We love everything about this hotel, thays why we keep going back

Very nice accommodations! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Love that the room had windows that could open for fresh air. Shower had great pressure with nice shampoo, etc provided. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

An excellent hotel. Just outside Portrush, easy to park outside hotel. Entrance is lovely, good room, huge, comfortable bed and I had asked for a walk in shower, we got a huge wet room - superb. Restaurant was really nice ( The white Pheasant) nicely decorated, good ambiance. Food was delicious. Good choice, well presented, good service and excellent value for money. Breakfast next morning was really good choices and very tasty. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again.

Decor is a bit outdated. Stayed in room no 3. No window, shower was blocked, weird mechanical noise came from the ceiling every few minutes.

The staff are so welcoming,especially Lavinia at reception, nothing is too much trouble, absolutely spotless place, luxurious, food was to die for, breakfast big variety to suit everyone, location spot on as well, wanted to stay longer !!

Die Dame an der Rezeption war total nett und das Frühstück war toll.

Das Zimmer hatte einen seltsamen Geruch und der Ausblick war in die nächste Wand und man konnte nicht lüften. Es war überall Staub, also es wurde länger nicht geputzt. Der Teppich hatte sehr viele Flecken - hier wäre ein anderer Boden mal anzuraten. Im Badezimmer war sehr viel Schimmel zu sehen.

Great value-for-money hotel. Elegant interior, has free parking for guests and is located close to Portrush and scenic spots of Northern Ireland such as Giant's Causeway, Benone Beach or Dark Hedges. The breakfast was also delicious (we had the bacon omelette, scrambled eggs with salmon and pancakes).

Lovely hotel about 15 minutes walk from the town centre. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very nice room, very comfortable bed. Never made it down to breakfast so can't comment on it. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this super hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception was warm, friendly and welcoming, with the receptionist going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Our room was superb – modern, spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent and really added to the overall experience. The breakfast was another highlight, with a great choice and everything fresh and delicious. The location is perfect, being close to Portrush while still offering a peaceful and relaxing stay. It’s a beautifully designed, modern hotel in a great location and an ideal base for exploring the area. Would highly recommend!

The menu for dinner was a little limited and, I felt, quite expensive for what it was - but it was very tasty. Drinks from the bar were also quite expensive

Not the hotel but there are no taxis or ubers available in Portrush The hotel will provide a lift if their staff are free but not if they are busy which is understandable.

Staff were all absolutely fantastic, the location was perfect - walking distance from Royal Portrush GC

It was perfect.

The reception staff were so helpful - especially Lily. We were attending a wedding in Portrush so needed to get ready after travelling. Lily organised an early check in which was great and also the hotel courtesy bus to take us to the ceremony at the Town Hall. We only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast but enjoyed a drink in the bar on our return and the music was good.

The automatic light in the en-suite bathroom which has a glass door.

The last few times we have stayed we have got a room with a window looking over the stairs so you can't open it.

We advised via phone that we would be arriving late. Pipa the Receptionist had left everything ready for us. The night Porter..so sorry can't remember his name was so pleasant and helpful and Ryan behind the Bar was a gentleman. Really enjoyed our brief stay but we will definitely be back. Breakfast was beautiful and the Staff there were lovely too. Room beautiful, modern and clean. Bed so comfortable. The Hotel is lovely but it is the Staff that make it what it is. Can't wait to go back.

The room was so spacious! It was a good surprise. Breakfast was very good also, with fresh fruits and options of hot meals.

This can be hilarious: the light in the bathroom was activated with motion so every time we walked near the door the light turned on, and since the door was glass, it showed in the room.

Room very small , view from window on to industrial fans and units , resulting in being very noisy throughout the night so a poor night's sleep .

Our group was only there for 2 nights playing in an International golf match so not in the hotel for long periods of time. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, especially Pippa at Reception when we arrived. The meal on night 1 was delicious with very generous portions. We were disappointed to be eating elsewhere on night 2.

Maybe the automatic light in the bathroom with the opaque glass door! It was bit bright and some rooms said their light stayed on for a long time!

The room was comfortable, check in was very straightforward and the staff on the desk was very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was amazing and it had a great shower. Good parking and great location. There is alway a warm welcome and a lovely warm feeling when you enter this hotel.

We went to make a cup of coffee and the cups hasn't been replaced or cleaned and the coffee maker needed a good clean before we used it. We went to reception at 8:50pm to see about getting food/ pizza to the room but was told that wasn't possible as everything had closed up. We thought that was a bit early !!

Staff were so pleasant. Room was so comfortable with lovely touches including snacks, water and nice coffees. Breakfast and dinner were delightful.

Beautiful hotel just a short walk away from Portrush town centre. If you are a golf enthusiast, this is a fantastic location as it's directly in front of a large golf course. The staff were very helpful and always with a smile on their face. The facilities have clearly been renovated recently and were so clean. It has been a fantastic little stay and I will definitely come back. It could only be improved with a small spa/treatment room (please think of it!).

We had dinner in the restaurant and it was lovely but I was quite disappointed by breakfast. The continental options were pretty much non-existent: bread, a couple of juices, one communal bowl of fruit salad, one communal bowl of white yoghurt. The cooked options were your standard full fry/omelette/eggs and salmon. They clearly have the potential to improve there.

Perfect! Hotel was clean, modern and friendly. Staff were exceptional and very helpful. Location is just opposite Royal Portrush Golf Club on the outskirts of Portrush but walking distance to the town.

It was beautiful room was outstanding, facilities in the room included bottled water, hot chocolate, coffee pod machine and all high end toiletries, amazing comfy bed can’t fault my stay, staff were incredible also

Heating! Room was like a sauna! Turned heating off and opened but heat was unbearable. Advised staff and apparently they have had issues

Atmosphere was lovely, felt warm and cozy. The wallpaper was gorgeous and the library was excellent. Highly recommend staying at the Golflinks.

The room and bathroom was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower.

The room was very cold upon arrival and took a considerable time to get warm. The bulb was fused in the beside light and had to be replaced. The key card was faulty every time it was used - if it worked in the lift, it wouldn't work in the room door. Had to go back to reception several times about it. The cooked breakfast was very poor - cold baked beans, one small dry rasher, one sausage and the mushrooms were smothered in salt. There were only a few croissants and pastries and were not replenished whilst we were there, even though several more people came in for breakfast. Not worth paying extra for breakfast.
