מאוד ישן ובלוי נראה לא טוב הרבה בעיות עם המים במקלחת רק מים רותחים בלי קרים הבריכה הפנימית נעולה אין אפשרות להיכנס

האווירה

מבנה עתיק עם בריכת חמאם מיוחדת, חדרים גדולים ונקיים, מיטות נוחות מאוד. חצר עם הרבה מקומות ישיבה, צל, בריכה ונדנדות זולה, פינת מנגל וכל מה שצריך.

הכול היה נקי ומסודר

היה פשוט נדיר המארח היה מעל מעבר לציפיות היה ממש נחמד נתן לנו הרגשה טובה ושכיף לו שבאנו ושאנחנו בכלל לא מכבידים עליו המיטות היו נוחות והג'קוזי היה ברמה גבוהה מאוד מאוד והמיקום היה פשוט נדיר אני הבאתי את אבא שלי והאחים לפה ונם הם היו בעננים היה שווה כל שקל!!!!

Ужасающие условия проживания, далёкие от рекламных фото на сайте. В стенах, потолке, дверях огромные дыры, дом деревянный, выломанные доски из стен. Электрочайник не отключается автоматически, обожгла руку о нагревшуюся ручку чайника Ползают слизняки и насекомые на полу. Не рекомендую.

בהתחלה שמגיעים זה נראה קצת מיושן אבל מושלם ברמות

בעל המקום היה נחמד, אמפטי ונענה בחיוב לבקשות שלנו. מרפסת פונקציונלית ונעימה עם קו ראיה לכינרת.

הטיח מתקלף, דלתות משתפשפות בריצפה ודלת השירותים לא ניתנת לסגירה מלאה ונעילה. תחזוקה לא מספקת ובמקומות מסויימים היה מלוכלך. שלט הטלויזיה לא עבד בשל בטריות גמורות.

Bed in chalet was the most comfortable bed,it was like sleeping in a cloud. Water in hamam (heated pool) was at 40°,therefore one can not stay for long in a water,but experience was nice and very enjoyable,although the blue underwater light did not work therefore it was not blue as on the picture. Host is very nice and easy going, I broke 2 vine glases but he was OK with that. It is very quiet and there is a beautiful view to the lake from the same street that looks like a promenade, and it is still very close to the center. Very good location.

החמאם היה מעולה

וואו, התמונות לא מנציחות את הנראות של המקום. פחדתי שהתמונות נראות טוב יותר מהמציאות אבל ההפך הוא הנכון. המארחים מקסימים וזמינים לכל שאלה ורוצים בשמחתכם שזה לא מובן מאליו. באמת תודה! יש לקחת בחשבון שבישולים זה באיזור חיצוני משותף אבל אין סיבה לדאגה.

yes, the Hamam is connected to the room and you have private, exclusive access for yourself after 10:30pm. it's an incredible luxury and value. also the room itself is very lovely and very comfortable. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. the location is excellent, close to shops and the sea.

Everything. The stunning room with the best memory mattress , the old ottoman hamam, the proximity to holy places and tombs of great saints, the group of guests who invited me to all their fantastic meals. above all, I was deeply moved by the incomparable Li’el the manager who went above and beyond his duty to help; like visiting the archaeological recent excavation of a synagogue associated with Mary Magdalen and the disciples of Christ. As one who ran a business years ago myself, I agreed with him when he stated that truly serving people is more important to him than doing business. I feel very privileged and grateful not only for my experience of the place but having met him🙏

I suggested to Liel some improvements which he accepted at once.

אהבנו הכל

מקום יפה לקחנו את חדר הדאלוקס וקיבלנו את החממם פרטית לנו הבעל הבית התחשב בנו כי אנחנו זוג שומרי תורה ומיצוות היה במקום עוד אנשים אבל היה לנו את הפרטיות מואד קרוב לים

היה פחות כיףזה היה שני קבוצות של ילדים נעור שלא הולכו לשון ורעש כח הלילה

קבלת פנים טובה, יחס המארח מצויין

המקום לא מתאים לאירוע, לא הוזכר שמדובר באזור משותף. התמונות משדרות שהכל זה מקום אחד פרטי כשבפועל זה בכלל לא.

החמאם מושלם. הבריכה קטנה אבל מספיקה למרות שחייב הצללה שם.

לא היה נקי בחוץ. הדלת בחדר הורים לא נסגרת. הדלת בשירותים/מקלחת לא נסגרת ואין מנעול זה היה ממש בעייתי. המטבח בחדר משפחה פצפון אבל החדרים מרווחים.

Very romantic cabin

We stayed in the guest house room and it was very cute and comfortable. The bed was excellent, and there was a nicely sized jacuzzi in the room. There is a common area outside shared with the bigger rental house, and a small but nice common pool. The air conditioning was excellent and the location is just up the hill from the main town area. It was a little hard to find but we contacted the host and he directed us well. Free large parking lot just down the street.

It was comfortable but not luxury (not sure about the use of the term "mansion")

Liel was great and super helpful.

Good value for a group of friends. This place is close to the to the sea and close to a lot of attractions and restaurants nearby.

It was an old, characterful building. The outside area was comfortable and it was very pleasant that we could use a pool. It was close to the lake.

There was a lot of dust on the floor next to our bed. The kitchen area was small and not well supplied.

The very friendly host (Liel), flexible and helpful. The warm swimming pool in the cave with an exclusive access from the 2-room apartment. A delight for a couple in love… From a practical standpoint, a free parking opposite the house.

Good location. Owner was responsive.

steps leading to our room had loose wooden boards which are a tripping hazard. the bed is too large for the space and it makes it almost impossible to get in easily and I actually injured my shin getting in. Also there are no night tables in either side because of this. There are no outlets for charging in a convenient location. The bathroom has no outlets to plug in a hair dryer and the only mirror to see yourself drying your hair had no where to plug in.

Finishing was poor on bathroom fixtures. The bed takes up too much room - no space for bedside tables. Kitchen tap was faulty.

there were some guests that tried to get in our room late at night and then entered the pool after hours and tried to get into the private room there also. we learned that it was our responsibility to lock those sauna rooms at night since they do not have an on-site manager.

Very good is the Hamam. After a long day it´s very relxing to use the Hamam. Some informations in the appartment how to use the useful equipment would be helpful.

Beautiful wooden chalet with a big jacuzzi. The staff is kind and ready to your needed. You find a little corner to prepare breakfast with tea and coffe complimentary. Outside there are tables and sun chairs . Quite place just 10 minute walking to city center with a spacius parking area near the propriety. Tiberias is a good starting point to visit Galilea, Golan area and the north coast. .

The location and comfort is perfect. We were allowed early check in and taken very good care of. we slept very very well. wonderful.

My fiancé and I stayed 2 days. This place is awesome. Keep in mind that the hamam that you see in the pictures is attached to the double deluxe room ONLY and not to the family studios. The hamam is common and for everyone until 10:30PM and is private to the double deluxe room after hours only. We had an amazing and relaxing stay! The hosts were amazing. Will definitely come back! we loved everything!

The outstanding element of this stay was how helpful the owner, was - both regarding the property and general advice for things to see and do in the area. Parking was on the road but we were always able to park pretty much right outside. The room had a spa bath, which we didn't use, a small sitting area/kitchen and the bedroom as well as an attached steam bath. Downsides to the room was the noise - not massive but certainly intrusive as the windows were metal framed single glazed units and there was no inner door for the bedroom. The road outside is busy so noise was irritating. The steam bath was great to use though, helped unwind after a day of travelling and trekking. There were also plenty of power sockets and good wifi.

Nos costo encontrar la llave ya que en el alojamiento no hay nadie. Tampoco pudimos usar la wifi ya que la contraseña no existía. Más de la mitad de las bombillas no funcionaban. Cama pegada a las paredes con difícil acceso . Hamman libre

we had a really pleasant stay: we had the chalet (one with in suite hot tub unit 5), the place is very clean, every amenity is well thought out, though it is not big but its suffice for all our stay. The bed is super comfortable and the decor has a nice taste too. There is a hot tub very unique design for all units (our cousins had unit 1, they had direct entrance to this hit tub), quite interesting. It has just the right temperature, very nice! The location is also great, very close like 10 min walk to many restaurants and outdoor vendors booths near sea front of Galilee. the host also responded to question promptly, very helpful!

we could not find the light switch for the hot tub so it is kind of dark. we thought there were swirls but not.

Lake Mansion is a very comfortable place with wonderful outdoor space and a helpful attentive staff. It’s also in a great location

Service was decent. And the room was very well kept, spacious and comfy. Many nice amenities, such as pool, recreation area.

Unique property. Excellent prompt host. Very cool hot tub set up. Pool is not really useable for anyone but small children. Bathroom had visible mildew, and shower was very small. Two appliances in kitchenette area of room did not work. Microwave turned on but nothing got warm in it. In room coffee maker did not heat water, though there was a backup in the common area that did. Very solid lock on the door, which is important because Tiberias is pretty run down. A lot of abandoned buildings, sadly. Note that all rooms are different, so this review may not apply to the room you stay in.

Decide for the whirlpool room and enjoy. If you are lucky and get the right room, you even have an extra entrance to the hamman - which is private for you after 22h. 5 minutes walking to Decks restaurant. Good Wifi. Parking on public street in front of hotel (hotel has less than 10 rooms). Contact owner for easy check-in.

Eccellent location and stay

Located very close to the Rambam's grave and the Ottoman fortress, and easily within walking distance of downtown. The architectural design is fascinating and the rooms were comfortable. We didn't try the Jacuzzi in the room. There is a small swimming pool on site and a hot pool, so it was a great place to bring my grand-kids. Parking was easy right on the street in front. There is no manager on site most of the time and that was for us was the only draw-back.

Nice hotel with hammam and outdoor pool, but it looks a bit deserted. Very noisy rooms in the front.
