Bellissimo soprattutto la terrazza. Noi avevamo l'appartamento all'ultimo piano. Siamo stati benissimo

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta era la scala che dalla porta di ingresso porta alle camere.

Our apartment was huge, very spacious rooms and bathroom. It was in a beautiful building which was in a great location - view of the river, not directly in the centre so was more quiet but a short walk to some amazing restaurants.

No issues at all during our stay.

We stayed recently for 2 nights in the top floor penthouse apartment. There are 3 double rooms, 2 shower rooms, small kitchen with a sofa and 2 outdoor areas. There was 4 of us so had plenty of room. The rooftop terrace was wonderful - ourown private sunset over Florence.

Was a bit of a trek to get into the centre of Florence - probably 25min walk.

The apartment was truly beautiful, clean, and well-furnished. The location was perfect, with stunning views.

The room is not fully cleaned with waster left over in the fridge. The room is too close to the street and you could hear people talking and extremely noisy at night

Very nice property with spacious, high-ceilinged rooms. It has a lovely view and is close to the main tourist attractions, but located in a quieter, more peaceful neighborhood. We’ll definitely stay here again during our next visit to Florence.

Exceptional location and beautiful building

The view from the room was stunning and the layout and quality felt more like a luxury hotel suite rather than a self catering apartment. In the hot weather the air conditioning was essential and the drinking water fountain in the basement was really apprieciated

We loved the scale and layout of the apartment which was very comfortable for a family of 5 but the tiny dining table could just take 2 people which made eating in the apartment a challenge

Wow. This appartment is more than worth for a stay in Florence. The house itself is wonderful, the appartment is beautiful furnished, clean and well equipped. Free water is also available.

Totalmente recomendable. No está en el centro pero puedes llegar en 15 minutos andando. Parada de bus enfrente que te lleva a la Estación. Habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia, luminosa. Las camas eran cómodas y grandes. Vistas al río Arno. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Éramos 4 y no había menaje para todos. Faltaba algún vaso y cubierto.

We couldn’t get consistent WiFi, turned off more than on. No TV working. It’s too far away from the important historical sites

Loved how spacious the room was. Laundry room and filtered water downstairs were an absolute plus, as was the location. The one drawback, which of course the property could not control, was the kid above us who decided to do an obstacle course before 6am. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Amazing place and location

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

Spacious apartment, very light, great storage. Laundry facilities were great. Location is great. Very tidy.

Nothing much to say. A few bits of paint need freshening up, and a few repairs to little bits like the shelf in the shower, but nothing major. Had issues with a few power outlets, I struggled to plug into a few of them.

Everything was absolutely top-notch and premium. I would confidently say this is the most elite place to stay in Florence. From the perfect room amenities and comfort to the incredible location and exceptional staff—everything was just magnificent. ​Highly recommended! I will definitely be back.

The apartment was very roomy, decorated cute, clean, and cool. It was in a good location.

The neighbors left their baby screaming for hours! We were awake from two am all the way through until five am. We tried to contact someone and no one responded. If we would have been able to sleep it would have been a 9 score. The screaming and crying for hours on end and the door connecting us to the neighbors that was locked gave no sound barrier. Hours of screaming and crying! We were up and showered at 5 am due to this! Exhausted in the heat and no sleep does not make a trip pleasant.

Wonderfully quiet location across the Arno away from the madding crowd. Beautifully appointed apartment and very comfortable beds. Efficient air conditioning and good shower. Highly recommended.

We really liked the location, being able to sit up in the rooftop terrace and look at the view was fabulous. Walking distance to everything, the bus stop was just outside. The rooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the lift up to the floor where the apartment was located.

We thought the layout of the kitchen could be improved.

The service was extremely slow. Takes circa. 30 minutes for order a round of two drinks at the bar as they insist on table service and then disappear.

From us, a perfect 10 stars! Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Florence’s historic center, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and made our stay even more special. Excellent value for money and everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Serristori Palace to anyone visiting Florence. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Clean, comfortable and good location.

l liked the comfort and cleanliness of room as well as the view. Shower was big for Europe!

The location wasn't great if you wanted to go back to the room as l did because needed a break from the heat. Not much nearby for food. The only thing close was Piazza Michaelangelo. l reserved a non refundable room which was foolish of me because l needed to change dates to have someone to go with and they refused to change dates even though dates available. Front desk guy nice but l not great about knowing about buses that stop right out front. Bus 28 does stop there even though he told me l had to walk across bridge.

Very clean close to a lot of things

This was a really nice and spacious apartment. Very beautiful ! Location was a 15 min walk into the centre of florence. One main road which was busy but no noise disturbance. We arrived with our hire car and the staff told us two options for parking. We also received lots of information via emails before our arrival. We managed to park near a tower just around the corner of the one way system back to the main road and left it there during our stay. You paid by the hour from 8am - 8pm and free overnight. I can't remember how much the parking was but it worked out cheaper than using the garage. The rooms, beds and bathroom were gorgeous with a nice little balcony. We would definelty stay here again if visiting Florence in the future. We were able to use the storage cupboard near the reception for our luggage before checking in and the day after when we checked out. It wasn't locked but the main door to the building is locked with reception around all the time.

The only issue we came across was with the kitchen facilities. There were no wine glasses which was a shocker for Italy! And for the children cereal in the morning we had to use large glass bowls as there were no cereal type bowls in the cupboard. Other than that it was lovely.

Grosses, komfortables Appartement direkh am Arno. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Küchenzeile. Stadtzentrum und Uffizien sind in 15 Minuten zufuss erreichbar. Trotzdem.ist man aus dem Touristentrubel heraussen.

Una resistenza storica restaurata e dotata di tutti i comfort, in un quartiere storico e ad una breve passeggiata da Ponte Vecchio. La stanza era come appare sul sito, pulitissima. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di loro, lo staff è stato pronto e disponibile.

לקחנו את הפנטהאוז, לא מתאים לכל אחד משום שיש לעלות מדרגות חדות יחסית לחדר, התכנון של החדר קצת בעייתי, חדר מתוך חדר, חדר הרחצה המשותף נמצא בכניסה לחדר ואז עולים במדרגות תלולות לחדרי השינה.

Very good location! On street parking was found very quickly by the tower on the one way area to get back from the main road that the accommodation is situated on. You do not pay from 8pm to 8am so we found this cheaper than the garage you could have used. Check in was easy and there was a secure room for our luggage as we arrived super early to enjoy Florence. The morning we checked out we also used the room for the luggage rather than pop it in the boot and risk being broken into. We only stayed for 24 hours. The rooms were nice and beds comfortable. The only downfall was there were no wine glasses 😳. And the kitchen food bowls were a little limited. So cereal in the morning for the kids were eaten out of large glass bowls as the pasta bowls wouldn’t have held the milk well. And there was no iron found. Other than that it was lovely! Lovely balcony which we didn’t get much use of due to being in Florence centre the whole time. We would stay again.

Everything was amazing - the view, the room, the amenities. As tourists, we really appreciated the laundry room and seating area downstairs, as well as the water refill station - it is a nice touch. It is in a great location and easy to walk to everything on both sides of the canal. We chose to Taxi to and from the train station, only as we had luggage. But this is about a 30min walk otherwise, through the main retail area.
