Chasse Boutique Hotel

Clean lovely large room with lots of storage bathroom new and clean

A 25 min walk into the centre but we got a tram

The front desk staff was very amiable and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a great deal of choice on the buffet. We chose this hotel because they offer bike rental at the front desk.

Price was high but perhaps competitive for a big city.

Size of the apartment.

Bed uncomfortable.Didn't change out towels or sheets,. TV was way across the room and low quality,. Didn't change out coffee and tea. Didn't take dirty cups. Man at front desk terribly grumpy.

Buona posizione

Non molto pulita

Alles

Nichts

Stanza sempre pulita ed in ordine. Bollitore e macchinetta del caffè in stanza. Frutta fresca alla reception. Personale gentile Stanza grande e bagno con doccia e servizi grande e comoda. Aria condizionata presente

Very centrally located. Staff were very nice

Would have liked to have breakfast included

Desayuno buena cantidad

Gracias

Staff was great and breakfast was wonderful!!

Stanza spaziosa con balconcino delizioso. Ottima colazione, molto silenzioso.

The room was lovely and the balcony a bonus, area very quiet, great breakfast options, luggage storage, great staff.

All was good!

posizione ottima, colazione ottima, camera ampia e confortevole

moquettes nelle parti comuni (corridoio camere)

Location, stuff.

Cleanliness. The mirror in the bathroom was all of spots.

Comfortabele bedden en ruime badkamer Uitstekend en uitgebreid ontbijt Vriendelijk personeel

Big, spacious room and clean. Balcony was a big bonus. Great service by staff. Good breakfast options

Location is a bit out but near the hotel within 6-10 minutes there are good cafes, restaurants

Lokalita, klid, snidane a mily personal

Slaby tlak vody ve sprše

Colazione e ampiezza camera con terrazzo

Cattivo odore in bagno

Letto e colazione

L'accueil des personnels

Rien à signaler

Quiet street, near to the number 13 and 19 tram stop for quick access to the rest of the city.

A little bit expensive for us to afford to come more than once in a while.

Spacious room and bathroom Nice balcony

Little far from the centre

Excellent location, very clean room and breakfast was phenomenal!

Lovely hotel with great decor. Room was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Liked that they had a bowl of fruit at the front desk which you could take as you wanted. Close to tram stop

Really no fault of the hotel, but there is a childcare facility nearby and the children can get very noisy in the morning.

Onun dışında her şey mükemmel.

Super nice staff, excellent room, great location and everything very clean!

The Hotel is located in a very nice and quite neighborhood, only 10min by tram from the city center ! The rooms are very big and comfortable !

Improve the quality of toiletries provided, they are very basic.

Good location. Friendly staff.

Attic room with low ceiling. No lift so had to carry 3x 25kg luggage up 3 floors of stairs.

Bella camera ottima posizione e buona colazione

Very beautiful, clean, cozy hotel, good breakfast, nice stuff, thank you!

No elevator

Really nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfasts. Our room was spacious, clean, had a generously sized bathroom, a nice balcony, and reasonably good air conditioning (which was a great relief during a hot week). The hotel is very well located with public transport and local shops within easy reach.

The TV in the room was pretty basic and didn't cope well with streaming content.

La posizione leggermente decentrata ma facilmente raggiungibile. Molto silenziosa.

The room that we had was situated in the attic and the spaces was very tiny and uncomfortable because of the roof beans that we had to avoid when we get of the bed . Also the interior of the room and of the hotel was so outdated.

Limpio y espacioso

Todo bien

Located in a quiet and safe area of Amsterdam, very close to the tramway. Rooms are spacious, clean, have all the necessities. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice.

Would be nice to have a coffee machine, bathrobes and slippers in the room

Camera spaziosa, pulita, ben arieggiata e molto silenziosa. Colazione con ampia scelta in una sala molto spaziosa.

The breakfast

Great location

all went well

wish there was a cafe or bar

Room amazing Breakfast very good Staff lovely

Location in nice quiet area

Carpet on stairs quite grubby

Good location, nice quiet area. Rooms are very large, especially for Europe.

There was construction during our stay, which at times started a bit early in the morning.

Reception spacious & simple - smart hotel without being pretentious Bed was very comfortable Staff were very helpful & capable Breakfast was good

We booked 3 rooms for a family birthday celebration weekend. We all felt we would like a nightlight & the lamps were too bright to use for this. When you are in a different place & you wake up in the night it’s helpful to be able to see the room.

Location is excellent. It's in a great area with lots of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants. And the tram is across the street.

Tutto ottimo

The room was gorgeously decorated. We had the family quarters for a family of five and there was more than enough room. The bedrooms are large, beds are comfortable, and in general very fresh. The breakfast is 100% worth the few exta euro.

The bathroom could have had a few more toiletries included (body lotion and conditioner specifically). The bathroom itself was absolutely beautiful, though.

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Some had just been renovated and new. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was in a nice area and it was easy to get to the center of Amsterdam.

We were a group with many rooms, one had older furniture and a bit dusty, but in general all was great !

Ansonsten sehr ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Great location, very nice accommodations, friendly stuff, good breakfast.

It was good all around, no complaints.

Always love staying at the Chasse. I had a lovely room.
