Reviewed Jun 29, 2022Was not informed of exhorbitant parking charges during check-in. No receipt given even for regulatory required taxes. Rude and treated as if we are begging to stay eg was unpolitely informed of RM200 fine if shoes left at doorway, RM200 fine for other things, etc.......
