Die Ausstattung war grundsätzlich sehr gut, nur in der Küche fehlte ein Geschirrtuch und eine Ablage für gespülte Gläser und Tassen.

Śniadania mimo, że w cenie słabe. Cały tydzień to samo. Crousant lub bagietka + napój (kawa, sok). Produkty kiepskiej jakości. Apartament nazywany De Lux jak dla mnie nie odpowiadał takiemu standardowi.Sypialnia mroczna,bez okna

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Ich finde die Wohnung wirklich schön. Die Lage ist ansich auch super. Die Einrichtung ist auch schön.
Es war nicht ganz sauber geputzt. Aber was das schlimmate ist, der Lärm! Es ist immer laut, da sich direkt darunter eine Kneipe befindet. Wenn man zum Stiegenhaus/Lift geht, geht man ein kleines Stück durch diese Kneipe. Als Frau wird man natürlich von den zahlreichen alkoholisierten Männern begafft und teilweise angesprochen. Die Straße direkt daneben ist stark befahren, viele laute Motorräder. Was auch ein Minuspunkt ist, der Lift. Es hat maximal eine Person mit Koffer platz. Wir hatten einen Kinderwagen dabei, der passte nicht in den Lift.

Pimentävät verhot olisi ollut hyvä. Meteliä kuuluu kadulta,tosin nukuttua kyllä sai. Poreamme oli kiva mutta jo hyvin vanha,olisi uusimisen tarvetta olisi.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Good location, public transport at the doorstep, and even though the street is quite busy and noisy, the apartment is very quiet all the time. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning service is great.
The WiFi is very slow, it's almost useless except for sending and receiving messages. It wasn't much of a problem to me, but be aware if you're planning on doing any work while staying there.

No volveria porque,para ser un piso no tienen donde tender la ropa humeda,no tienen lavadora,lo mas importante para un apartamento.Fijate que yo queria cojer una semana y al final coji 3 noches,iba con dos niños.Venir de la playa tenia que lavar ropa etc.Eso estropea el apartamento....por mi no volveria nunca mas,solo por no tener lavadora.

С одной стороны, мы получили действительно огромное помещение, в котором были кухня-гостиная, 2 спальни и 2 санузла (один из них в мастер-спальне и с большим джакузи), полноценная просторная квартира. Но при этом внизу есть полноценный ресепшен (где можно в том числе оставить чемоданы на безопасное хранение при раннем заезде и даже переодеться в отдельной комнате, если во время ожидания вы хотите прогуляться до пляжа), есть кафе с напитками, закусками и завтраками; в номерах ежедневно убираются (что лично я вообще в первый раз встречаю в апарт-отеле). Весь персонал невероятно дружелюбный и заботливый (как и в других отзывах, отдельно отмечу Павла, управляющего кафе – он очень много помогал советом во время пребывания на тему того, куда лучше сходить или что попробовать, и просто очень приятный человек)), расположение отличное – до центра и интересовавших нас достопримечательностей легко можно дойти пешком. Словом - очень понравилось!
Единственный момент, который я бы предложила улучшить – в апартаментах не было чайника. Этот момент легко решался во время нашего пребывания – можно было спуститься в кафе внизу, где вам нальют горячей воды, но мне кажется, что с наличием собственного чайника в номере (особенно при наличии кухни) отдых мог стать еще более удобным. В остальном - все отлично!

Vicino al centro e a tutto...metro supermarket e con una camminata di 10 minuti eravamo al mare Abbiamo usufruito della colazione e abbiamo trovato una gentilezza da parte di Laura..la barista Un soggiorno in famiglia molto bello.

Ils mettent à disposition des jus, du vin et de l’eau dans le réfrigérateur, mais ces produits occupent presque deux étages complets. Il ne faut pas les toucher sauf si vous souhaitez les consommer et les payer ; sinon, vous devez les laisser tels quels. Il n’y a pas de parking et l’ascenseur est vraiment très étroit : avec les bagages, c’est assez compliqué. Il n’y a pas non plus de sèche-linge pour les serviettes. Concernant le jacuzzi, attention : tous les appartements n’en disposent pas. Personnellement, j’avais réservé cet hébergement notamment pour profiter du jacuzzi, mais une fois sur place, on m’a indiqué que mon appartement n’en avait pas. Je vous conseille donc de bien vérifier au moment de la réservation que le logement choisi comprend réellement un jacuzzi. Enfin, l’insonorisation n’est pas bonne. J’ai eu beaucoup de bruit provenant de l’extérieur pendant la nuit, au point de ne pas pouvoir dormir correctement.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Alloggio in buona posizione, trasporti comodi e spiaggia raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi. Nei paraggi ci sono piccoli supermercati e il mercato centrale.
Per chi vuole mangiare a casa, la situazione pentole non è ottimale, mancano tovagliette, olio, sale ecc… Il divano era un po’ macchiato e con sabbiolina. Consiglierei un copri divano. Consiglierei di dedicare un po’ di attenzione a questi aspetti. La doccetta era inutilizzabile a causa del tubo rotto. Dopo segnalazione e’ stato sostituito il giorno dopo.

Los pasillos, escaleras y ascensor que llevan a las habitaciones son muy estrechos, incluso agobiantes. La cafetería también es pequeñísima y no está bien preparada para ofrecer el desayuno que habíamos contratado… el servicio fue lento y, por otro lado, no paraba de atravesarla personal con productos de limpieza y ropa sucia. También tuvimos problema con los productos del baño: no fueron repuestos el segundo día, lo reclamamos en recepción, y nos explicaron que se habían quedado sin stock y que no podían hacer nada.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Super położenie, naprawdę duży apartament z śniadaniami w pakiecie (croissant lub tost + sok + ciepły napój), bardzo blisko stacji Mercat skąd odchodzą tramwaje na całe Wybrzeże, plaża i stare miasto w odległości spaceru, blisko przystanek z autobusem lotniskowym i sklepy (Mercadona dosłownie parę minut pieszo!)
Niesamowicie niósł się dźwięk zamykanych drzwi na korytarzu od innych mieszkań (innych dźwięków nie było słychać!) - parę razy aż wystraszyłam się że ktoś wchodzi do naszego apartamentu :) Na trzy noce na dwie osoby trzy małe saszetki z płynem pod prysznic - trochę mało dla osób które przyjechałyby bez swoich kosmetyków :) Mini bar zajmuje większość lodówki więc brakuje trochę miejsca na własne produkty

Vastaanottovirkailija illalla oli todella kärttyisän oloinen. Jäi epäselväksi missä aamupala on tai muita järjestelyjä. Aamupalan saaminen oli sekavaa. Huoneen levitettävä vuodesohva oli huonokuntoinen ja epämukava. Yöpöydältä löytyi kaksi ötökkää jotka google lens tunnisti luteiksi. Hissillä ei päässyt kulkemaan matkalaukkujen kanssa kun se oli täynnä siivousvälineitä. En tulisi uudelleen.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026El apartamento es muy bonito y moderno. Muy limpio con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Las camas cómodas y amplias. Tener jacuzzi nos ha permitido tener un rato de relax antes de salir a cenar por Alicante.
La única pega es que el comedor del desayuno es muy pequeño con mesas para dos personas y al ser 4 no nos dejaban juntarlas por motivos de espacio. En la terraza solo dos de las mesas tenían sombra por lo que había que esperar para poder desayunar tranquilas.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026O alojamento fica no centro, perto do Mercado. Tem transporte público direto para o Aeroporto autocarro nº C6. Tem metro e autocarros para se deslocar para qualquer ponto de Alicante. Há cafés, bares, restaurantes e supermercados na zona circundante. A praia é acessível a pé. O apartamento é muito espaçoso e o ar condicionado é perfeito. Muito limpo, tem limpeza diária. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos.
Na minha opinião, o pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor. A carta é bastante limitada, com pouca variedade e poucas opções de escolha.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The apartment was very comfortable, clean and cosy. There was good air con in the apartment. Despite being located in a busy area, the apartment was very quiet. Staff are very friendly, and the adjacent cafe is a bonus. Can definitely recommend.

Elevator was a bit scary and working very slowly. The main shower door needs to be repaired. Are shower curtains even a thing anymore :)

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026El apartamento estaba limpio. El desayuno normal. Tuvimos problemas con la vitro, no funcionaba y vinieron a cambiarla. El colchón de la cama algo incómodo, se sentían los muelles.
Eran las fiestas de San Juan y nos encontramos con calles cortadas, vallados para las berbenas,olor a pis y vómitos. Muchísima gente y música hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Parking privado carisimo. Si quieres conocer la ciudad NO VAYAS EN ESTAS FECHAS!! NO SE PUEDE VER NADA!

No me gustó que cuando llegué a la habitación, tenía la basura de la cocina llena de restos y oliendo mal de la anterior reserva , también cuando encencí los chorros del jacuzzi salían trozos marrones de cosas que no se que serían y me mancha a toda el agua y por ultimo y lo que mas me ha molestado, yo me he alojado con esta 4 veces y esta ha sido la unica vez que me han avisado y exigido un dinero del mini bar que yo no utilicé , dije varias veces que no había consumido nada de el mini bar y aún asi seguian dando por hecho que si y me amenazaron con que si no lo abonaba, no podría quedarme nunca más en ningúno de sus hoteles. Hay que llevar un mejor control del mini bar de lo que se gasta y repone, para no pagarlo con el nuevo cliente . Porque es muy grave acusar y poco profesional. Gracias

Las habitaciones tienen una especie de ventana muy pequeña que daba a un patio interior. Desde la suite matrimonial, la “ventana” quedaba dentro del baño, es decir, que no había ventanas directamente en una de las habitaciones. Por otra parte, tanto el sofá como los grifos de los baños estaban bastante sucios, lo que te hace pensar en que lo demás, aunque no se vea tan claramente, tampoco se limpia con mucho esmero.
