Drury Plaza Hotel Columbia East

The kickback is a great deal. Our room did not have working air conditioning and the staff immediately took care of us and even upgraded our room. We will definitely be back!!

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. It was great having both breakfast AND dinner provided.

The pool water was a tad on the warm side and needed to be cleaned.

all the employees there were so kind!! the room was amazing and cleaned so well❤️❤️

i loved absolutely anything and nothing i would change about it

Location, happy hour, amenities

Housekeeping needs to do better about checking rooms and replenishing towels and tissue etc. I shouldn’t have to hunt someone down to get toilet tissue on my first night/morning. No one ever came to replenish our towels etc

The pillows

The pool and jacuzzi and the hot breakfast, the 530-7 free 3 drinks and snacks, i was able to get an hour later check out. Ive stayed at numerous Drury plazas, Hilton, Mariott, Hamptons, and I know the next time I go to Columbia, im staying at that Drury plaza.

Just cable tv. I wouldve like getting my HBO max or Netflix I could've logged into.

Small issue with the room on arrival, which was immediately handled, better than expected. Breakfast lady was super friendly, as well as was all the other staff.

The shower water pressure. As someone with longer hair, when it takes 15 minutes just to rinse the shampoo and conditioner out, that's really not saving water. It just takes longer to use the same amount as a high pressure shower.

Great breakfast, comfort bed, nice staff. Safe for a woman traveling alone.

Great breakfast & lovely staff. A server in the bar area was amazing! He took care of a large number of people with friendliness & efficiency

The friendliness of the staff. Great location. Great value.

Good location right off of I-70. Comfy room with a great complimentary dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend@

We stay here almost everytime we are in Columbia. It is definitely the BEST hotel in the city! Clean, comfortable, lots of amenities and very friendly staff.

It was a great stay.

Muy bueno para la ubicación.

No hubo algo que no me gustó

Location

Thin walls. Could hear the neighbors tv and snoring.

Great Hotel

Convenient, clean

Nothing

This booking site made a reservation that was later cancelled by the hotel. We were in the parking lot when we were notified that they had no room for us, which left us stranded without a place to stay.

Lack of communication with booking sites. Lack of concern for travelers left with no place to stay late at night.

Everything. It was my second time staying at the Drury Inn. My room was comfortable and the service was exceptional.

I don't have anything negative to say.

It’s clean. The staff is always amazing and it’s so nice to have food in the evening and morning. Rooms are comfortable and quiet

never again will WE stay with Drury Half rolls of toilet paper in the rooms what about cleanlyness others shit or boogers on that paper discussing NEVER again and my duaghter has 3 more years at Mizzu not enough food at breaktfast rippoff

Fantastic location and we love that you are pet friendly.

This hotel was quite nice. Meals (both breakfast and kickback) were very good. Excellent amount of self-parking around the hotel. Area is nice and parking lot well lit. Staff were friendly and competent. Rooms were clean and comfortable (we stayed in a 1 bedroom, 2 Queen/1 sofabed suite). Coffee was exceptionally good; actually the coffee here is better than in the several other Drury Inn's and the other 5-6 hotels we stayed at recently. I was so impressed, I asked the staff why this was -- especially why the coffee here was even better than the other Drury's (including Drury Plaza Santa Fe) that we stayed at. They told me that the regional manager here specifically selects the coffee they use here. That sort of attention to detail shows through. Highly recommended.

Ruby, the front desk agent, was very unfriendly, borderline Rudy. She should work on your customer service skills.

The room was very clean, and it had a great shower.

Bed wasn't very comfortable and having barking dogs next door.

Good value when add 2 breakfast and 2 night meals.

Clean facility and nice staff.

I wish there was a recycle bin on our floor. If there was one, we didn't find it.

It was great and all staff was excellent

Fantastic hotel. Every worker has a smile on their face.Room was very comfortable with small fridge and microwave. Good breakfast and light dinner. Attended a small conference with 50 people. The room was great. When I’m in Columbia this will be my choice to stay.

Breakfast was great. Very friendly dining area employees.

Everything about this property in Columbia, Missouri was absolutely fantastic

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast was wonderful.

Terribly disappointed in my experience. Never should I ever be awoken at 11:30 pm by sex noises from the neighbors, hear talking from neighbor rooms and hallway (they weren’t even yelling!!!), or be awaken in the morning the neighbor’s wake up call ringing endlessly!

Loved the dining and pool areas! Thank you for have grab bars in your passable bathrooms!

Our stay at the Drury Inn was excellent The hotel is beautiful, the staff with excellent along with an amazing breakfast and happy hour in the evening complete with food We plan on booking all our vacations at the Drury Inn when possible

I think it should be explained exactly what bar serves the complementary drinks. We had 3 drinks at the wrong bar and was charged $100

See above

Location by interstate Reimbursement for bathroom issues

Toilet did not work Took 20 minutes to check in

Location was great. Breakfast was good: bot items were the same both days, would have liked a little more variety or change from sausage patties each day.

Impeccably clean, well maintained property. We were on the third floor and despite the hotel being crowded it was silent. We couldn’t even hear the storm outside.

Nothing negative to report

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, comfortable and organized. Since we were traveling with our pup, they placed us in a room away from a lot of activity and noise. As a result our pup was able to rest as well.

Staff, happy hour and breakfast, clean, good beds, everything was as it should be and better. Really nice stay.

Nothing.

Breakfast was ok

I didn't like how unsafe the parking lot feels. I got the only room left witch was way over priced. There was pee all over the toilet when I walked in. I would have said something about it but I just wanted to rest

Very clean and nice looking property. I was worried about hearing the interstate but had no issues! Great happy hour and breakfast.

Nothing! It was a great stay!

Clean, great food!

The pool/hot tub was closed and that was a main reason we chose this hotel.

早餐丰富，晚餐虽然食物简单，但是每人有三种酒水，房间干净整洁。舒适。

Very clean, new

The buffet dinner was great. Good location to I-70.

AC had a hard time getting the temp down. But, it was quite hot outside.

Breakfast and lobby

Front desk took long time to answer and open door at 2:30AM . She couldn't find my reservation for 15 minutes and just couldn't spelll

Breakfast was exceptional. Wide variety of choices and the food quality was great. Eating area was comfortabe and easily navigated. Overall the best hotel breakfast experience we've ever had.

I'm hard pressed to list anything I didn't like. The only thing is, I would have liked an additional chair to the one provided. That's usually true everywhere we stay.

Attractive grounds, well kept. Staff very nice and helpful.

For the price, the room wasn't very big at all. When we would sit or lay on the bed, it felt like we were sitting/laying on the bed like we were on golf balls 🤔 Neither one of us had a restful night. Freebies were limited

great food great flavor and drinks happy hour breakfast was great choice food tasted great Ill be back room was very comfortable young lady at check in was very friendly knowledgeable

nothing

Missing waffles

The staff and the amenities.

Ample selections, CLEAN & rapid table turnover cleaning, Pleasant location options to sit, very nice staff, bright atmosphere - really superb!

Breakfast was great! Comfortable bed. Clean room overall.

Evening snack

Liked everything

Love the free food and drinks. Hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

I love the Drury... the happy hour drinks, the included food for breakfast & dinner, and the pool was fabulous. Also the front desk staff accommodated me with a band-aid for a blister on my foot, which I really appreciated.

I could have used some additional pillows, and maybe a spare blanket for the bed. Otherwise our stay was perfect. I can't think of anything else that could have been better.

Ease of getting here, good food, nice employees, good, clean property!

New and clean Suite was very spacious

Nothing really

Location, clean

First stay in Drury and we will definitely look for them in the future.

No complaints at all

Nice big room

The Chair was wobbly in the room, Capet had a tear in the corner and water pressure in the shower was horrible

Staff was very friendly. Room was great-very clean and spacious. Breakfast was out of this world!! So hot and fresh and many choices to choose from.

Location was so easy to find!!! Excellent parking, lobby was clean, we got there too late for the dinner buffet but at The Kitchen/Bar and it was amazing!!! The desserts are to die for!!! Pizza was fantastic and service was great. Very friendly staff, they have popcorn and fountain drinks free and the breakfast buffet was enjoyed by my traveling companion who said it was very, very good!!! Spotless rooms, lobby and food areas, this is just a great hotel, I cannot say enough good things.

Best breakfast I have ever had at a Hotel.

There was nothing that I could say I didn’t like Best hotel I have ever stayed at while traveling.

Clean and close to highway

Location was good right off I70

Could hear the noise from I70

I booked the hotel because it had a pool. For my child to swim and after I checked un in I s en a sign in the swimming pool door saying it was closed.

The pool was out of service and I would have like to got a at least some of my money back, giving the main reason why I came was the pool.

Clean, modern, excellent and spacious room, excellent breakfast

Really like the Happy Hour and Breakfast. Staff is great and hotel is nice.

The temperature of the room. The room was 75 degrees so we turned on the air conditioning immediately. When we went to bed, with the temp set at 68 degrees, it was 70 in the room. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Checked the temp and it was still set at 68 "Cool" but the temp in the room was 75 degrees again.

The pool was nasty. The breakfast was bad. The AC didn’t work in the room- I was offered a box fan and told it was a known issue.

Handy location. Wonderful option of free dining at hotel with drinks! Good food. Room was nice and dog friendly. Staff was very friendly.

Love the Drury Inn and wish they were everywhere! The nightly drinks and hospitality of the staff is always so welcoming and special!

A little longer breakfast would be great! When you’re on vacation, setting an alarm does not interest me.

Check-in at 7:00, one person at the desk with a line, no carts but staff was knowledgeable and friendly

Great location for visiting college parents, easy access, clean and comfy.

This place was great, the staff was friendly and checked me in quickly. The design of the building was comfortable and sleek including elevators that were quick noiseless. Seriously, I didn't have to feel anxiety when from weird elevator noise. Beds were comfy and I loved that I was on a higher floor for the view.

Very clean. Near the expressway, but rooms inside were quiet. Staff and managers are very professional. The afternoon “Kickback reveption” is a nice affair.

Nothing we did not like.

Great

nothing

We had an amazing stay at the Drury hotel in Columbia, Missouri. The hotel is very clean and updated. The room was large and quiet. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing, with half of the pool being indoors and half being outdoors. The free popcorn and Sona’s were a nice treat. We were unable to enjoy the free evening meal and drinks due to other commitments but what a nice amenity to offer to the guests! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone thinking about staying here!!

The room was exceptional, the staff courteous and kind, enjoyed the breakfast and overall a pleasurable evening.

Nothing

Great location right on the interstate exit. We were warmly welcomed and were given a lovely room. No noise heard from the hallway or nearby rooms even though it appeared the hotel was fully booked. It was very clean and comfortable. Amazing shower with shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided and a comfortable bed. More amenities than you will find with any other chain. Great quality for the price. Hot, full of options, breakfast. Kickbacks are a full hot meal, not just snacks. Popcorn, fountain drinks, cocktails for adults if you choose. A little market to purchase items and delicious food you can order and pickup. All these things are why we choose Drury first.

Friendly staff willing to help
