Everything was clean and well Organized.

The location is away from the falls , cruises , skylon tower and all entertaining area.

The mattress in the accessible room was too soft. I had to be carefull sitting on it because the edges were so soft that I nearly slipped off and emergency would have to be called to get me back up to the wheelchair seat or the mattress. I, also, could not move easily when on the bed making it difficult to dress and position myself.

This is our go to place around Niagara. We always keep coming back here. We love it here. — Shower door keep sliding, I informed the room service but they can’t fix it, hoping next time they can fix it.

Looking at the very high price for that hotel room, I would have expected a frankly better breakfast

A nice, clean hotel with a good breakfast.

Unlike some other franchised Holiday Inn hotels, this one did not offer complimentary coffee after dining hours. And we couldn't find any water fountains. We were told to fill up our water bottles in the gym, but that water was tepid and didn't taste all that good. Even after booking for four nights, we were told that the policy of this franchise owner was not to offer complimentary bottles of water. Understood. But couldn’t the staff go the extra quarter mile to help out by giving at least one small bottle of water that would cost so little but mean so much? For a hotel the charges over $300 per night at the time, we should all expect better. Keep in mind, if you have the extra money to spend on an overpriced room, and you don't care about the shortcomings I mentioned, this hotel should work for you.

New, clean, easy access to highway and wineries.

Would love to see afternoon coffee or tea for self service. No hot tub in pool area. Double doors in lobby operated on same function letting the humidity flood the lobby and lounge areas. Not sure what you do in winter when the doors are open for cold weather.

Hotel was modern and clean

Bel hôtel, très bons déjeuners (inclus) nous avions une chambre adaptée et nous avions une porte de « grange » comme porte de salle de bain!?!? Même handicapé, je ne sais pas comment ils feraient pour l’ouvrir!!!

Great location quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city or downtown areas.

A mi me gusto que era una habitacion comoda, limpia. Muy accesible de la autopista. La ubicacion estaba mas a la salida del Niagara on the Lake por lo cual nos funciono ir al pueblo primero y despues llegar a la habitacion para no estar dando tanta vuelta. Al salir era muy facil llegar directo a Niagara Falls del hotel. Al llegar al hotel cuentan con estacionamiento y la atencion al checkin fue facil y cordial por parte de su recepcion.

No esta tal cual en Niagara on the Lake, mas bien esta en la salida hacia Niagara Falls. Para una familia buscando quedarse en cerca del pueblito de Niagara on the lake le quedaria un poco retirado trasladarse. La falla que tuvo nuestro piso es que no habia hielo en la maquina y no teniamos botellas de agua de cortesia en el cuarto.

The lack of sustainability at breakfast - plastic/throwaway cutlery, plates, bowls, cups etc. Appalling amount of waste produced each morning. Please buy reusable cutlery and crockery and be more sustainably responsible.

We booked 2 hours before our arrival and from the staff to the accommodations it went above and beyond our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and everything seemed like it was a newly updated. Breakfast was good and it was close to everywhere we wanted to see. They even allowed us to keep our e-bikes in our room. We would definitely come back again.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The hotel is nicely renovated, albeit not luxury, but simple and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. The facilities (pool and fitness room) are a bonus. The free breakfast dining is nice to have and a good incentive.

We were at the hotel for 2 days and most of those 2 days there the WiFi didn't work. I understand that it was not anyone's fault at the hotel. Rumor had it that construction workers next door cut some cables they shouldn't have, but that is only what we heard and not told. I believe that staff should have been more up front with guests by telling us what was going on and why. Upon arrival I bought some chocolate bars and candy. I think at check out I should have been offered that for free just as a good customer service gesture for the inconvenience of not having WiFi when, in fact, I paid to have WiFi!!

The room was clean and well eqiupped with bathroom necessities. Breakfast was good but limited seating.

We asked for a single Queen or King bed, instead, found two tight beds. Also the A\C was very noisy and kept us awake at times... not a restful night.

Loved the pancake machine.

Breakfast was good. Because it was in Canada, could not connect to Internet, had trouble booking next reservation, none of my payment methods were being accepted. Very inconvenient. Went through customs to sleep in Canada, then had to return to USA immediately the next morning. Miserable.

Internet accessibility. Acceptance of credit card payment. Would like to see an alternative to milk at breakfast; soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk. Only light or dark roast coffee available, no medium roast.

The bed was very comfortable although the pillows were extremely soft. The bathroom was extremely clean and well-equipped. Easy check-out. Hotel staff was very polite.

We came down for breakfast at 9:00, along with many others. The eggs ran out, as did the pancake mix and the milk. The first two were replaced after a request. The milk jug never reappeared. I did find some 2% in the fridge. I had to look for the lady on duty to tell her that these three items needed replacing. I appreciate it that perhaps the majority of guests may appear at 9:00, but supplies need to be checked.

Spacious and clean were room. The breakfast buffet was decent and the coffee was good. The gym and pool are small, but they did the trick.

Hallways weren't v clean, but the room was so that's important. Not such a great area to lounge in downstairs. The cot we ordered was v uncomfortable.

Noisy fan had to be turned off for sleep. Slippery shower floor and no grab bar on shower wall made showering dangerous. When reporting to manager, he ignored me until I asserted myself. Then made excuses that shower stall was 8 years old. I was also disappointed that the hotel was so far from the theatre & hard to find when it had top rating for my requirements.

This hotel was fantastic. It was the best maintained breakfast buffet of any Holiday Inn Express in North America that I have been to. The pool and workout worm were very nice. Facilities were all very clean, as well as the room. Location was off the beaten path a little but convenient to everything we wanted to see.

The dance competition kids were very loud at night on our first night, and the door did not block out the noise very well.

This was a beautiful place to stay at. Rooms were clean and we had complimentary breakfast which had great selections. Free parking was included and it was located close to factory outlets which we visited. Online 15 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Highly recommended

Our fire alarm went off at 130 in the morning, left our room in a panic and when we arrived no one was at the front desk. After waiting for 10 minutes someone finally arrived and made us feel silly for being concerned the literal fire alarm was going off and told us if the building was on fire it wouldn’t just be the alarm in our room. How were we supposed to know? And if an alarm was going off in the building I thought the staff would be alerted to deal with this in a timely manner especially considering it was 130 in the morning.
