиралка, большой холодильник - всего достаточно для семьи и долгого пребвания.

Фильтр для воды был сломан и мы им не пользвались, под ним постоянно стояла вода. Не хватало тумбочек или столиков у кровати, они были только с одной стороны кровати. Тараканы были, но с ними можно бороться, последние дни мы их уже не наблюдали.

Vortex KLCC Apartments is a great place to live at the heart of KL city centre. It is very close to the iconic Petronas towers, KL tower, Suria Mall, and Aquarium. The area is very neat and tidy. There are lots of dining options available nearby. Bukit Nanas monorail station is a few minutes away on foot from the apartment. I highly recommend staying here and will try to come back in the future!

Everything was great, and it was a pleasant experience. However, I felt the pillows on the bed were a bit hard for me.

It is convenient

The apartment we stayed in has a hole in the ceiling, and the sofa isn’t very comfortable to sit on. It feels a bit empty and could use some touches to make it feel more like home—maybe some paintings, pictures, or plants. Overall, it’s okay, but the hole in the ceiling was not nice. The kitchen is very nice, but the washing machine smells and needs to be cleaned or aired out.

The house have all the facilities that mention in the webpage, with cooling airconditioner.

The house was not clean, the represantatives from the host side messaged us on check in date to make payment before arrival if not the booking will be void even though the at booking.com it says no prepayment needed. We did make the payment thru online transfer. Then we got the checkin instruction where it stated they only do cleaning once a week. If you need the place to be sparkle pay extra RM50.For my understanding i thought they meant if we stay 1 week then they do cleaning once a week. But it turns out they dont clean the house even if the earlier guest checked out. The floor was dirty with stains and the house was a little dusty. The parquet floor and furniture are worn out, the house looks nothing in the picture. It looks way more older and smelly. Sorry to say the shampoo and bath soap have a bad smell as well. Thank god i brought my own toileteries. I think each time the guest check out they only change the garbage bags and make the beds. I had small children with me so a bit of disapointed with the cleanliness.

LOCATION is perfect! few minutes to Petronas, lots of restaurants around. Easy access to everything. The unit has everything, water, A/C, washing machine, detergent liquid, hair dryer, perfectly cleaned.

Door code. It’s fine for person like me, but for older people like my folks, not really. The aircond was leaking, told the one who helped us checking out, he just shrugged it off.

La ubicación y la distribución del apartamento.

El apartamento es muy ruidoso. Estábamos en una planta 48 y aún así se escuchaba el tráfico. A ello hay que añadirle que el apartamento de al lado montó dos fiestas en dos noches que estuvimos hasta altas horas de la madrugada. No descansamos nada.

I was very pleased with my stay. The collection of the keys was easy to arrange: I messaged the staff on WhatsApp and they came meet me at the entrance to the building (this is not a hotel, but more like an Airbnb/serviced apartment, so there is no reception desk). The apartment had everything I needed: comfortable bedroom with blackout curtains, efficient air conditioning, small kitchen, washing machine, and as an added bonus a TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix subscriptions. Everything was clean and tidy when I arrived. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Twin Towers and major shopping malls such as Suria and Pavilion. The higher floors offer stunning views of KL. I won't hesitate to book this property again for my next stay in KL.
