Creo que debería haber una opción más amplia para poder cenar en la noche en el Riad .

It was really clean and surprisingly very quiet for being so central. Locket calm atmosphere, super comfortable beds and good air con. The interior decor and the roof terrace was lovely.

Although I don’t drink a lot it would have been nice to have a glass of wine with dinner or a cocktail in the early evening. Although I think the hotel is applying for a licence.

La ubicación es perfecta. Quizás el problema ha sido que cuando fuimos era temporada baja y no estaba el Riad al 100%.

No bebida alcohólicas, no servicio para estar por la tarde tomando algo y algo de picar. Tener que avisar por la mañana si vas a cenar o no y que vas a cenar.

Nos gustó todo, el desayuno, comida y cena riquísimo tido y el personal maravilloso, super amables y pendientes de que estuviésemos lo mejor posible. Especial mención para Yusef, un encanto. Nuestro vuelo era a la noche y nos dejó una de las habitaciones a nuestra disposición para poder resguardarnos del fuerte calor de la tarde y poder disfrutar del Riad. Encantadas, volveremos sin duda, eso si, en diciembre, agosto demasiado calor. 😂

La ubicació, la decoració, el tracte del personal, el suport per qualsevol necessitat complementaria: desplaçaments, excursions, visites, menjars, i trasllats a l'aeroport.

El servicio es impecable, la habitación muy confortable, las instalaciones, en general, en perfecto estado. El desayuno muy completo y las estancias comunes, muy bien.

Todo bien.. Únicamente, que venimos en pareja y nos hubiese gustado estar en una cama doble y no en dos camas.

Ce Riad a un charme incroyable, à deux minutes de marche à peine de la place Jemaa El-Fna. Un emplacement idéal donc, avec un personnel très prévenant et des prestations haut de gamme !

El Riad es realmente un lugar al que quieres volver después de la intensidad de Marrakesh! Es un lugar maravilloso, las habitaciones cómodas, el desayuno súper completo y exquisito y la decoración es hermosa. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería!

Hay mejores opciones calidad-precio ya que, aunque la decoración es bonita, está todo muy antiguo. Mesa y estancia del desayuno poco cuidada.

Bel riad nel cuore della Medina, atmosfera rilassata, arredi di gusto e terrazza panoramica con piccola piscina per un momento di relax dopo i vari giri. In stanza ti fanno trovare delle pantofole in pelle tipiche che ti invitano a portare poi con te a fine soggiorno.

La pulizia non era il massimo soprattutto nelle aree comuni. Le stanze non hanno la chiave, dicono per avere un’atmosfera più casalinga però è qualcosa che dovrebbero fa scegliere agli ospiti. In camera c’è comunque in cassaforte, un po’ desueta in verità. Il bagno è scarno di prodotti, c’era solo il doccia schiuma e lo shampoo, consiglio di mettere almeno una crema per il corpo. Il personale è carino e gentile ma poco preparato con le lingue straniere.

El desayuno es absolutamente espectacular (pedid los huevos abracadabra) y la ubicación inmejorable, a 2 minutos andando de la plaza. Te tratan de manera exquisita, todos los detalles, y te hacen sentir como en casa. Tienen servicio de transfer (para aeropuerto) y no dejéis de visitar la casa abracadabra, en las afueras, para un hamman y un servicio de masaje. Totalmente recomendable.

Quizá podría tener algo más de oferta en la carta del restaurante.

Es un oasis dins de la Medina. Acollidors, amables i servicials al extrem. Ha sigut un experiencia meravellosa.

El Riad es muy coqueto, decoración muy bonita y agradable. El gerente muy amable en todo momento. Al ir entre semana y tener habitaciones más grandes libres, nos ofreció sin abonar ningún extra una suite superior. El hotel está ubicado en el centro de la medina, muy cerca de la plaza principal de Marrakesh, a 5 minutos.

el mejor Riad de Marrakech, sin duda. Una maravilla de lugar, tranquilo y muy céntrico en la Medina. Personal excelente. Ambiente y decoración maravillosos, quedamos gratamente sorprendidos. Un diez en todos los aspectos!

Los cuartos están poco aislados y hay un poco de ruido, pero asumible por lo bonito que es y el personal super amable!

Espectacular remanso de paz con todas las comodidades

El alojamiento absolutamente perfecto. Solo algunas personas incívicas que no cumplieron las normas y llegaron tarde por la noche dando gritos despertándonos a todos. Dudo que sea lo habitual.

We travelled as a group of 6 friends and booked 5 rooms at the Riad (2 x Deluxe Rooms; 3 x Suites). Every room was beautifully furnished, very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The only difference was the size of the rooms - the deluxe rooms simply being slightly smaller. The staff were superb - both before and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the email that we received pre-arrival was full of superb tips and suggestions. The location of the Riad was also ideal for us - as we wanted to be in the medina - and easy to locate (taxis can't reach it but instead you are dropped off at the petrol station at the Jemaa el-Fnaa. Its then a 10 min walk to the Riad - easily doable alone - but the hotel can also arrange a porter if you have heavier bags. Breakfast was plentiful. Water pressure/water temperature was also fine. And although they don't advertise a laundry service, the housekeeping staff happily washed some t-shirts for me which I'd managed to stain with Pomegranate juice - and its personal touches like this that made the Riad so special. Definitely felt like you were a house-guest rather than a hotel guest. Highly recommend.

The Riad is close to a mosque so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. This is not a criticism of the Riad, more an observation - its all part of the experience of being within the Medina.

Fantastisk Riad centralt i Marrakech. Otroligt hjälpsam och vänlig personal. Riaden är fantastiskt inredd och rummen otroligt fina. Terrassen är jätte mysig att koppla av på. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka.

Het Riad is prachtig, met veel smaak ingericht, tot in de kleinste details. Verse bloemen en verse koekjes op de kamer. Leren slofjes, het bedlinnen en de handdoeken geborduurd met logo, prachtig! De locatie kan niet beter, hartje centrum! Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam

The riad is gorgeous! And I love the details of it and of course the location was really accessible.. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant even though they weren't fluent in English, but we appreciated their kindness.

The rooms were smaller than expected considering the price. The bathroom drainage wasn't very good.

El ruido de los huéspedes y tener una sala de oración en el patio de al lado que no te avisan que a las 6 de la mañana te vas a despertar

Todo , personal muy amable . Comimos un día menú express y estaba fantástico pero super la cena marroquí que no prepararon . Todos los transfers super bien organizados y el guía quizás lo único que estaba bien organizado pero era un poco flojo .

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Abracadabra. The riad is beautiful, very calm compared to the busy Medina, and the rooftop terrace is lovely. Everything was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful – they assisted us throughout our stay and organized all transfers perfectly.

The only downside is the location: since taxis cannot reach the riad inside the Medina, we had to walk to and from Jemaa el-Fna square several times a day, which can be quite chaotic, especially if you don’t know Marrakech beforehand.

Todo es bonito y con buen gusto. Llegar ha Riad Abracadabra es llegar a un hogar aunque no hayas estado antes. Una vez que estás allí, todo va bien. El personal es excelente. La habitación es limpia, acogedora y agradable. La piscina o la zona de estar es para disfrutarlo y el personal es muy amable. Todo es fácil.

The location was amazing - a sanctuary in the centre of the souks! Our room was brilliant too, for four people sharing.

Service by the pool and a readily available drinks/food menu would have been great.

Great stay, right in the centre of the medina. The staff were lovely and accommodating , and we had little souvenirs upon our arrival :). Breakfast was good, and the rooftop has amazing views

The location was in the centre so there were always noises. If you’re sensitive to sounds, it would be hard to sleep

What a stunning Riad, a joy to stay in, a real magical yet peaceful wonder only steps away from the hustle and bustle of the souks. The staff were really attentive and sweet. The breakfast was gorgeous, especially when we had it outside on the roof terrace this morning in the quiet sunshine.

Very authentic and a good sized room. The roof terrace was lovely for chilling out. The whole building was stylishly decorated well with nice furniture touches. The atrium is beautiful. The staff were amazing.

There was no lift so some may struggle but we were fine. The location means you cannot get taxis to/from the door, you need to walk 150m into the main square.

The room was amazing. One thing that I would suggest for improvements is to have Windows that kept the noise of the streets out.

Absolutely stunning riad, centrally located but a complete oasis of calm. We loved the breakfast with seasonal fruit (the figs were incredible), the beds are super comfortable, the roof top terrace gives a great view of the hiding atlas mountains and the cool pool is perfect to melt away the heat of the day. Staff were discreet and attentive. 10/10. Will recommend to all our friends.

Amazing staff, very kind and professional.

Very difficult to access the Riad, it's deep within the souk, on one of the parallel streets. I went by Tuk Tuk from another Riad and the driver got lost like three times. It's also hard to access in the afternoon or evening; Tuk Tuks don't want to venture into the souk because it's very crowded. I had to walk in heels at night from the Riad to Djemaa el Fna square where I could catch a taxi, on a cobblestone floor, with some puddles, and with street vendors harassing you.

Well….I thought it would be a cut above, as the prices were high. BUT - no television, no refrigerator, no kettle to make tea or coffee. There is also no tea/coffee in the atrium lobby, only at breakfast on the rooftop. Also, of course, there is no fitness center. I haven’t been in a hotel without these amenities for 40 years. The shower and sink had mold, and it was dark and dim inside. It seemed clean enough, though. Breakfast was adequate, but was the same every day. Staff members were kind. The location is chaotic, right in the medina, with motorcycles coming at you both ways as you carry your luggage. I would choose a hotel next time.

Beautiful Riad, attentive and helpful staff and great location. Rooftop was a great place to relax and escape from the Medina.
