Graduate by Hilton Columbia SC

location

Our room was not very clean and the toilet was broken. We had it fixed but there was a smell of toilet in the room.

Location to University of South Carolina

Location

They were not familiar with GF options on their menus.

Very eclectic and beautiful to walk through and enjoy!

I loved, loved, loved the decor. My bed was super comfortable and there was NO noise.

I loved everything

Location! Easy to get anywhere in the city from the hotel

While it’s a beautiful place and the furnishings are lovely, the bathroom in the King room was extremely small. The a/c couldn’t keep up with the 100 temps but they were attentive with sending someone to look at the issue and provided us with a fan. No microwave and this is helpful when staying for a few nights. Also, no pool. Mattress wasn’t comfortable

Proximity to travel plan, young vibe, creative decor, comfy bed

The breakfast options (particularly the eggs) were disappointing. The 3 tables near us also left their eggs on the plate, talking about the quality of the food and looking forward to a better lunch later. It wouldn’t be so disappointing if it were not so expensive- the egg plate was $12 and the eggs were not edible. $12 for toast and 3 pieces of bacon is pretty wild.

Beautiful boutique hotel with the USC theme. Staff was very welcoming and friendly!

Absolutely hated the pillows and tiny bathroom.

The loction was perfect for easy access to campus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at The Graduate ! From checkin to checkout, everything was terrific !

The convenience

Great location for visiting USC! Decor was cute, parking was easy, and staff were very friendly.

Bathroom was small

Convenient location to USC campus

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff

Very friendly staff - loved all the decor - so bright and such fun.

I love everything about this hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave to head home.

Decor/style

Location

Did not honor the price from booking. The front desk was evasive about pricing and charged far above the price that I booked at…call ahead and double check the price.

Creative and beautiful

Clean and great location

I did not eat breakfast nor did I use my wife the Wi-Fi. I’m mostly use my phone and iPad.

So I was in room 343. After looking at all the different rooms when I booked, there was so much color in the other rooms and I thought they were just so awesome looking and then my room was very bland. Really I had a darker monotone and I’m very much a color person and I would’ve loved to have actually experienced one of the rooms with way more color in it

everything was great with exception of bugs in the shower

bugs in the shower

Everything was nice. Property was quiet and clean.

Breakfast should of been included in the stay. Very disappointing.

The vibe of The Graduate is super fun!

The location is perfect for exploring 5 Points and the U of SC campus. The decor was fun. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable.

Upon arrival, the person working the front desk didn’t even look up to greet us. She was working on something but a greeting would have made it feel more welcoming. We got an app and drink at the bar. They were out of 3 drinks that were in the menu. I was however able to find a different option. When our nachos arrived the chicken was cold and the cheese was melted. The bartended seemed annoyed that we asked if it could be warmed up. It came back burnt-but better than cold. As we were gathering our things to check out (10:58) housekeeping was banging on our door. We were out by 11 but that farewell made it feel unwelcoming.

Loved the vibe, the decor, the cozy comfortable overall feeling of the hotel and the rooms were omg so comfy! Loved everything about this one!

Nothing!

Super cute hotel with great staff.

Close to everything. Free bikes.

Close to the dorm

Confusing to navigate around to find the front door The AC was horrible. Could not get the temperature right in the room. Was awake a lot to adjust it and try to be comfortable

The location was and parking were nice. Room was clean.

No room service/cleaning of rooms between nights. Shower shampoos etc…were empty.

beautiful decor friendly staff

We love the proximity to the campus of University of South Carolina. We have enjoyed the food/drinks

None

Bar, food, decor, friendly staff , little rooms downstairs to sit and drink . Nice vibe

Room could’ve bigger and shower faucet wasn’t good

Clean, comfy well decorated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant. Walking distance to USC.

Everything was perfect

The location was great as we were touring the University,

The deadbolt lock would not lock which was not ideal. The hardware on the door frame was installed and did not allow it to lock,

It has a very nice vibe to it, and of course it’s very convenient to the USC campus.

Nothing!

Beautiful boutique style hotel with amazing location.

Location is awesome. Parking is easy and the rooms were clean and beautiful.

Beautiful

No late night snacks open

The decor and convenience of location.

Great location, welcoming staff

Bar/restaurant closed around 10:00 on New Year’s Eve

Great location. Charming decor. Nice little bar and restaurant. Convenient parking

Great location

The exhaust fan didn’t work and the water temp in the shower was very difficult to adjust.

Rooms were super cute and eclectically decorated! Beds were comfy! Hotel staff was extremelyh friendly and personable! We enjoyed some yummy breakfast in the morning on our way out as well!

There was nothing we did not like!

Beautiful facility, great staff

Everytjing was beautiful

The location was close to all the restaurants we had picked to eat, close to downtown and with very little traffic. The location was easy to identify and had ample parking. Loved the theme of the place. Perfect for picture taking.

Super cool

Shower wasn’t cleaned well, living room areas by the coffee area need dusting

everything

nothing

Goede lokatie, leuk modern interieur.

Location

Could be a little cleaner.

Good breakfast Easy parking

Great hotel right on campus.

Wonderful hotel.

I love the convenience, walkability and overall feeling of the graduate. The decor is so cute and ties in nicely with the usc vibe. The only thing lacking is the availability of snacks, and the restaurant/bar is mid.

We had a great stay at the Graduate! It’s very close to downtown. Most attractions and restaurants are walkable! The hotel is very eclectic in its decorations too! Lots of bright colors and Gamecocks everywhere! It was a fun stay.

Great stay

Great place to stay!

Nice

Bathroom in 1st room had hair on floor, mildew in shower corner, and a clogged shower drain. We were moved and the second one had pink mold and a general appearance of uncleanliness between tenants. Not as well kept as I would expect from the reviews/ratings. I think it is inflated by college alumni blinded by their glory days at the Alma mater.

The hotel staff was so friendly. Perfect location for a USC visit. Colorful decor and charming b & b feel.

Room was clean and check in and parking was easy. Not enough room in the on-site dining to accommodate us when we arrived late. Hotel gym is weak.

Neglected room. Curtains down and dusty even though a junior suite!

How close it is to the university

No room service No water bottles to purchase No refill water stations Bathrooms are very small No toiletries supplied or amenities They had bikes but they were death traps
