Beautiful hotel, a bit out of the city centre - either walk 15 minutes or once hourly bus ride to get around.

요즘 한국인들한테 그린델발트 샬레가 유행인것 같긴 합니다만 그린델발트역 도보 10분거리 접근성 좋고, 시설, 조식, 친절 모두 완벽합니다. 특히 룸 테라스에서 저녁 먹으면서 보는 뷰 예쁘고, 공용 사우나 시설 이용 너무 좋습니다. 조식도 좋고요. 가격만 맞다면 무조건 추천합니다.

ロケーションは最高でした。 天候が2日間は悪く、ホテルの良さを感じることが難しかったのですが、天候が良いと、素晴らしい場所だと気付きます。

シャワールームに扉がないことで、洗面所が水浸しになることは非常にストレスでした。 また、持参はしていたものの、ボディソープがないなど、アメニティが最小限で、価格に見合ってないと感じました。 タオルやガウンも古びていて、清潔なものとは思えず、残念でした。 三日間滞在しましたが、清掃のクオリティや備品補充も人によって違うと感じました。 アイガー目の前というロケーションは素晴らしいですが、駅からの送迎も有料で、不便だと感じました。

الموقع جميل جداً والاطلالة اجمل

مبلغ التأمين مرتفع جداً ويرفضون الدفع كاش، فقط بالبطاقة الائتمانية، مع العلم ان الادوات في الغرفة لاتساوي قيمة التأمين، لم اجد حجز للعشاء في المطعم مع اني احد سكان الفندق وكان يفترض الاولوية لسكان الفندق وتم تقديم العشاء للغرفة ولكن مع 20٪ رسوم خدمة والتي كانت من المفترض ان تكون مجاناً، التسجيل ايضاً اخذ وقت طويل مع ان كل المعلومات من الاساس مسجلة في بوكنق.

Everything was great the place close to the hot places. The restaurant above expectations. The staff i so polite and professional very comfortable rooms and services

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, and comfortable, with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. We wanted to acknowledge the staff who were all very helpful, super friendly and went above and beyond. Reception helped us with our plans for the few days we were there and gave us lots of info on how to get there. We bumped into cleaning staff and asked for extra toilet paper.. they offered to bring it to the room for us since we were on our way out and asked if we needed any towels, room cleaning etc. Our room was very spacious and views were amazing!! Love that we had our own living space and two tvs!

We struggled a bit with the location of the hotel. The roads were steep and we felt like we had to hike uphill everyday to get to town. Even though the hotel is walking distance to the station, it’s not ideal with heavy luggage.

The panoramic views of the mountains from the hotel are hard to beat. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The cleanliness throughout was genuinely impressive. The terrace is a lovely spot for a meal. A relaxed and pleasant setting with beautiful surroundings. The staff were warm, attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A hotel that takes pride in what it does.

The only disappointments were the flies during breakfast and the experience at the Michelin-starred restaurant. The food and presentation were genuinely impressive, but the atmosphere inside felt no different from breakfast. No white tablecloths, strong overhead lighting, flies present there too. A few finishing details were missing for a complete fine dining experience. That said, I would still recommend the hotel for a stay. The quality of both the breakfast and the restaurant food is very good.

Fantastic location but on steep slope so be mindful of this if going to town. Really chic hotel and views of Eiger and mountains were stunning. Breakfast fantastic. Evening meal out of this world but you have to be prepared for the prices.

We had a room above the smoking area so this wasn’t always good. Can’t get cheaper snacks if you fancied something light. Restaurant was lovely but it joins onto reception/seating area and door to outside balcony which when you’re having a luxury meal is annoying when people are in and out of door and leaving it open, would have been good to have a bit of a screen to separate area

اكثر شيء جذبني : - الإطلالة - الهدوء - النظافة - موقف للسيارة مجاني

ما اعجبني : - السرير غير مريح كل مره اقوم ظهري يؤلمني - السعر مررررره غالي بس علشان الاطاله - اذا خذيت شاور اكثر من 5 دقايق الماء ينزل و ممكن يوصل الى الغرفة - ما فيه فرشاة اسنان و معجون - فطورهم ينقصه الكثير مقارنة بسعر الفندق لكن فيه نوعاً ما الاساسيات مثل : البانكيك ، بيض مسلوق ، بريد ، كورن فلكس ، العصيرات و الكوفي - المكيف تستفيد منه يدفي المكان ما ينفع للتبريد

De tudo, é simplesmente um hotel espetacular e maravilhoso! Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos, tais como a moça recém contratada na recepção, o rapaz de Portugal que trabalha ao lado dela, a camareira de Portugal, acho que se chama Silvia. Localização e vista excelentes.

Given the Hotel was Michelin rated, we thought the food was less impressive than the expected. However the food at The Jasmine Garden, not far from the Hotel was truly impressive.

The location is convenient. Bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Many flys both indoor and outdoor. And ants near the jacuzzi.

Wir mussten lange am Freitagabend auf das Essen warten. Vier Spargeln mit Sauce (ohne Deko🙃) als Hauptgang für Chf 30.—…najah. Auch in dieser Klasse ! Wir vier Frauen gingen etwas mit Hunger nach dem Nachtisch weiter.. Eine Erfahrung.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Glacier! Everyone was so nice and helpful at the hotel. We loved the spa area & massages! And the included breakfast was amazing! We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. Highly recommend!

Das Hotel war super, alles hat perfekt gepasst. Der Aufenthalt im Glacier Hotel war sehr angenehm und der Service ausgezeichnet. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Einziger Minuspunkt: Im Gang war es etwas laut, man konnte vieles aus den anderen Zimmern hören.

Equipe gentil e prestativa. SPA pequeno, acolhedor e uma hidro com vista maravilhosa. Café da manhã excelente, com produtos de alta qualidade. A localização é boa pela vista, mas demanda um pouco se for chegar a pé pela estação de trem, melhor pegar ônibus ou taxi se tiver problemas de locomoção, mas para nós não foi nada que atrapalhasse a experiência maravilhosa do hotel!

No último dia teve um grupo de 3 mulheres que atrapalharam o relaxamento no SPA, ficavam conversando e não respeitaram a placa de silêncio. Não nos atrapalhou por ter sido no último dia, mas se fossem mais dias com certeza impactaria diretamente na experiência.

A beautiful, modern facility that still has charm and personality. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the staff exemplary. The spa was wonderful, especially the outdoor jacuzzi pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
