We hadden een mooi uitzicht over de zwarte zee, de locatie was goed, vlakbij de markt, zee en bezienswaardigheden

Het parkeren is een drama, veel te druk, kleine ruimte die gedeeld moet worden met de autoverhuur, het personeel aan de receptie is onvriendelijk, beter kan je parkeren vlakbij de moskee voor een klein bedrag

تم حجز جناج من غرفتين نوم صاله معيشه وعند الحضور الحجز غير متوفر وعطاء غرفه واحد لمده يوم وبعد المطالبات مع الاستقبال تم تعديل الي غرفتين نوم صغيره جدا غير ماتم حجزه وبعد مراسله بوكنق مشكوره تم تعويضي جزء من المبلغ لان الفندق غير صادق ويعتمد علي القروبات اكثر من الافراد يعني لو حاجز وجاء قروب ممكن بعطيه غرفتك عادي لان عند الخروج حصلت عائله عند الاستقبال نفس المشكله

المعلومات في بوكنق مو نفسها بالفندق، اخذنا غرفتين وغرفة صالة معيشة، ويوم وصلنا لقينا غرفتين بس وبينهم باب وحمام واحد ومو نفس الصوره! والموظف لا يتحدث لا العربيه ولا الانجليزيه

We booked a family suite but were given a family room. We raised this immediately with staff. The description on bookings.com did not match what we were given. The bedding configuration we received was a family room not a family suite. Obviously the family suite costs more than the family room so we are frustrated that we were not compensated. The staff said that they will raise this with the manager the following day but no one spoke to us. We were also disappointed with housekeeping. We had to constantly was for toilet paper to be restocked and to provide us adequate bath towels. We kept on getting 3 towels when we are a family of 4. Breakfast was average. Overall we left disappointed.

We booked three nights in a room with a balcony. On the first evening, when we arrived, we were told that an employee had made a mistake and that there was no balcony room available for us. As a result, we were given a room without a balcony. The following day, we were moved to a room with a balcony. Considering what happened, we asked for some form of compensation for the first night, when we did not receive the room we had booked. We were told that this was not possible. Apart from that, the breakfast was very, very poor. On two mornings, the omelette ran out and was not replaced. When we asked if more omelette could be brought out, we were told that the manager had not bought any eggs. Very strange.

WARNING! You may be deceived by this hotel. We booked a room at this hotel, but they refused to give us the room we had reserved, making countless excuses. In reality, they had simply sold our Booking.com reservation to someone else. After a long argument, they offered us a room at another hotel instead. We had traveled a long distance, and our children were already exhausted, so we had no choice but to accept. The alternative hotel they offered, Park Square Hotel, was in terrible condition. We took photos of the room as evidence. Don’t be tempted by the low prices—be careful. P.S. The ceiling in the hotel’s parking garage is very low. If you have a tall vehicle, you won’t be able to park there.

قريبة من شاطي جانتا بمكن الذهاب من خلال درج المشاة بجوار الفندق+ قربها من الميدان

وانت طالع من الفندق للميدان مشي فيه طلعه قوية الصراحة ومتعبه جدا جدا

مكتوب انه توجد مكيفات ولاكن حاره وكلمنا الاستقبال وقال خلاص ضبطتها ونفسها ماتغيرت … الفطور غير جيد .. الموظفون الي يقدمون خدمة الفطور تعاملهم غير جيد .. والسخانات لاتعبئ وإطلاله الفندق ع البحر جزيئة غير واضحه

De prijs kwaliteitsverhouding zit goed. De kamer was proper en werd iedere dag ook gepoetst, nieuwe dekbedden en handdoeken. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt is ok.

Een parkeerplaats vinden, was echt iedere dag een uitdaging. Het ontbijt was ruim voldoende maar iedere dag exact hetzelfde, een beetje afwisseling is aan te raden.

ازعاج السيارات ، يمكن لان غرفتي مطله على الشارع ماعرف لكن حتى صوت جارك اللي بالغرفه اللي جنبك تسمعه بس عادي ارجع اسكن عندهم

مكان الاقامه طلعه ومعي والدتي كبيره سن الموظفين قليل موظف الاستقبال بمفرده لايوجد من يقوم بحمل الحقائب خدمه ذاتيه بمفردك لايوجد شطاف في الحمام بوفيه الافطار مقبول ولكن شكشوكه البيض بالطماطم يوجد بها رائحه كانت تجربتي في الإقامه غير موفقه في إختيار اليوم اجازه ووصولنا ليلا كل المحلات المجاوره مغلقه

الي بالصور يختلف عن الواقع والمواقف بصعوبه تجدها وغير متفاعلين الموظف في ايجاد موقف وقفت قدام الفندق مرتين ودون اي تفاعل من موظفي الفندق ممى تسبب لي بغرامه من البوليس

النظافة والأثاث قديم والافطار جدا عادي

موقع قريب من الميدان والشاطئ تنظيف الغرف يوميا بدوم سؤال طاقم عمل متعاون وفطور جميل

حصلت ع غرفه ع شارع وكان صوت السيارات عالي وعزل النوافذ تعبان الفندق ع رفعه ممكن ما يناسب الاطفال او كبار السن

Excellent stay! The hotel is spotless and rooms are cleaned every single day. The location is perfect, right near Trabzon Meydan and the sea, with a taxi station just across the street. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is amazing with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du Mayden et de la mer Noire Le prix pour une seule nuit debpassage

Ce n'est pas comme présenté sur les photos Les meuble sont très anciens, les draps sont usés, le papier peint doit être changé. La propreté laisse à désirer. Le petit déjeuner est très limite. Le chauffage difficile à régler. Le personnel de réception ne comprennent l'anglais mais ils sont corrects

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The place was amazing, clean, fresh and located right in the centre of the city. We just loved it!

During our few days at this hotel, we truly felt very comfortable. The room was both practical and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The entire hotel was clean, and you could tell that attention had been given to every little detail—those small touches really made a difference. Breakfast was a nice surprise! Eating on the terrace in the fresh air was really enjoyable, and there were plenty of options to choose from. Starting the mornings this way was energizing and set a great tone for the day. But what stood out the most was the staff. They were always smiling, genuinely helpful, and their kindness felt completely natural and sincere. All of this together made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely enjoyable. If we visit Trabzon again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we could tell how thoughtful both the location and the staff were. Being so close to the city’s attractions made it easy to walk everywhere, and we could enjoy our plans without wasting any time. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we had a question, they responded immediately, and their warmth made us feel completely comfortable. It never felt like they were just doing their job—they truly seemed to want to help. The rooms were also very comfortable, and cleanliness was noticeable everywhere. Overall, with its central location and welcoming, attentive staff, our stay was very enjoyable. If we visit Trabzon again, we would happily stay here without hesitation.

The only issue, we booked quadruple room, but we were given the triple room.
