I've been in Vietnam for 3 weeks. I've stayed in some very good hotels. Put simply, this place was the best. The room was large, light filled and beautifully appointed. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom/shower were terrific. The hotel while in noisy District 1, is set back from the street down a lane way resulting in the hotel being cocooned from the delightful noisy madness of HCMC surrounding it. Which believe me is a huge plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The rooms are beautifully designed, with great attention to every little detail, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. The street is quiet and peaceful, while the location itself is perfect for exploring the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Absolutely recommended!

Krásné ubytování v Saigonu v klidném místě. Kousek od hlavní silnice. Pokoj byl velký, čistý a matrace pohodlná. Personál přátelský a milý. Design pokoje byl opravdu pěkný.

忙しいホーチミンシティの路地を入った静かなところに建っていて、ゆっくり過ごせました。スタッフの方も親切でカンジがよかったです。部屋も使いやすかったです。1階のカフェでいただいたパン・オ，ショコラが美味しかったです！あと、ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーも美味しかったです！！

掃除が少し行き届いていないところがあった。

The location of the hotel is great, pretty central yet quiet. The room is bright, large & airy, and has tons of storage. The fridge is large, and they had free water & snacks during our stay. They offer a free coffee with your stay, which is quite good. The room & hotel itself are tastefully decorated. They were able to store our bags before & after our stay, which we really appreciated.

We had a bit of an issue with the laundry service, which took way longer than the 24h they advertise.

The AC was leaking at first but the staff were very fast at fixing it. The shower drain easily clogged

エレベーターが2階からなので1階まで階段を自力でスーツケースを移動するのは大変だった。お願いしたら運んでくれるとは思うけど。

It’s in a city centre, but in a quiet alley. We had a great sleep, bed was so comfortable. And area is quiet

Superbe appartement idéalement situé dans le district 1. Il est situé dans une petite allée permettant de ne pas avoir l'inconvénient sonore des rues environnantes. Très belle surprise en arrivant, il s'agit d'un gigantesque appartement avec 4 étages (Salon/ cuisine au rez de chaussée, chambre simple au second, chambre double au 3ème et chambre double au 4ème. Equipement neuf et logement moderne. Litterie très confortable. Bon Internet. Enormes Tv. Idéal pour être au centre d'Ho chi Minh. Le propriétaire (Bao) est génial et très accueillant! Il nous a aidé à planifier nos bus pour les étapes suivantes, de bon conseil également sur les plats typiques et restaurants sympas avoisinnants Nous sommes venus en famille avec 2 ados et le shopping des marques ados Viet est à proximité, pas mal de market également aux alentours. Vraiment très bonne adresse. Nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit mais aurions pu prolonger notre séjour avec plaisir!

Plutôt un point d'amélioration qu'une critique. Améliorer le bruit du système de pompage d'eau sur la dernière chambre qui fait un petit bruit récurrent.

Our room had 2 bathrooms, beds were comfy, welcome drinks were delicious, and staff was so kind. We wish we stayed an extra night.

Nada malo que decir

Dit is een top-hotel, met de mooiste en zeer comfortabele kamers. Ligging super rustig, geen lawaai ‘s nachts. Niks op aan te merken dus.

Achteraf gezien toch wat verder van het centrum dan we gedacht hadden en de buurt rond het hotel was niet zo top. Uiteindelijk hebben we het meeste wel te voet gedaan en een taxi nemen kan ook altijd. Ik zou het dus toch durven aanbevelen.

Замечательный отель, расположенный в тихом переулке. Местные улочки не заполнены туристами. До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Персонал очень вежливый. Есть лифт. Оплату можно сделать в конце проживания. На первом этаже кофейня. Убирают хорошо. Только положительные эмоции. Обязательно буду советовать друзьям.

Quiet but central location. Everything within a grab ride‘s reach or walking distance even. Staff was very friendly and supportive. The design of the homestay is very beautiful and the little cafe rounds up the experience.

We loved staying here and were very impressed with the rooms. We ended up staying an additional 2 nights because our flights were cancelled, so we stayed in two different rooms. They were both great value for money, spacious and lovely view. The location was great. Nice and quiet tucked away from main road. Cool cafe with relaxing feel to have drinks and chill on ground floor as you enter from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast options not too far away. We walked to Little Hanoi Egg Coffee which is a 10 minute walk, but worth it for the lovely views across the park and cool vibes. Highly recommend staying here!

We had short one day stay in HCM and this apartment was exactly what we needed. Beautiful and spacious, very quiet and still great location. Walking distance to famous party street. They gave us restaurants recommendations, we went to two of them, both were great. The best Banh Mi so far :) Coffee shop downstairs has great coffee and our welcome drink was anything we chose from there. Thank you!

El personal súper amable, la bebida de bienvenida gratis, la habitación es tal cual las fotos, muy funcional. A nuestra salida después de haber hecho el check Out pudimos dejar las maletas nos las guardaron y al volver a por ellas pudimos ducharnos gratis cambiarnos de ropa y todo sin cobrarnos. Fue perfecto para poder coger nuestro vuelo de vuelta internacional.

L'endroit est un havre de paix. Le personnel est accueillant et aimable. Le décor est moderne et sympathique. Et le café délicieux . Bien situé. Allez-y sans crainte.

La température de l'eau de la douche peut être mais nous n'en avons pas vraiment souffert. Franchement, tout était bien

Sehr chiques, kleines Boutique-Hotel mit gemütlichen, modernen Zimmern. Gute Ausstattung, nettes Personal und sehr leckerer Kaffee. In die Stadt lässt sich gemütlich in 10-15 Minuten laufen, (vegetarische) Restaurants und Supermärkte gibt es in der Nähe.

Tipp zum Finden: Von der Hauptstraße in eine kleine Nebenstraße und dieser ca. 50m folgen.

Die Lage war super und trotzdem ruhig da es in einem Hinterhof war. Das Café unten im Hotel macht Mega guten Kaffee! Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben uns als vierköpfige Familie sehr wohlgefühlt.

Rooms were exactly as in the photos. All we needed was there, 100% would recommend. Staff were so lovely they even offered us to take a shower before our flight in the evening, even if it was after our check out.

Bảo and his brothers were absolutely wonderful hosts. The cafe downstairs is truly a little delight, the rooms were lovely, modern and clean. Location was superb, never had to taxi anywhere! Only small negative was the noise, rooms aren't the best insulated so you can hear your neighbours, the cafe guests and the outside dog and cat that like to wake at night 😅 this can be helped with ear plugs and shouldn't put you off booking, just a helpful warning.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, und das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den sehr leckeren Kaffee im Café. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful building tucked in a quiet alley just steps away from a busy road that has a few convenience shops. My room was spacious, the layout was perfect with generous electrical outlets and lighting placed just right. The fittings are very high quality. The bed was very comfortable. Ample storage. We could easily stay in this homestay for more than a week. Location can't be beat. It is within walking distance to shops and markets and even more attractions if you are willing to walk a bit more. The alley was safe and quiet. The staff is 5 star. They were all very friendly and helpful. And the welcome drinks in the cafe were really good. The cafe itself has a relaxed vibe. We saw young locals hanging out there when we checked in. The cafe itself is a nice refuge after a busy sightseeing day in a very lively city.

A great place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City, it is tucked down a quiet street away from the road noise. Gorgeous cafe downstairs with delicious drinks.

The room was so big and the bed was fantastic, especially the pillows. The best thing was actually how quiet the hotel was as it’s behind the Main Street so could not hear a single thing which was amazing! Great place for light sleepers :)

Que dire de ce petit hôtel ? Un havre de paix dans un cartier très très vivant avec une équipe de jeunes si souriant et toujours prêt a vous aider. Vraiment très surprenant le calme de ce petit endroit agréable et chaleureux.
