Super friendly staff! we arrived late and they were waiting for us. great room, just the aircon was very noisy.

Quartier très calme et personnel aux petits soins. Chambre climatisée et très spacieuse. Jolie décoration et terrasse sur le toit. La vieille ville a quelques minutes à pied.

A Marrakeix tens riads per triar i remenar. A dotzenes. I he triat aquest: per preu i per la ubicació, ben a prop de la Koutubia i la medina. Està al final d'un carrer, amb accés d'aquells de no amoinar-t''hi.

Si vas amb vehicle propi, t'has de buscar aparcament on puguis o pagar a un dels pàrkings privats dels voltants.

De locatie van de riad. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid.

We hadden een driepersoonskamer, waarvan het tweepersoonsbed erg slecht was. Je lag op de vering van het matras. Het personeel sprak letterlijk geen woord Engels, heb geprobeerd via translate duidelijk te maken dat het matras niet goed was. Echter via hen zelf en Booking is geen reactie gekomen! En het is opletten voor lange mensen dat de ingang naar de badkamer erg laag is, waardoor je moet bukken.

Das Personal sowie die Managerin haben alles dafür getan, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Das Riad ist sehr schön. Außerdem hat uns gefallen, dass es ein wenig außerhalb des Trubels in der Medina liegt.

È stato tutto perfetto! Siamo stati gentilemnte accolti con un buonissimo tè di benvenuto e per tutto il nostro soggiorno siamo stati trattati davvero bene. Grazie mille a tutte le donne che ci hanno permesso di vivere questa esperienza, non dimenticheremo la vostra ospitalità e gentilezza nei nostri confronti. Le colazioni erano buonissime e il riad è molto curato in tutti i suoi aspetti. Inoltre la posizione è in pieno centro a due passi dalla piazza principale e facilmente raggiungibile per taxi e mezzi di trasporto per varie escursioni. Ci ricorderemo di voi e vi abbracciamo forte.

C'est un riad familial où l'on se sent bien. La proximité des lieux emblématiques de Marrakech et d'un parking payant sont les points forts. C'est aussi un endroit convivial du fait de sa petite capacité permettant d'échanger avec les hôtes.

The rooms were quite stuffy and it was smell coming from the toilet into the room. Also, keep in mind that a mosque is located right next to the riad meaning that the 5am prayer will most likely wake you up.

Nous avons apprécié le repas du soir tajine traditionnelle et le petit déjeuner complet et varié La gentillesse du personnel, discret et attentionné. Un Riad traditionnel et bien situé.

On a absolument tout aimé: la propreté, l emplacement à même pas 10 mins à pied de la place dans une rue tres sécurisée car elle longe le palais royal. Les petits déjeuners plus que copieux avec des produits frais et fait maison. On a eu la chance d avoir la chambre avec une petite terrasse privative. Chaussons , peignoirs, brosse à dent , dentifrice, produits d hygiène…. Tout est là pour vous faciliter la vie et digne d un hôtel. Nous venons régulièrement à Marrakech et c est le premier Riad que je trouve autant équipé et aussi propre. Gros coup de cœur pour TOURIA qui est toujours là avec le sourire et prête à tout pour vous satisfaire (même quand elle est malade 🤒)Dommage que la barrière de la langue nous est limitée dans nos échange mais avons tout de même pu échangé un peu

This place is exceptional. Everything was superb, beyond our expectations.

Le Riad est très mignon. Nous l’avons choisi parce que le tarif était très intéressant d’autant plus que nous devions partir à 3h du matin. C’était absolument parfait pour notre dernière soirée au Maroc. L’emplacement était top et nous avons pris le temps de profiter tranquillement du rooftop.

Риадът се намира малко в страни от най-оживените места в медината, но лесно се намира и е на удобно място за взимане за еднодневни екскурзии. До централния площад се стига за 10-15 мин пеш. Комуникацията със собственичката беше бърза и на английски език. Момичетата, които се грижеха за закуската и почистването бяха много мили и вежливи. Не говореха английски, но имаха желание да се разберем и използвахме преводачите на телефоните си. Стаята беше чиста и просторна, като второто е по-скоро рядкост за риадите. Имаше работещ климатик, топла вода и добър интернет. Закуската беше еднотипна (със съвсем леки вариации), но беше достатъчна и засищаща за нас. Имаше опция да си оставим багажа в риада последния ден, защото полетът ни беше късен и сме благодарни за това.

Това не е нещо, което не ни е харесало. Бях прочела коментарите на хората преди нас и знаех какво да очаквам, но искам да отбележа няколко неща за хората след нас. 1. Това е риад, идеята му е да предпазва от горещините. В тази връзка по това време на година вътре е хладно особено на партерния етаж. Хостът се е погрижил - има печки и климатици, но имайте едно на ум. 2. Не винаги налягането на водата е добро, но доколкото разбрах това е всеобщ проблем в страия град и е на късмет какво ще ти се падне. 3. Ако сте с лек сън - вземете си тапи за уши. Сутрешната молитва се чува отчетливо. След нея можете пак да заспите, но го имайте предвид.

Horrible experiencia!! Al llegar, habiendo reservado y pagado una semana antes, se negaron a darnos la habitación. Nos exigían presentar documentación que probara que estamos casados, siendo extranjeros los dos y no indicando absolutamente nada en la descripción del servicio en booking. La persona encargada del Riad es una mujer arrogante, prepotente e ignorante. Nos exigía que fuésemos nosotros quienes canceláramos la reserva (sin derecho a reembolso) y se limitó a acuñar frases como “yo antes de viajar a un país me leo sus leyes”, sin ofrecernos ningún tipo de ayuda, mostrando una actitud 0 colaborativa. La habitación tampoco estaba preparada a la hora del check-in, y el WIFI no funcionaba. En fin, una experiencia malísima, y el peor servicio a cliente que he recibido nunca, hay muchísimos Riad’s alrededor que merecen la pena!

L'accueil impeccable, la gentillesse du personnel, les incroyables petits déjeuners. Le Riad est très beau ! La localisation est très bien car c'est très proche du centre de Marrakech.

Si il faut trouver un point négatif, ce serait la douche car le débit d'eau n'était pas très abondant mais c'est la seule chose à redire.

Alojamiento muy tranquilo, muy limpio, muy cerca del centro,el trato por parte del personal es espectacular al igual que el desayuno. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos y bien atendidos, ayudándonos con cualquier cuestión qué necesitáramos. Sin duda excepcional. Tiene calefacción o aire acondicionado además de un set de accesorios como cepillo de dientes, peine y esas cositas. La zonas comunes muy bonitas, cómodas y todo muy limpio.

El único inconveniente ha sido el agua a la hora de ducharse no tiene nada de fuerza y el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir, pero a pesar de ello nos encantó.

We loved the Riad, our very comfortable, large, deluxe double room and a charming terrace with the family of storks overlooking it! We also truly liked the three women preparing absolutely delicious breakfast, different every day, and making sure that everything was clean and working well. Although these women spoke mainly Arabic, they communicated very well using google translate. In addition, the manager ( young female), very responsive and caring, spoke fluent English and most probably French as well. The location of the Riad, although just outside the Medina, is very good, easy to access by taxi, safe and while not too touristy, quiet close to the restaurants and main attractions.

The bathroom of our deluxe double room was very cold and the pressure of water often very low! It may not be a problem during a warmer season but was a challenge in the late November. The calling for prayer early in the morning was disturbing our sleep at first, then we got used to it!

I had a lovely stay! The riad is beautiful and very well located. It's a 15 minute walk to Jemaa El Fna square. Everything is nearby. The staff was lovely and very accommodating. They made us a wonderful breakfast every day. I had an early morning check out at 7:15 and they had a packed breakfast ready for me. Everything was lovely. The room was very big and nicely decorated. They have a heating and ac unit which was perfect for the cool late November nights.

The bed was a little bit hard for my liking but otherwise everything was great. I wasn't bothered by the 6:25a.m. Call to prayer (mentioned in the other reviews) because I brought earplugs. They had many accessories available in the bathroom (toothbrush, shower cap, comb, cotton pads, shaving kit, etc.) but no earplugs provided. I would suggest (if possible) to offer those to clients.

Great location. Near everything you wanna see in the medina, but the Riad is on the small quiet street, with multiple mini markets etc. Most amazing staff. The ladys of the house are the sweetest and make the best breakfast! ❤️ The Riad is Beautiful! And our room with our own private little terasse was the perfect place to end the days in the busy medina. I Will come back when im visiting Marrakech again! ✨❤️

Its proximity to the centre of Marrakech & the authenticity of the property which was once the owner’s family home! The staff & hotel manager were very welcoming & friendly!

My ensuite bathroom had a bad smell emanating from the drain in the shower room after I’d used it . The towels needed to be upgraded in quality & softness.

Notre chambre avec la petite terrasse était très confortable. Les employées ont été adorables avec nous durant notre séjour. Le riad est très beau et la localisation était parfaite dans une impasse (pas dans la médina mais 10min à pied) ce qu'on a préféré car très calme mais tout de même proche de tout.

Impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude le premier matin quand tout le monde prenait sa douche. Nous n'avons pas eu le problème les autres jours quand nous étions à des horaires un peu différents.

The location and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was filling and tasty. It was very clean.

The morning wake up at 5.45 by the call to prayer at the mosque next door. However by the 3rd morning just turned over and went back to sleep.

I had an upgrade, the room was very spacious. The entrance level rooms circle the main social room without windows. I highly recommend the room upstairs. The staff is very friendly and tries to help out with everything. the breakfast is good in variety and amount. The terrace is wonderful at nights too.

Their replies to my booking.com messages didnt reach me. ı had lost a day due to missing a flight so messages were important. I never received replies.

This was my 3rd time staying in this Riad and I will continue to return. The location is great as it is a safe street near one of the palaces so there are guards along the street at all times as well as a hospital at the end of the street, if needed. It is a short 10 minute walk to the square. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always amazing. As always we enjoyed the food. It is definitely worth asking them to cook lunch or dinner for your group and also the breakfast is always great, both presentation wise and quality. I will always refer anyone who asks to Riad Rose Meryam.

This is my 2nd time staying at this Riad and am returning again in a week or so. It’s always a great stay. The location is great and the staff is always amazing. Definitely go for the breakfast and a meal prepared there.

The place is a small haven , down a small alley, but only 20 minutes walk from the heart of Marrakesh. Quiet and peaceful, the beautiful riad looks after you. with exceptional breakfasts, and if you ask, you can get a dinner as well. the cook, and other staff are so helpful, and everything is made easy for you. stayed there twice, and if given a choice, I will stay again. The rooms have the feel of the 1920s about them :) plus there is a lovely roof terrace, to sit, watch the stars and listen to the children playing in the alley below

My only suggestion would be for light sleepers, as it is essentially an old home, the walls are thin and light also travels. But I expect this in a Riad and luckily our baby slept through. But this might be more challenging for others.

Beautiful Riad, very peaceful and comfortable with a really lovely terrace on the roof to relax on. Perfect location a few minutes walk from the Medina but very safe and friendly street. The staff and management were absolutely fantastic, very accommodating and helpful. 100% would recommend!

Very clean Riad with big rooms and lovely staff. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of breads, jams, fruits, with an omelette. Loved it!

Only problem was getting hot water for a shower. We had to wait quite a while for it.

Was warmly welcomed. Clean room. Fruit, cakes and tea on arrival. Fantastic staff. Nice roof terrace. Good breakfast. Too little variety, and a bit too much jam and sweets for our taste, but I guess thats breakfast in Morocco :) Short walk to Jemaa El Fna. Heating in the room was comfortable on a slightly cool spring evening.

The staff was so nice! Such wonderful and helpful people. Gave us tea when we arrived. The Riad was as the pictures showed, beautiful and really clean. Our room was amazing, comfortable beds and a really nice shower:) The location was easy to find and only a 15 minute walk from the square, restaurants and markets downtown.

I have nothing but praise for my stay at Riad Rose Meryam. Zineb and her staff were incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to assist with every request. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and satisfying—perfect fuel for exploring the bustling, chaotic streets of Marrakech. My room was clean and well cared for, adding to the comfort of my stay. As a family-run Riad, it offered a truly authentic and exceptional experience.

Amazing place to stay. The staff was polite and more than helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The building and decorations were beautiful and had a very authentic vibe. Breakfast was amazing with so many healthy choices! It was also perfectly placed near the madina, which made shopping so easy. I will definitely be coming back the next time I visit. I could not recommend this riad more!

Very nice staff. Great breakfast and lunch. Beautiful riad in a generally quiet alley. Very nice terrace where you can chill. Close enough to the Medina that you can walk there.

Did not bother us, but in case someone wants to sleep in bring ear buds, because there is a mosque right next to the riad. The prayer calls are pretty loud 5 times a day starting from shortly after 7am to 8-9 pm in the evening.

It was very authentic, staff was very friendly, and room had an interesting decor. The breakfast was amazing! The entire Riad was very clean and well managed. The location was great, too - close to the tourist district.

The wi-fi did not work in the room. We informed the staff, but the issue wasn't fixed through our stay. The parking situation was also very confusing; we almost got a fine for parking outside the Riad.

The Riad provided everything a traveler to Marrakesh dreams of. Exceptional hospitality, stunningly designed rooms, a convenient location just a short stroll from the city center, and a charming courtyard. The owner, Zainab, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. And let’s not forget the delicious tahini lunch prepared by her mother, which was served upon our arrival. The lunch is an experience you won’t want to pass up!
