Clean and good location

The pillows are too hard had to ask for another one. It would be better to put the softer pillows in the room

Near Daimon station and Shiba park/Tokyo Tower. Staff is very kind and they helped us shipping the luggage to the next hotel. Great service and good English.

Room a bit small tricky enough with one luggage let alone two. It's either you move or you open the luggage. A bit damp inside, but we figured out we had a humidifer on the last day. It would have made such a difference if we knew before!

Chambre trop petit, l'organisation de la chambre pour circuler c'est compliqué. Pas d'armoire pour ranger ses valises et services de ménage et personnel inexistant.

Muy cerca de supermercados, tiendas, restaurantes, metro y la torre de Tokio que se ve desde el hotel.

The first room we got was not as clean as you would accept for a room You just checked into . after a brief talk with the nice receptionist We got a new room and it was perfectly clean.

¡Muy buena ubicación! Nos resultó muy cómodo movernos por los barrios que nos interesaban de Tokyo, todo estaba a unos 20 o 30 minutos usando el metro o la Yamanote Line. Buena atención y el hotel muy bien. Para desayunar está Starbucks justo abajo del hotel o puedes buscar cafeterías alrededor del hotel o directamente en el barrio al que vayas a ir: Ginza, Shibuya, Tokyo Station... Empezar el día recorriendo el barrio es una buena forma de arrancar el día :) Minato tiene muchas oficinas y es super chill y seguro.

Hubiera estado bien tener la opción de desayuno buffet en la cafetería propia del hotel, pero tuvo muy fácil arreglo.

Habitación es bastante pequeña, pero lo peor son almohadas! Realmente un trozo de piedra plana, fatal y solo una por persona.

Gutes Hotel mit guter anbindung, das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht alle Fragen zu beantworten. Im Umkreis des Hotels gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Dinge des täglichen Lebens.

Posizione centrale e comoda per le vicine attrazioni. Camere spaziose e letti comodi. Colazione da Starbucks, abbastanza gestibile.

Nonostante la richiesta del check in anticipato (a pagamento) abbiamo aspettato un'ora nella hall prima di avere le camere. Personale gentile ma non molto preparato alla gestione di eventuali richieste e/o problemi del cliente. Pulizia della camera solo se richiesta inviando un messaggio sul televisore (difficile immaginarsi questo metodo!) e inoltre il cambio degli asciugmani solo su richiesta.

Location is great as close to Tokyo tower, food and other facilities.Room had all the required facilities. Hotel Coffee machine with good coffee. Courteous staff ready to help though they are not good in English.

No restaurant option for long stays and you have to depend on starbucks and other nearby options

Wir waren rundum begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Richmond Hotel Tokyo Shiba. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern und hervorragend gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war zwar typisch für Tokio kompakt, aber äußerst komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die hervorragende Lage: Die U-Bahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Convenience Stores. Auch der Tokyo Tower liegt ganz in der Nähe und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem erreichbar. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt und würden dieses Hotel bei unserem nächsten Tokio-Besuch ohne zu zögern wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Der einzige kleine Nachteil sind die – für Tokio ganz typischen – eher kleinen Zimmer. Aber für uns gut ausreichend.

Absolutely amazing location! The hotel itself is nice, comfortable, has all you need, but its location is amazing - the restaurants, the Tokyo Tower and the Shiba park nearby, the metro stations.

Bizimle birlikte kallan çocuğumuza starbucks kahvaltı kartı verilmedi. Reservasyon öncesi bu durum belirtilmeliydi.

Proximité des transports en commun. La chambre est assez grande. Accueil très agréable.

Le petit déjeuner inclus est en fait une carte prépayée pour starbucks. Vous devez remonter dans votre chambre avec votre café et gâteau ou sandwich américain car pas de place ! De plus, le solde est remis à 0 lors de votre dernier jour même si vous êtes créditeur. Pour la chambre, le choix "écolo" qui assurait l'enlèvement des poubelles et le changement des serviettes de toilette quotidien s'est limité au premier jour.(séjour de 3 nuits) Très mauvais choix car nous avons donc dû réclamer nos serviettes et vider nos poubelles. Un peu léger pour un trois étoiles même si le personnel à la réception est très sympathique et prévenant.

Sauber und ruhig. Gemütliches Zimmer. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Als unser Flug kurzfristig gestrichen wurde halfen sie uns beim Telefonieren mit der Airline und wir konnten spontan eine weitere Nacht in unserem Zimmer buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sessiz sakin bir bölgede... Resepsiyonda devamlı ücretsiz çay kahve hatta çorba alabileceğiniz otomat var.

Kahvaltı için size Starbucks kupunu veriyorlar. Otelin altı bayağı kalabalık bir Starbucks. Gidip oradan istediğinizi alıp yiyorsunuz. Verilen kupon yetiyor ama kalabalık, sıra beklemek ve de klasik kahvaltı yerine starbucks sandviçi yemek filan çok da iyi bir fikir değildi... Bu arada bir arkadaşımız için 1 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk (10 yaşında) şeklinde oda ayırmıştık. Önce çocuk için kahvaltı kuponu vermediler! Sonra itiraz edip söylenince verdiler. Oda fiyatı da 2 yetişkin ile birebir aynıydı ama yok çocuk için kupon vermiyoruz dediler. Ne yani aç mı kalacak? Çok saçma ve sinir bozucuydu ama ertesi gün düzelttiler bu durumu hiç değil...

I enjoyed the staff the most. They’re were very kind and patient with me. Even though there was a language barrier between us, they helped me so much.

Posizione eccezionale sotto la Tokyo Tower, con diverse linee metro a meno di 200 metri e la Yamanote raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Staff gentile e disponibile. Comoda anche la lavanderia con lavatrici e asciugatrici.

La camera, pur essendo pubblicizzata come 16 m², sembrava molto più piccola (tipo quelle degli Apa). Alla fine ce la siamo fatta cambiare con una piú grande (20mq). Inoltre la colazione “inclusa” consiste in un credito da utilizzare allo Starbucks al piano terra e non in una vera colazione d’hotel, una soluzione che può risultare limitante per chi ha esigenze alimentari particolari. Per chi fuma, non c'é una smoking area dentro l'hotel

Great location! Very clean! Well designed compact room & bathroom, works very well. Shower very good, generous toiletries in bathroom, also at reception. Good coffee machine at reception. Filtered water available anytime.

We booked the Richmond Tokyo Shiba for its closer proximity to Haneda Airport at the end of our Japan trip. In this respect it was excellent. A few minutes walk to the Monorail Hamamatsucho station and trains every 10 - 15 mins . Hotel itself was as described, lots of freebies in the reception , Over and above the usual comb, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. Room fine , basic but appropriate for cost paid. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would recommend for a night or two if like us you are leaving from Haneda.

The location is the highlight! Very well located, closely to subway stations and nice surrounding to walk around. Several shops and good restaurants close by as well. There is a Starbucks right next door which is very convenient as well. The service was great, and the accommodation was comfortable.

Nothing I can think about. Perhaps one suggestion is to add an extra pillow to the bed.

Very clean, but smaller room than expected,but then again it is near the heart of Tokyo. Convenient for lots of restaurants in this more business area. Still close to metros which allowed you to travel into main areas like Shibuys and Shinjuku. Staff very friendly. Close walk to Tokyo tower and east to get over Rainbow bridge for joytopolis.

Room smaller than I would have liked and duvets really heavy with bed close to wall, so you have to scramble over your other half if you need the loo.

Reine tour était parfait!

Location was nice, quiet part of Tokyo. Central to everything I was doing. Staff was very nice. Got the job done, nice for the value.

Pillows weren't the best. Bit lumpy. (I'm comparing to all the other hotels I stayed at in Japan) The top of the closet had thick dust (granted I'm just super tall and can see it all) It was super small, wasn't even really a space to open my carry on small luggage.

Staff was very friendly. The Twin room was spacious and even had a couch! Hotel is about a 7-minute walk from Hamamatsuchō station (very straightforward) and even closer to Daimon station.
