Great staff on reception, in the restaurant and servicing the rooms. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Although it’s advertised at a continental breakfast there is hot food and plenty of choices for breakfast.

Terrible noise all night long vibrating the floor and windows of room 170 Called reception (room phone didnt work) and they said it was a neighboring property which i said its absolutely not They offered a compliemetary drink at 1am when i called again and then spoke about changing rooms The noise was the kitchen extractor fans below which had been left on The staff didnt seem interested that i could not sleep and was being kept awake by the noise nor tried to do anything

We received a friendly welcome on arrival at the hotel The room was clean and comfortable, with a powerful shower. It was only a short drive to the local attractions we were visiting, e.g. Ironbridge Gorge The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to choose from.

A great hotel in the heart of Telford town centre and next to the international arena for exhibitions, events and sport events. Big car park and comfortable, friendly staff and I recommend it.

The breakfast it can be busy so why not introduce a timetable for example some between 7am to 8am, some between 8am to 9am and even 9am till 10am that way no queues

The toilet had stains, so did the carpet, had to request for a change of room late at night.

the hotel ticked all my boxes, the bathroom was new and clean. The twin beds were small double beds, perfect.

Breakfast could have more options, also the tables were left dirty for a long time. Even if they cleared the table, they forgot to wipe the tables.

Clean and comfortable. Very accessible and the breakfast was lovely too. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Price was brilliant!! Would definitely recommend.

There were a couple of tiny things that would have made it a little better. Hooks for towels/clothing in the bathroom, toilet brush in the bathroom, maybe a squeegee for the mirror, a mini fridge and finally having access to Netflix/YouTube on the TV would have been great but overall the hotel was great and would stay here again.

The rooms was a great size, very clean and tidy lovely welcome note from cleaning staff nice little extra touch. Reception lady who booked us in was really helpful. Loved the fact there was take away cups at breakfast, shower really hot and good power. Proper hair dryer. Clean kettle.

For the price I paid didn’t think it was any better than premier inn/travel lodge. So not good value. Furniture tired. Carpet curtains just tired. Skirtings dusty. Wooden frame on wall above bed thick dust. Shower not great, not enough pressure . Cups in room were dirty. Not enough teabags coffee for the stay. Only 2 towels provided for 4 people.. Booked 2 rooms. But party split up on first floor and third floor. As receptionist informed us family rooms are not allocated with the single: double rooms on the same floor. if I had known this wouldn’t have booked our stay.

The breakfast was kept simple with hot food, so less waste at the the end of the breakfast time. The tables were clean and the staff were polite and welcoming. I have fond memories of the international hotel as when worked would stay there when we did the annual conference at conference centre, glad to see that hospitality at tge hotel is still the same friendly staff amd clean hotel

My room was fine but the side lights didn’t work, I do tend to wake up frequently but it wasn’t much of an issue as there was a desk lamp

De hygiëne kon veel beter, we ontdekten bedwantsen in onze bedden. Onder het bed lagen nog verloren spullen van voorgaande reizigers. Het ontbijt was zeer basis. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

The location was amazing as the exit led us right to the place we needed(Telford International Sport Center).

Unfortunately the room opposite myself and my 9yr old daughter got into a fight with each other that spilled into the corridor directly outside our room at 5am. While the matter was dealt with eventually by the police I feel the staff took way too long to deal with it. The violent aggressive female was eventually escorted off the premises at 6.30 am but continued to scream and shout in the police car for another half hour outside our window. All in all a very poor stay for that night. Second night was bliss

Our room was as requested. Having stayed before, we knew what to expect. The hotel is good value, including a varied buffet breakfast. Staff clear up and refresh the food regularly during busy times, and are friendly and efficient. There is plenty of parking.

The rooms could have been cleaner, and it was disappointing that there wasn’t a garden or outdoor area where guests could sit and relax. Unfortunately, we also didn’t think the breakfast was very good and there could have been more choice.

I was staying at the hotel which was booked via my work this week from Monday to Friday, I checked in on Monday afternoon and a big free car park at the front of the hotel and a small on at the side of the hotel. The hotel is absolutely lovely and my room 77 was lovely and spacious and very quiet. The free breakfast is delicious and lots to choose from . I had a meal allowance with my booking and the evening meal was served at the sister hotel next door at the voco. The food is absolutely first class and I can't recommend it enough, as a vegetarian a couple of options are available and a young chap serving on Tuesday and Wednesday evening asked was I a vegetarian and suggested I looked at the bar menu, such a lovely man and very chatty and polite and obviously had attention to detail. Why the restaurant doesn't offer the two menus baffles me, The hotel is in walking distance to the lovely town park which is behind it. Which has some nice walks off it, I wouldn't recommend it after dark as a few characters were knocking about but its didn't bother me.

For the price point there are better hotels with better inclusive facilities (gym or pool, lounge or restaurant / bar) on reflection I would not expect to pay more than a basic hotel like traveled or premier in for this level of facility.

Super helpful staff - thank you! Spacious room, comfortable bed and proper writing desk!!! Free pakring at the hotel was important for me, as I stayed for three days with my daughter for her Gymnastics Nationals at Telford International Centre and they wanted £9.5 for each day for parking.

The choice of continental breakfast was exceptional, the staff very friendly and were on hand to clear the tables directly. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfy .

we had a leaky shower and the television didn't work due to lack of signal. The wardrobe plastic seal on the doors was hanging off revealing nails sticking out. The carpet was stained with blotches of green, where it looks like it has been cleaned with bleach. Not all the sockets were working and there were no chargers next to the bed.
