Beautiful property in a lovely location! Carole was really warm and welcoming. The room was wonderful, larger than expected and very comfortable. It may sound silly but having fresh berries at breakfast was the cherry on top for me with this stay will definitely book again

£90 for a very dated box room! Shower didnt work. Tried to sort it myself as it was early. No good. Host seemed to be inconveniences by my arrival at 9.30 pm.

Room was clean and well laid out. Seperate communal lounge in the wing we stayed in. The breakfast options were plenty and freshly cooked. Parking was easy.

The room was a little tired with some bathroom floor tiles cracked and the bathroom door stuck a bit.

Wonderful large annexe bedroom, well designed, plenty of light,firm large comfortable bed giving a great nights sleep, large walk in shower, loads of lovely little extra touches Carol was just like her full English breakfast, awesome Recommend if your in the area, it didn't disappoint x

Everything , Carol was brilliant very friendly and always available if help was needed . Very hard working and kept the place spotless , and her breakfasts were 10/10 . The room was spacious, good view and tea , coffee and biscuits available.

There was nothing we didn't like about Bridge Farm Hotel and would fully recommend it to anyone .

Very clean, spacious and Carol went above and beyond. She was friendly, welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and she provided everything you could need including a fantastic breakfast which included gluten free and dairy free options.

Wir hatten Zimmer zur Strasse, und die war tatsächlich stärker beansprucht, als man das in der Gegend erwartet hat!

Ensuite was quite small and the water pressure was not so strong

. However, what isn’t mentioned is that it is located on a very busy road. There was constant traffic noise throughout the night, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, I ended up getting very little rest because of the noise.

Absolute gem of a place, spend 3 comfortable nights. Very friendly host, breakfast made to order. Spotlessly clean. Ample parking... and you get a an actual key to room not a card. Brilliant.

As soon as I got in the car park a women came out and told me abruptly to move as she was expecting other guests. She gave me the most awful look. She seemed angry because I wasn't staying for breakfast. Very odd passive aggressive arrogant womsn

Everything was perfect, the room had everything I needed for a one night business stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and breakfast was made to order, cooked exceptionally quickly and delicious! Peaceful surroundings, very clean, the staff were really welcoming and friendly

The shower head holder had a slight crack so I couldn't quite keep the shower head where I wanted it, but I still had a lovely shower. Just needs a bit of TLC

The room was clean, airy & comfortable, the furnishings were lovely. Every detail had been taken care of, even a shower cap was provided. Warm fluffy towels, and a heated floor in the bathroom were fantastic. The courtyard was a lovely area to catch a little sun and enjoy the coffee provided in the room. Breakfast was delicious, with fruit and yoghurt, cereals, a full english breakfast, orange juice, coffee/Tea and toast and conserves. I will definitely return for future trips to the area as I couldn't fault anything. There was even ample parking when there were extra guests.

Comfortable room in a convenient place for our trip. Beautiful building of character and free parking available. Very enjoyable breakfast and an attentive hostess.

Traffic was surprisingly busy near Bridge Farm in the morning. We also found reception for the WiFi tricky but we understand this wasn't specific to Bridge Farm but more to the location.

The hotel was very close to the road with single glazed window, which was very noisy because of moving vehicles on the road as if they are coming in to the room. Not sure whh i have booked this hotel. Will never book

Location was just outside Leeds and off M1, perfect as I was at a conference at Ella's road the following day. Parking.

Thin walls to could hear next door taking a pee during the night. No option for food so had to venture back out after a long drive.

Breakfast was really good, lots of choice & everything cooked to perfection, I had poached eggs & they were really good my husband had cooked breakfast & said it was amazing. Carol is the perfect host, nothing to much trouble.

Room was perfect for me as I was travelling alone for work. The room was clean, comfy and welcoming. Breakfast was to die for, the owner makes it all fresh. Great coffee, fruit, full English. I've driven past this place so many times and not realised it was a hotel. I will be using it in future.

Road noise from 5 am Bed was a bit to soft for me ( personal choice ) We both felt the room was quite cold over night En-suite was very small and u couldn’t close the door properly Heater didn’t seem to work these are all really small issues and we liked our stay overall

Carol was very friendly and really made us feel welcome, even providing an extra room so our adult children didn’t have to share a bed. Breakfast was great and location perfect for the wedding we were attending.

The Manager was available when required and I was greeted in a friendly manner; she was genuinely interested in me and was appreciative of the custom. The room was lovely; very clean and a very comfy bed.

Can't be helped, but my room was next to the busy road and the traffic noise did disturb my sleep.

The location was great. Easy to find. The room was lovely & very clean. The breakfast was very good & served on a hot plate thank goodness. Plenty of it as well. Also it was lovely to sit in the courtyard & have our supper we brought with us. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you to our hosts.

The hotel was beautiful! The room was a fair size, with the bathroom being relatively large. The bed was really comfy and I didn't want to leave! It was very chilly in the morning, but once the heating came on, it became warm quickly. Breakfast was delicious, they are very accommodating to any dietary requirements (of course in advance), but we're very understanding to my partner's fussiness. I will absolutely be returning!

You could unfortunately hear people having conversations in the next room. The shower mat also covered the drain plug, so every few minutes you would have to bend over and pull it up to stop the shower from flooding.
