Good location

No hand towels or Shower mat provided, only 2 bath sheets. Really noisy with doors not closed properly so hall way lighting kept you awake. Take an eye mask, ear plugs and a plan B for parking. Breakfast was good but not worth £150 for 1 night.

The proximity to the local area and attractions

TV did not have the main channels I.e. BBC 1 and 2 or ITV 1. The hotel information stated there was a car park and ev charging. It was a small courtyard area, enough for 4 cars unless you double parked and the ev charger was a 3-pin plug and not easily accessible as cars were parked in front of it. The breakfasts were adequate.

Within easy access to local places of interest. The hotel had a friendly. ,homely atmosphere, and free parking.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Aberystwyth. Despite the hotel advertising parking, it took us around an hour to find a space and there was nothing available on site. This was particularly frustrating given the claims about accessibility and mobility. The staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. We were also asked to leave our car blocking in other cars and leave our keys at reception so staff could move the car while we were out, despite not being insured to do so. Our room clearly hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. We had to ask reception to send someone to hoover, and we were left with no clean towels, after asking we were the. given only one of each towel (hand towel, large towel) despite two people. Breakfast was poor, with food left under heat lamps looking unappetizing, and the staff were rude. Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, misleading accessibility information, and unprofessional service made this a very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The worst property ever. Horrible. Filthy, awful rooms. HORRIBLY RUDE staff! They say your room includes a bathroom and parking. Wrong. Bathroom in the hall and NO PARKING. And the most hateful staff I have ever come across in all my travels as a travel blogger. Shockingly awful.

Costata troppo, 2) Stanza molto più piccola rispetto a quanto dichiarato sul vostro sito in termini di size (Dichiarati 45mq, di fatto inferiore a 25mq bagno incluso). 3) Pulizia della stanza inesistente per tutto il soggiorno (3 notti) ad eccezione del cambio asciugamani. 4) Reception: pur riportando lamentele sulla dimensione della stanza che questa non era conforme a quanto definito sul vostro sito (45mq), non sono state accettate dichiarando che tutte le stanze matrimoniali erano di 45mq.

Location was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Car parking was terrible. The nearest car park was over 1/4 mile away. The hotel had at least 43 rooms and a car park for 6 vehicles which were taken by the staff. Breakfast was self service but was very chaotic. Tables were left a long time before plates were cleared away. I personally thought it was overpriced.

The room was big. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and fresh feeling. Sheets, pillows and towels were spotless.

Whilst housekeeping are working there were a lot of items and paperwork left in the corridors and stairs which were a bit dangerous.

Very disappointing stay, especially considering we paid around £330 for two rooms for one night. Private on-site parking was a major reason for choosing this property, but on arrival the car park was already full, with only around six spaces. We were told parking is first-come, first-served, but this was not clearly stated when booking. We were instead advised to park on the roadside at our own risk. We booked two double rooms and requested rooms next to each other, but were allocated rooms in separate buildings. Room 17 was also noticeably small and had several issues: very low shower pressure, faulty bathroom door latch, a torn towel and a bent curtain rail. The radiator had no apparent working control and was on despite the warm weather. The window could only open slightly and had no apparent safety mechanism. During the night, the window suddenly shut by itself, which was frightening and raised serious safety concerns. Overall, the stay was far below what we expected for the price. Multiple issues with parking, room allocation, maintenance, comfort and safety made the experience very disappointing.

The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was nice. The studio room was tidy and in a nice location on the ground floor - ideal for us as we had two children. Very nice location for exploring Aberystwyth.

I wasn't given any information at check-in, we were just given the key and shown to the room. I had to follow up later to ask about Wi-Fi and breakfast times. The room itself had a number of issues - one of the beds was broken - my son slept on it ok but he sunk right into it, and the fridge smelt strongly of curry. There was also remnants of food in the fridge so it hadn't been cleaned properly. I didn't raise any complaint as we were only there for one night. Parking can be difficult, although we knew that from other reviews.

No towel initially in my room on the first evening. Had to request for bottled water in the room on day 2. Street light directly outside the window. No parking available anywhere near the location. Awake all night with noise from pub goers in the street outside. Staff folding bedding in the same room where I was eating breakfast.

The hotel was lovely, spacious and clean. The staff were really polite and accommodating allowing us to check in neatly 3 hours early. The hotels location was great and to top it off we was served with a lovely delicious breakfast the following morning. We will definitely be coming back 😊

Great location and super friendly staff!

Great location, everything you needed for a family of four. Kitchenette with fridge, freezer and microwave. Breakfast was lovely every morning and all staff were very helpful. Bed was really comfy too.

To give more stars I would have just changed a few little things- needed a bin in the bathroom, bin liner needed in main bin, needed a bath mat and fridge needed a bit of a better clean.

The only trouble that we had was being unable to park on site the two nights that we were there we had to try and find somewhere else to park that is not what it says on the website

Room too small for price paid, did not look or feel like a superior room. Beds and pillows too hard and uncomfortable. No fans in room and none available, extremely hot so barely slept. No ice at the bar for drinks and no food available in evening. Breakfast disappointing quality. Carpets very worn upstairs in hallways.

Not sure you could call the bedroom accessible as you had to move the bed to get into bathroom .

When we arrived, we were not accommodated. We were sent somewhere else with no warning. As I had already paid, this is completely unacceptable. We were sent to a cheaper place with no offer of a refund. Do not book this hotel.

Extremely dated, tatty room. Not clean, broken sink, mould on bathroom wall. Unable to open window. Even though room was prepaid we left and found an alternative.

This is a neat old building and it’s the cheapest option I could find short notice. Surprisingly Good breakfast!

Just felt drab and worn out. Everything— but the carpets especially —smelled of smoke. The bed and pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable. I suppose I should not have been surprised when at 2am the fire alarm went off and we all waited outside in the night for at least 5 or 10 minutes not knowing what to do until someone- I guess the owner or a manager??- came in, shut off the alarm, and “checked something out” before vaguely apologizing and saying it was safe now. Not highly reassuring except it did seem clear this is something that had happened before, as he was able to handle it himself without any fire dept intervention. No one said anything about it to us in the morning after we all passed a pretty awful night of sleep so I can’t say it was exactly great customer service. I’m very comfortable roughing it but this is probably the worst place I’ve ever paid more than $25 to stay at.

I spoke to 1 person on the day before we were due to stay who was quite friendly and helpful.

I was messed around so much that I never got to stay at the hotel. We were moved to a cottage 8 miles out of town which was already occupied and ended up driving 4 hours home instead of staying in Aberystwyth. Day ruined!

Zonas comunes del hotel mal mantenidas y con aspecto de suciedad. Acceso a la habitacion con escaleras estrechas y moqueta en mal estado. Sin aire acondicionado. Baño pequeño con suelo sucio. Habitacion sin armario, ventilacion escasa y cristales sucios. Alta demanda en la ciudad debido a la semana de las graduaciones, eso no justifica para el precio abusivo pagado por una habitacion familiar que no llega a los minimos.

Room was small compared to other hotels. Room was very hot without air con made it difficult to sleep, due to this had to have the window wide open at night but people outside were very noisy as they walked by. Telephone didnt work. Toilet area and shower were small. Carpark was small only capable of parking for about 6 cars before being blocked in. Luckily we didnt need our car throughout our stay.

Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice and friendly staff. Room was big enough and clean.Location was good. We were shown to an overflow car park by a very friendly helpful man that works at the hotel.

I didn't like the hotel I had booked. It was supposed to be the Four Seasons Hotel, but when we arrived, the staff sent us to another hotel. They put five of us in a room meant for four, and in one of the rooms, the toilets didn't flush.

We got moved to the queensbridge hotel(wow) right on the front ,parking outside and the sea 10yds, hotel easy access ,room outstanding ,breakfast fantastic and the staff a credit to the owner (who we met) nice bloke,the staff ,reception even the janitor were great but,the girls who work in the breakfast bar fantastic all polite ,curtious and could,nt do enough for you ,thank you all for a great stay ,our place to go when visiting aberwysyrth

There was only 1 plug socket in the room (none by the bed) I booked a twin room for myself and my daughter. We had 2 twins pushed together and made up with one duvet that did not fill the duvet cover. When my daughter spoke to them about it (and asked for a second duvet) she was told that there was “Nothing they can do until tomorrow.” (We were checking out in the morning) and that “It should be set out as a twin” (it clearly wasn’t). Loud squeaky bathroom door handle. Broken window in the bathroom Damaged ceiling in the bedroom The shower could have woken the dead! The net curtain fell down when we opened the curtains The towel was stained While the breakfast selection was really good, the breakfast room was anything but a relaxing start to the day - no idea how those plates withstood the clearing process they were put through but the staff clearing the tables!

I booked and paid for a 2 bedroom suite. Or at least the description was a 2 bedroom... It was one room with 2 beds.

Room was a good size, shower was clean, they provided and refilled, coffee, tea and a new addition of bottled water

There was a lot of smears of something on window ledges and the bathroom door, curtains had staining on the backs and one of the single beds was broken and had a dip in it ( not the one my child was on fortunately)
